At the beginning of the month, two Vivo phones were seen on Geekbench. The first, with model number V1916, is powered by the Snapdragon 665 processor while the other with model number V1918 is powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor. We have been expecting both phones to show up on TENAA so we can get more details but that is yet to happen. However, TENAA added an entirely new device with the model number V1928A to its database complete with full specs.
The Vivo V1928A packs a 6.358-inch screen with a 720 x 1544 resolution. There is a notch in the display for the front-facing camera. It also has a 2.0GHz octa-core processor paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM. Depending on the RAM variant, the phone will come with either 32GB of storage or 64GB of storage. A MicroSD card slot will allow you to add an extra 256GB of space.
The phone has triple rear cameras – a 13MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The cameras are arranged vertically on the left and share the same housing. There is an LED flash below the setup while a fingerprint scanner sits in the middle.
[envira-gallery id=”269483″]
The Vivo V1928A has an 8MP camera for selfies. There is a massive 4880mAh battery under the hood and TENAA says there is support for fast charging. The phone will run Android 9 Pie out of the box.
TENAA says its dimensions are 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92 millimeters while the weight is 190.5 grams. The listing says it will be available in one color- Gold, but the attached images are of a blue variant.
We have no info about the phone’s release but it should be around the corner.
For the first time, with the Galaxy Note 10 line-up, Samsung released more than one Note device at once. We got the Galaxy Note 10 and its Plus version, besides the 5G variants for both the devices. The presence of two devices with very different specifications in the same flagship line-up made a lot of people wonder whether they should choose the base model of the new Galaxy Note series or the most advanced variant of the Galaxy S series, similar to what happened with the iPhone XR and the iPhone X. So, which one should you choose? The top-tier model from the older line-up or the base model from the most recent one? We anticipate that it depends essentially on your personal needs and there is not a device which is universally better than the other: this comparison between Note 10 and Galaxy S10+ will clear your ideas.

Design
When it comes to aesthetics, it is all about tastes. The Samsung Galaxy S10+ has a more rounded shape, while Samsung Note 10 comes with a more serious and professional design. I prefer the latter because it has a more symmetric display thanks to the front camera placed in the middle, a higher screen-to-body ratio as well as a cleaner glass back with a less invasive camera module placed on the upper left part. It is even a more compact and lightweight handset, despite it integrates an S Pen which allows handwriting and drawing. The renewed S Pen can also be used as a motion controller thanks to a gyroscope, an accelerometer, and the Bluetooth connectivity. It allows controlling the phone via gestures without even touching the display.
Display
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not able to beat the Samsung Galaxy S10+ on the display side. In order to guarantee a more affordable price, Samsung decided to equip the Note 10 with a Full HD+ panel instead of a 2K one, while the Galaxy S10+ has a higher Quad HD+ resolution and a higher level of detail. Note 10 still has an amazing display, but given the lower level of detail, it can not compete with its rivals. However, note that the Galaxy Note 10 is the only which supports the S Pen and all its advanced features.
Specs & Software
In the European version, Note 10 has a better chipset built at 7 nm which guarantees more speed and efficiency. However, the Galaxy S10 comes in a better memory configuration with 12 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. Further, the Galaxy S10+ features an expansion slot, while the Note 10 does not. When it comes to the U.S. and Chinese version of the handsets, we got the same chipsets, so the Galaxy S10+ wins due to its memory configurations and the lack of a micro SD slot inside its opponent.
Camera
Due to brighter focal apertures and improved OIS, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 wins the rear camera comparison. But if we talk about selfies, then Galaxy S10+ is way better as it features a dual front camera with a brighter aperture instead of a single camera like the Galaxy Note 10.
Samsung Galaxy S10+ has a way bigger battery than Note 10 and it lasts a lot more on a single charge. Both feature wireless charging, but when it comes to traditional wired charging, Note 10 is faster due to a higher power and a smaller battery capacity.
Price
Samsung Galaxy S10+ carries an €830/$940 listing price in its base variant (now it is way more affordable thanks to street prices), while Samsung Galaxy Note 10 starts from €950/$1075. If you want a better multimedia experience, more performances, and a longer battery life, Samsung Galaxy S10+ is the best choice for you. Samsung Note 10 wins when it comes to camera quality, it offers the S Pen, and it has a slightly more optimized design. But overall (if you do not need the S Pen) I think the Galaxy S10+ has more strong points.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 vs Samsung Galaxy S10+: PRO and CONS
Xiaomi Poco F1/Pocophone F1 is one of the most successful smartphones from Xiaomi. It offers a lot of features for a much less asking price. It can be collated with the original OnePlus One launched back in 2014. The phone is popular among custom ROM users as well as developers because of its affordability. A custom ROM is incomplete without a proper boot animation of a user’s choice. Hence, we have compiled some of the best boot animations for Poco F1 to help out those customization-loving users.
