iQOO is all set to unveil its Z9 series in China this Wednesday — April 24th. The lineup is expected to include the iQOO Z9x, Z9, and Z9 Turbo.

Leading up to the launch, iQOO has been teasing the specifications of these smartphones for a while now. Now, just before the big reveal, real-life images of the iQOO Z9 and Z9 have popped up on Weibo, a popular Chinese social media platform.

The images show the iQOO Z9 and Z9 Turbo with a similar design. Both smartphones feature a flat OLED display on the front and a squircle-shaped camera module on the back housing a dual-camera system. The Z9x, however, is expected to have a unique rear design compared to its siblings.

We can also see the specifications of both smartphones revealed from the settings page. The iQOO Z9 can be seen powered with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 12GB of virtual RAM. Storage comes in at 512GB.

The Z9 Turbo, on the other hand, will feature a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, 16GB of RAM (with 16GB of virtual RAM), and 512GB of storage. Additionally, there are speculations that the Z9 Turbo might include a dedicated graphics chip for handling demanding tasks.

Both the Z9 and Z9 Turbo are equipped with a substantial 6,000mAh battery. On the software front, they will run on OriginOS 4, based on Android 14.

Moreover, in an official poster today, iQOO confirmed that all three phones will come with an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water.
