Bose‘s new SoundLink Max boasts the title of their biggest Bluetooth speaker to date. It measures 26cm wide and weighs in at under 2.27kg. Despite its size, the speaker is built tough with IP67 water resistance, dustproof and shockproof capabilities. It also supports the latest Bluetooth 5.3 standard.

The speaker even doubles down as a mobile power supply for your devices

SoundLink Max promises high-quality audio with three transducers and two custom passive radiators. It supports the AptX Adaptive codec for improved streaming quality and boasts compatibility with Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound for high-fidelity audio and dynamic bitrate adjustment.

For portability, the speaker comes with a detachable rope handle and offers the option of an additional shoulder strap. It even functions as a mobile power supply for your devices. In terms of connectivity, it has both a USB-C port and an AUX audio jack.

Bose claims the SoundLink Max delivers an expansive stereo experience and impressive bass that defies its size. Available in blue and black, the speaker is set for an official launch on May 16th with a price tag of US$399 (around 2889 yuan).
