Huawei just announced its next-gen smart band model in its home market of China. The Huawei Band 9 launched with improved specs and brand-new features. Now, this smart wearable has officially gone on sale in the region, so let’s check it out.
Huawei Band 9 Pricing and Availability
The Chinese tech giant has finally started selling the Huawei Band 9 in China for a price tag of 269 Yuan. This roughly translates to about 37 US Dollars. It is available in multiple color options like Blue, White, Pink, Black, and Yellow. You can buy the smart band in a standard or NFC enabled variant. As of right now, it is available for a special introductory price tag of just 239 Yuan (a 30 Yuan discount).
Huawei Band 9 Specs
This device carries a lightweight design that measures just 8.9mm in thickness and 14 grams in weight. It sports a 1.47-inch AMOLED display that offers Always on Display. For protection, it even comes with a 5ATM waterproof design. On a single full charge, the Huawei Band 9 can offer a maximum brightness of 14 days under typical use. With heavy use, this falls to just 9 days.
It takes just 45 minutes to fully charge the Band 9. This model supports more than 100 sports modes and even come with various health related trackers. It features TruSleep 4.0 for sleep monitoring, a PPF sensor for heart rate tracking, and TruRelax for stress mapping. The Huawei Band 9 offers Bluetooth 5.3 and comes with two strap options, namely a fluoroelastomer strap and a woven nylon strap.
