Like tradition, these chipsets will end up in a number of smart devices that will debut in the second half of 2015. These smart devices include TV boxes, Mini PCs and development boards.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-46562" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05.png?x44794" alt="allwinner devices 05" width="805" height="249" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05.png 805w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05-300x93.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05-640x198.png 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-05-681x211.png 681w" sizes="(max-width: 805px) 100vw, 805px" /></a></p>
<p>The Allwinner H3 is a quad-core chipset based on ARM&#8217;s Cortex A7 architecture. While the chip isn&#8217;t very fast, its powerful enough for your TV boxes and to support <span class="notranslate">4K UHD H.265 / HEVC</span> video playback. That&#8217;s pretty impressive for a low cost SoC. If you are looking for something more powerful, you should take a look at their octa-core H8 based on eight cortex A7 cores clocked at 2.0GHz with PowerVR SGX544. The chip supports <span class="notranslate">playback 1080p HD video at 60 frames per second with H.265 / HEVC codec, API supports OpenGL ES 2.0, 1.1 and OpenCL 1.1</span>.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices.png?x44794'><img width="293" height="205" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices.png?x44794" class="attachment-large size-large" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-02.png?x44794'><img width="384" height="512" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-02.png?x44794" class="attachment-large size-large" alt="" loading="lazy" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-02.png 384w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-02-225x300.png 225w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-02-315x420.png 315w" sizes="(max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px" /></a>

<p>Ideally, the Allwinner H3 should end up in ultra low cost TV boxes which will retail for less than $50. On the other hand, the Allwinner H8 could be used in devices which need a little more power like low cost gaming consoles.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-46560" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03.png?x44794" alt="allwinner devices 03" width="855" height="368" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03.png 855w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03-300x129.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03-640x275.png 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-03-681x293.png 681w" sizes="(max-width: 855px) 100vw, 855px" /></a></p>
<p>However, the Allwinner H64 is probably the company&#8217;s highlight chip of 2015 based on 64-bit architecture with quad Cortex A53 cores. These cores improve performance to a great extent without consuming too much power. The chip also support 4K video decoding in H.265 compression and 4K video playback via HDMI. Other features include Smart Color Display 2.0 tech, support for various DRAM types, Android 5.1 Operating system etc.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-46566" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08.png?x44794" alt="allwinner devices 08" width="851" height="412" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08.png 851w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08-300x145.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08-640x310.png 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/allwinner-devices-08-681x330.png 681w" sizes="(max-width: 851px) 100vw, 851px" /></a></p>
<p>The company also showed its A64 tablet prototype. The following are the features of the device.</p>
<ul>
<li>• 64-bit ARMv8 Cortex-A53 architecture,<br />
30%+ performance boost over Cortex-A7<br />

<p>But there is some issue regarding this processor, the AllWinner still has a problem to reduce the heat issue and power consumption so they have to re-engineering to their 28nm chipset. AllWinner claimed their chipset can reach more than 40,000 score point on benchmark, but we don&#8217;t have an image and exact information to proof that benchmark  score.</p>

<p>AllWinner is the Chinese chipset manufacturer is now ready to released their new octa processor through AllWinner A80 Octa-core processor.</p>
<p><span id="more-16853"></span>But while for now, those processor from Alwinner is not true octa-core processor, this chipset is using big.LITTLE architecture as used by Samsung Exynos 5 processor, while for now, the Mediatek chipset has already using the true Octa-core processor in the market.</p>
<p>Allwinner spokesperson said, though this processoris only using big.LITTLE architecture, the new AllWinner A80 cores capable of running all in it together. With this technology, Allwinner also claims that this processor will provide enhanced the performance of smartphone or tablet devices.</p>
<div style="display: none"><a href='http://editingservicesonline.net/'>editing services online</a></div>
<p>Unfortunately, there are no details about the clock speed, graphics technology, or even whether these are ARM Cortex-A15 and Cortex-A7 CPU cores (like those found in octa-core chips from Samsung, MediaTek, and Renesas).</p>
<p>The processor is also scheduled to be launched into the market by the end of 2013 or early 2014. And this processor targeting for low-end devices, since Allwinner has a history of making low-cost processors that are popular with makers of Chinese companies building low-cost tablets. So far most of those chips have been relatively low power processors that don’t offer the same level of performance you get from competitors such as Rockchip or MediaTek — although Allwinner was one of the first Chinese chip makers to emphasize its support for 4K video playback.</p>

<p>AllWinner is one of chipset manufacturer which ready to preparing their new products, the new chipset is AllWinner A20, its heading to market on April this year.<br />
<span id="more-11159"></span><br />
Design of an intelligent application processor chip manufacturers as a fire, the whole aims to launch a quad-core processor A31 Cortex-A7 architecture, recently released on its official website a new Cortex-A7 dual-core chip architecture is A20.</p>
<p><strong>AllWinner A20, entry-level dual-core processor for tablet device</strong><br />
The chip can be said to &#8220;A31&#8221; dual-core chip version, the graphical aspects different from A31 which powered by SGX 544 MP2, but currently most of the homemade chips with the same Mali 400 MP2 dual-core GPU, excellent compatibility.<br />
<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/A20table.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-11161" alt="A20table" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/A20table.png?x44794" width="598" height="303" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/A20table.png 710w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/A20table-300x152.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px" /></a><br />
AllWinner A20 support for 1GB of high-speed DDR3 memory. Also support 2160P HD decoding and encoding H.264 1080P @ 30fps, excellent multimedia performance.</p>
<p>AllWinner A20 also supports multiple resolutions of 1024&#215;768 or 1024&#215;600 and supports for Android 4.1 operatng system. Support for WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G capabilities.</p>
<p>The AllWinner A20 processing chip seems like A10 primarily for entry-level Tablet PC product, after all, the resolution supports is too low, a short piece of board or obvious, but its relatively low price certainly they give an entry-level tablet impact on this market.</p>

<span id="more-9234"></span><br />
AllWinner Technology, one of the original chip maker Zhuhai &#8211; China, which is said to have successfully spawned Quad-Core mobile processor first in the world to use the Cortex-A7 architecture. And a processor known as the &#8220;<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/allwinner-a31-chipset/">Allwinner A31</a>&#8221; is reportedly just been showcased in CES 2013 in Las Vegas &#8211; United States.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/allwinner-a31-chipset/">Allwinner A31</a> includes the latest 40nm processor that features a PowerVR GPU SGX544MP. Just as NVIDIA Tegra 4, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/allwinner-a31-chipset/">Allwinner A31</a> is actually a power-efficient processor also.</p>
<p>The resulting frequency ranges <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/allwinner-a31-chipset/">Allwinner A31</a> was 1GHz to 1.2GHz, while the default frequency is running at 355MHz on the GPU. So to obtain the maximum performance, reportedly Allwinner A31 can also be overclocked to its highest frequency.</p>
<p>In the market, the price <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/allwinner-a31-chipset/">Allwinner A31</a> is priced at 20 USD per unit. With the price that much, Allwinner A31 claimed is suitable for use on mobile devices are supported on Android 4.2 to Windows 8 or as tablets, smartphones, PCs and smart TV.</p>