Poco F1/Pocophone F1 Specifications
The Poco F1/Pocophone F1 was the go-to recommendation smartphone under $350 in 2018. Even in 2019, it fares better than competitors because of the recent price cuts which brought the price down to $250. Nevertheless, not only the cheap price makes it attractive but the hardware you get which will not age anytime soon.
The phone comes equipped with a 6.18 inches FHD+(1080 x 2246 pixels) IPS LCD with ~403 ppi and 18:7:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by an unspecified version of Gorilla Glass and features a wide notch as well. This notch also houses an infrared face recognition module along with a 20MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture. As for the design, the phone sports a plastic unibody with power and volume keys on the right side. The headphone jack is located at the top along with a secondary microphone, whereas the speaker, primary microphone, and USB Type-C port are located at the bottom.
The back of the Poco F1 includes a dual-camera setup consisting of a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and a secondary 5MP depth sensor with f/2.0 aperture for portrait shots. Below the camera module, the phone also features a traditional fingerprint sensor despite the infrared face recognition system located at the front. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with either 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB GB ROM. The storage can be further expanded up to 256Gb via microSD card.
The phone launched with MIUI 10 based on Android Oreo but was later updated to Android Pie. It is also expected to receive Android Q update sometime later after the official release. Last but not least, a 4,000 mAh battery runs the show with support for 18W fast charging.
Why boot animations?
If you are not aware of custom boot animations, you might be wondering why to install them in the first place. For starters, custom boot animations give a unique look to your Poco F1 or any smartphone for that matter while booting. The stock ROM of a phone includes the brand’s regular boot animation which might be same across all their products or differ by a series of products. Thus, if you want your phone to have something different to stand out in the crowd, then custom boot animations are the way to go.
Custom boot animations can be created by anyone with an appropriate tool. But if you are not interested in creating one of your own, you can download the ones already made by someone. Custom boot animations can be found on many forums like XDA Developers, however, it is time-consuming to look for. Hence, to help you out, we have compiled a list of best boot animations for your Poco F1.
The below-listed boot animations can be installed on other smartphones as well. But they shouldn’t have resolution more than FHD+ as these boot animations were created for devices with a resolution less than FHD+.
The boot animations listed in this post can be installed on Poco F1 or any other smartphone with FHD+ or lesser resolution.
You must have an AOSP-based custom ROM like Pixel Experience, Resurrection Remix, and others installed on your smartphone.
The installed custom ROM must be rooted to have access to the system directory.
Any file manager which can let you access root directories.
Steps
Rename the downloaded boot animation file to bootanimation.zip.
Navigate to the root directory of your phone using a file manager of your choice.
Go to system->media and back up your stock bootanimation.zip file by copying/moving it somewhere safe.
Now, copy/move the renamed downloaded boot animation file in this directory.
Once done, check your newly-installed custom boot animation by rebooting your phone.

The Nokia 7.2 is an upcoming mid-range smartphone that is expected to launch later this month in China and a global release at IFA in September.
Ahead of its official unveiling, the phone has been spotted on Geekbench. The benchmark result reveals key details about its specs including its processor.
The device was benchmarked yesterday as the “HMD Global Nokia 7.2”. It runs Android 9 and has 6GB of RAM. There should be other RAM variants too but this should be the highest configuration. Its predecessor, the Nokia 7.1 was announced in 3GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants.
Geekbench doesn’t mention the processor as the motherboard says “Daredevil” which is the phone’s codename. However, the base frequency is 1.84GHz. We compared it to that of other devices that have been benchmarked and the chipset which has the same base frequency is the Snapdragon 660.
So, yes, the Nokia 7.2 will come with a Snapdragon 660 processor as earlier reported. This is a fair upgrade considering the Nokia 7.1 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 processor. The device scored 1604 points in the single-core test and 5821 points in the multi-core test. They are similar to the scores of the Redmi Note 7 which is powered by the same chipset.
