Weibo tipster DCS has leaked almost all the specifications of the vivo X Fold 3 Pro. Now the tipster claims that both the vivo X Fold 3 and the vivo X100 Ultra will use Samsung’s 2K E7 AMOLED panel. Notably, the iQOO 12 Pro, a device also under the vivo umbrella, was the first to adopt Samsung’s 2K E7 panel.

The E7 AMOLED panel reportedly consumes 9% less power than the E6

For context, the iQOO 12 Pro boasts a 6.78-inch 3200×1440 OLED hyperbolic screen with a global peak brightness of 1600nit and a local peak brightness of 3000nit. It supports features like 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, a 144Hz refresh rate, LTPO adaptive refresh rate, and 10-bit color depth, ensuring vibrant visuals and smooth performance.

Moving on to the vivo X Fold 3 series, these folding screen smartphones have reportedly passed 3C certification in China. The standard version is expected to support 80W charging power, while the Pro version could offer an even faster 120W charging capability. The vivo X Fold 3 series is tipped to launch by late March.

Regarding specifications, rumors suggest that the standard version of the vivo X Fold 3 might come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Pro version could feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Additionally, both versions are said to boast upgraded screen resolutions, ultra-large batteries, and advanced camera systems, including a 50MP ultra-large main camera and exclusive periscope telephoto lens.

As for the vivo X100 Ultra, details about its release date remain uncertain. However, speculations hint at a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera alongside the Samsung E7 panel. Prototypes reportedly feature glass bodies and support two-way satellite communications, hinting at advanced connectivity capabilities.