The Nokia 7.2 is said to have three rear cameras arranged in a circular housing. The configuration of the cameras is unknown but we expect they will have ZEISS lens. The phone should also have an FHD+ display and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It should also run Android
Xiaomi is planning to launch a 5G version of its 2019 flagship, the Mi 9. The Mi 9 5G, as the phone has been dubbed, will not just include a 5G modem, but will actually differ from the LTE model in other key areas. Thanks to TENAA, we now know the phone’s full specs.
The Mi 9 5G will keep the 6.39-inch AMOLED display of the LTE model. Contrary to earlier reports, the resolution has not been changed. It is still 2340 x 1080 (FHD+) and not 2K.
[envira-gallery id=”269421″]
One of the major changes in the phone is the processor. It is powered by an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.96GHz which we know is the Snapdragon 855+. TENAA lists three RAM variants – 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB, with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage respectively.
The cameras do not seem to have changed. The listing says the main rear camera is a 48MP sensor but doesn’t list the other two rear cameras. The front-facing camera is also unchanged at 20MP. The phone will also have 2x optical zoom like the LTE model.
The Mi 9 5G will run Android 9 Pie, have an in-display fingerprint scanner, and pack a 4000mAh battery. The battery capacity has been bumped up by 700mAh and it also supports fast charging which previous reports say is 45W and not 27W like the standard model.
TENAA also reveals that the Mi 9 5G is thicker and heavier than the non-5G model. It measures 8.95 millimeters and weighs 196 grams. Listed colors include Black, Red, Blue, Pink, White, Green, Purple, and Gray.
With respect to the design, nothing has changed much. The only noticeable difference is the first rear camera which has a red ring around it like the Mi 9 Transparent Edition.
There is no info on when the phone will launch but seeing as it already got approved by TENAA, a release date should be around the corner.
After weeks of rumors and leaks, the HonorSmart Screen and Smart Screen Pro have finally seen an official launch! We already know that the company is extremely proud of the product, but now we finally get to take a closer look at what Honor considers to be a revolutionary product. So, let’s take a look at what makes the Honor Smart Screen special.
The Honor Smart Screen and Smart Screen PRO both come with 55-inch 4K HDR displays. These feature an NTSC 85% wide color gamut, 360nit brightness and wide viewing angles. There are 8 interchangeable display configs, including standard, soft, cinema, sports, children, games, pictures and bright, which should make things simpler for the average consumer. On top of that, the display also has German TUV Rheinland low blue eye protection.
When it comes to design and build, the Honor Smart Screen is pretty excellent all around. The displays are contained within a three-sided, borderless frame, with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 94%. The chassis is also nice and thin at 6.9mm, with a diamond textured “beauty back” and colourful breathing lights for aesthetic. Honor also touts their seamless 3D arc full metal bent middle frame, which should allegedly improve stability and durability.
Software is one of the big selling points of the Honor Smart Screen and Smart Screen PRO as they’re first commercial devices officially running Huawei‘s own HarmonyOS. It’s one of the most interesting things about the Smart Screens. Honor claims HarmonyOS will users to integrate their devices better, and the company plans to do this through a feature called Magic Link and their own AI assistant, YOYO.
Now, Magic Link is, to put it simply, an advanced version of syncing and casting. By connecting your smartphone the your Smart Screen with NFC, you can sync downloaded apps, cast content and use your phone as a remote. What takes Magic Link further is its ability to integrate itself as a smart home system. The Smart Screen can be used to control and utilize almost anything in one’s house, from security cameras to computers.
In terms of specs, both Honor Smart Screens come running the brand new Honghu 818 SoCs. The Honghu 818 features a quad core CPU, with 2 A53 cores and 2 A73 cores, paired with a 4-core Mali-G51 GPU. It supports 8K@30fps and 4K@120fps super video decoding. In graphics decoding, the chip supports 64MP image decoding ahead of time, which is beyond the highest resolution that can be captured by the current smartphones.
On top of all this, Honor also claims that the Honghu 818 also brings dynamic image compensation (MEMC), high dynamic range imaging (HDR), super-segmentation (SR), noise reduction (NR), dynamic contrast enhancement (DCI), and automatic color management (ACM), as well as 7 image quality technologies such as zoning control (LD), picture clarity improvement, contrast, and color performance.
That’s not even the end of it. In addition to everything already mentioned, Huawei’s Honghu 818 allows Honor to integrate what they’re calling “Histen” into the device. Histen is essentially a sound optimizing algorithm that’s meant to simulate a cinema sound quality experience via the usage of field expansion, transient distortion correction, dialogue enhancement, loudness adaptation, and intelligent bass.
That’s about it when it comes to the Honor Smart Screen, but the Smart Screen PRO has a few more tricks up its sleeve. While the Honor Smart Screen has 4*10W speakers, the Smart Screen PRO has 6*10W speakers. The PRO’s main advantages however are its bigger 32GB of internal storage, and the built-in AI lifting camera.
The “AI lifting camera”, as Honor puts it, is powered by the company’s own HiSilicon Hi3516DV300 NPU chip. As you’d expect, the chip allows the device to learn and recognize faces and improve image taking capabilities. The camera also uses Honor’s patented pop-up mechanic, as it slides back in when not in use to give users a sense of privacy.
So, what about pricing? The regular Honor Smart Screen comes in at a price of 3799 yuan, which is roughly $538. The Honor Smart Screen PRO on the other hand will set you back at 4799 yuan, or about $680. Both come with support for Huawei video, Tencent Aurora TV, Youku Cool, Mango TV , and has exclusive music channels that feature lossless audio. We’re very excited to see the Smart Screen launch, and we hope to hear more in the future.

Xiaomi‘s latest pure Android-running smartphone, the Mi A3 has been launched in Asia and some countries in Europe. India isn’t among the Asian countries where the Mi A3 has been launched. There are rumours already on the streets already that Xiaomi’slatest Android One telephone will be hitting India on August 23.
The rumour didn’t include a price tag of the device. However, the device is expected to have a cheaper price than what it currently sells for (€250) in Europe. So the device may be priced around Rs 17,500. We’ll have to wait until the launch to find out.
The Mi A3 seems to beXiaoi’s way of telling us not to desire pure Android -running phones. The device was announced with a disappointing HD display, whereas the Mi A1 and A2 both feature Full HD (1080p) screens. Apart from that, though, the Mi A3 seems to be an amazing phone. It is fired up by a Snapdragon 665 processor and packs a large 4030mAh battery. The triple cameras remain the same as the Mi CC9e which includes a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, there is a 32MP selfie sensor. The phone comes in two memory versions – 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB.
There are a lot of very affordable flagship phones with top-tier specifications in China, but a lot of them often do not hit the global market. Well, that is not the case with three amazing flagships recently unveiled in China. A lot of people were left as surprised as happy after hearing that Lenovo Z6 Pro, Nubia Z20 and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro (which is known in China as the Redmi K20 Pro) would hit the global market. All of them come with flagship-class specifications but they carry an upper-midrange price. That is why they are three of the most interesting choices for advanced users with a limited budget. And that is also why we think this is one of the most interesting comparisons we published this year. Have fun 🙂

Design
Just like its predecessor Nubia X, the new Nubia Z20 left everyone amazed especially because of its dual display. Most of the surface of the phone is covered by displays, and that is the main reason why it is my favorite one in terms of design. Another reason is the presence of a high screen-to-body ratio without the need of a notch, unlike the Lenovo Z6 Pro which comes with a waterdrop display. So, the second place goes to the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro: another notch-less device which boasts a motorized pop-up camera under the display, as well as a premium rear glass and an aluminum frame.
Display
Just because it has two displays, Nubia Z20 deserves a gold medal in this comparison. But that is not all: the primary display even boasts amazing colors thanks to the AMOLED and HDR10 technologies. The secondary display is placed on the back and it is a 5.1-inch AMOLED panel which allows a more efficient battery saving as well as using the rear camera department as front cameras. Further, the rear display is easier to use with one hand and for simpler tasks. While Nubia Z20 is the most versatile one, Lenovo Z6 Pro seems to have an even better color reproduction, at least on the paper.
Hardware/Software
Judging by the specs on the paper, Nubia Z20 is the most powerful handset of the trio. It is the world’s third smartphone (and the world’s first non-gaming phone) to be powered by the new Snapdragon 855+ which delivers 15 percent more graphics performance and a higher clock frequency (2.96 GHz vs 2.84 GHz) compared to the Snapdragon 855 found on the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Lenovo Z6 Pro. On the other hand, Lenovo Z6 Pro offers a higher-end memory configuration with up to 12 GB of RAM, while Nubia Z20 stops at 8 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro loses the comparison with just 6 GB of RAM, but it has a very functional user interface (MIUI).
Camera
If we talk about rear cameras, Nubia Z20 seems the most interesting (on the paper). It is the only to feature optical stabilization for the main sensor, it has a brighter focal aperture and even 3x optical zoom. Last but not least, its rear cameras can be used as front cameras thanks to the secondary display placed on the back (the phone does not have a selfie snapper).
Battery
Same battery capacity for each of these handsets: 4000 mAh. But thanks to the smaller secondary display and a more optimized chipset, we believe that Nubia Z20 may last more on a single charge.
Price
Nubia Z20, Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Lenovo Z6 Pro carry price tags of €450/$505, €430/$480 and €400/$450 respectively, in the Chinese market. We still do not know for sure how much they will cost globally. Overall, at least judging by the specs on the paper, Nubia Z20 deserves the victory of this comparison due to its better chipset, amazing cameras, and dual display.
Xiaomi‘s first 5G phone was the Mi Mix 3 5G which was launched not to long ago. The company may soon launch its second 5G phone. Not too long ago, the device got its 3C certification, appearing with the model number M1908F1XE. A Xiaomi model with the same model number hasnow been certified by TENAA.
The device is believed to be the 5G version of the Mi 9 and is listed to feature a thicker 8.95mm build. The original Mi 9 comes in at 7.6mm thick. The slight bump in thickness is likely due to the bigger battery which is crammed into the device. It comes with a slightly bigger 4000mAh battery, up from 3300mAh. The 5G Mi 9 also supports 45W fast charging (up from 27W).
The TENAA listing also shows that the Mi 9 5G retains the 6.39-inch display size of the original version but there are rumours that resolution will be increased from the 1440 pixels. Further, the 5G smartphone is expected to come with a Snapdragon 855+. The company will also add OIS to the main camera on the back. The device will also come with dual SIM card slot and dual standby. However, we expect the 5G connectivity to be on one SIM only.
There are speculations that the Mi 9 5G will be called “Xiaomi Mi 9S” based on a post by China Unicom. The phone is expected to be released in September.

The chipset inside is MediaTek’s Helio P22 octa-core SoC accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This configuration should be enough for almost everyone in everyday use. Huawei unveiled the Harmony OS with much fanfare at the Huawei Developer Conference (2019) earlier today. The OS is primarily targeted at IoT products and is the company’s back up plan if it no longer can use Android on its smartphones. Huawei was careful NOT to directly market it as a replacement to Android but it did stress that it would use Harmony OS as its last resort for its smartphones.
Building a new OS from scratch is never easy and time and again we’ve seen examples of companies failing to gain traction from developers for a brand new OS. However, Huawei wants to take things slow and steady, starting with IoT products like the new Huawei Smart Screen that’s going to be unveiled tomorrow.
There’s a lot of stuff that was revealed about the OS at the event today, so we decided to compile 10 things you should know about Harmony OS so that you are updated about its most important features.
11. Harmony OS development began back in 2017
Huawei started working on the HarmonyOS as early as 2017. The company decided to speed things up in 2019 to power its smart screen products this year. The v1.0 will initially target smart display products, such as the Huawei Smart Screen to be unveiled tomorrow. In 2020, microkernel v2.0 will be released and subsequently, in 2021, the v3.0 will be available with added support for wearables.
The HarmonyOS v1.0 will still feature a Linux kernel alongside its own microkernel, but future versions, starting v2.0 will be completely based on its microkernel.
22. Huawei’s HarmonyOS is based on a light Microkernel unlike Android
Huawei’s HarmonyOS is microkernel-based, much like Google’s Fuchsia OS. This makes it more of a direct competitor to Fuchsia than Android. This design ensures that the new OS can be used on multiple types of devices at once. So, it’s meant to be a multi-device solution rather than a smartphone focused OS.
Unlike Linux kernels which have a relatively large amount of code in a shared address space, microkernels have a smaller amount of shared code and enable faster communication between its components.
33. HarmonyOS will not allow root access
Huawei confirms you won’t get root access on the Harmony OS. This has been done to avoid any future security concerns, which the company says is a security risk on Android and other Linux-based OSes.
44. HarmonyOS is primarily for IoT products
Huawei is targeting IoT products such as wearables, smart screen products, smart speakers, in-car entertainment units and other smart products for its new HarmonyOS. Smartphones are not really the priority but the company stresses that it is capable of replacing Android on its mobile devices.
55. Huawei smartphones can shift to HarmonyOS in just a couple of days
Huawei revealed that if the need arises, it can quickly shift to HarmonyOS on its smartphones. It will just take 1-2 days for the company to replace Android on its phones. That’s impressive yet scary at the same time!
66. Android Apps are not compatible out of the box
Huawei’s HarmonyOS won’t support Android apps out of the box. The company notes that ‘small changes’ need to be made to existing apps to ensure that it can run on its new OS. But it is possible to port Android, HTML5, and Linux apps over to HarmonyOS using Huawei’s ARK compiler, which is open source.
77. Huawei is building its own app store
Huawei is already busy building a replacement for the Google Play store. The company’s inhouse app store is called as Huawei AppGallery and it is already asking developers to publish their Android apps over on its own apps store as well. The company has even unveiled Huawei Mobile Services as an alternative to Google Play services.
88. Huawei’s Mate 30 series could use HarmonyOS
While Huawei stressed that HarmonyOS isn’t really targeted for smartphones, it could be forced to install the new OS on the upcoming Mate 30 series. The company has confirmed that the Mate 30 series models haven’t received Google Play certification yet. If the Huawei ban continues, the Chinese telecommunications giant could be forced to use HarmonyOS on the new models. There are already rumors that the Mate 30 Lite will be the first HarmonyOS running smartphone. Let’s wait and watch.
99. HarmonyOS will go Open Source sometime next year
Huawei is planning to make HarmonyOS completely open-source sometime next year. This could bring in companies like OPPO, Vivo, and Xiaomi to collaborate and develop the new operating system. US ban is currently a primary threat to Huawei, but it can extend to other Chinese companies as well. I’m sure they would want an alternative like HarmonyOS in case things go south.
1010. HarmonyOS will build its roots in China first
Huawei’s Mate 30 Lite could feature HarmonyOS!
Huawei will lay the foundations of the HarmonyOS in the Chinese market, later expanding it to international markets. So, the first set of HarmonyOS products will be unveiled in China, starting with the Honor Vision Smart screen.
So, that’s everything you should know about the new HarmonyOS.
Let’s know if you think it can eventually replace or at least compete directly with Android for smartphones.
Chuwi MiniBook is the latest project from the Chinese manufacturer that is known for its excellent laptops and tablets. The MiniBook is already being crowdfunded on Indiegogo and until now, the amount raised has reached over $600,000 from 1037 backers with the numbers still growing. Since the beginning of the campaign, many artists were disappointed by the lack of active stylus support and for that reason, Chuwi decided to bring 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity to MiniBook after the funds reach $650,000, which is only a matter of time.
Active stylus allows you to draw thick and thin lines by adjusting how hard you press on the screen, which brings a whole new experience in the creation of painting or writing.
In addition to that, every backer will get a free actives stylus after the campaign reaches $800,000! This is extra from the nice and sturdy shock-proof EVA bag that MiniBook backers have the opportunity to get it for only $9.9, a 50% off. The special price is limited to 100 units. After that, the price will return to its original price.
The crowdfunding campaign for the MiniBook will end in 10 days so if you’ve been thinking about getting it, now is the time to get it at the lowest price.
Xiaomi‘s ecological chain company Viomi has got several amazing products in its kitty but still continues to churn out awesome gadgets. The company has launched a hot water machine that delivers hot drinking water in just 1 second. Viomi Hot water machine can heat up water up to 100-degree centigrade.
In terms of functionality, the Viomi hot water machine is similar to the Uodi smart drinking water machine which also doubles as a water purifier. But the design and method employed for sterilization are different. This model can be mounted on the wall or kept on top of a table.
The interior is covered with nano-coating which conserves heat and keep the water hot for a longer time. There are three temperature levels at which water can be stored inside the tank; normal temperature, warm water and boiling water. You can select any of them at the touchscreen interface located at the front of the device. The water temperature can also be adjusted from the interface any time you want.
The Viomi hot water machine is said to adopt the safe and non-side-effect drinking water sterilization method approved by NSF in the United States. The gadget has built-in UV ultraviolet disinfection capability to avoid secondary pollution of the water outlet pipe. The sterilization rate reaches 99% and the service life can reach 300,000 times.
The device is presently on sale on Xiaomi Youpin for 1799 yuan ($255).
