Samsung has finally officially introduced their latest flagship smartphone Galaxy S 4 to the public. The launching event helds in Time Square, New York, USA.

In keeping with the theme and the pieces of the outstanding issues over the years, the Galaxy S 4 comes with a much larger screen size than its predecessor, which is equal to 5 inches.

“Galaxy S 4 present with thinner and lighter,” remarked JK Shin, Samsung Mobile Chief, in New York, on Thursday, March 14 evening local time.

In addition to having a larger size, the screen on the Samsung S 4 packs with a density of 441dpi display, full HD, and Super AMOLED. And weighs 130 grams.

In addition to larger size, the Samsung Galaxy S IV is equipped with 2GB DDR3 RAM, internal memory ranging from 16GB, 32GB and 64GB external memory included.

While the designs are, arguably similar to the fomerly model the Galaxy S III.

“Once you spend time with the Galaxy S 4, I am very sure that you will feel how the innovations that will make your life richer, easier and more complete,” JK Shin promotion.

Meanwhile, two other features of the camera with a resolution of 13-megapixels on the back and 2MP on the front. The unique feature is a dual camera with additional features such as drama shot. Drama Shot enables users to take more than 100 photos in 4 seconds, then slaps them all together in the same image.

Samsung reported will use a new type of AMOLED screen on Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S IV. The new screen is called  Green PHOLED, a new type of display is claimed to be 25 percent more efficient than the previous Super AMOLED technology.

The new Galaxy S IV smartphone will embed high-spec hardware, such as 5-inch screen size with Full HD 1080p screen, the new Green PHOLED screen technology is claimed will reduce the power for long life battery despite having a large high-resolution screen.

This phone is also rumored will be powered by Exynoss 5 Octa processor (8 cores) or Snapdragon 600 quadcore, sports with 2GB of RAM, NFC, LTE, wireless charging capability, micro SD slot and a 13 megapixel camera.

According to AnTuTu Benchamark software, the new Samsung GALAXY S IV is equipped with a 4.99 inches  FHD resolution touch screen, and built-in 1.8GHz Samsung Exynos 5410 eight-core processor, as GPU compared with PowerVR SGX 544MP.

In past reports, there is a variety of rumor about the Samsung GALAXY S IV processor configuration, including the use of Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. The latest data based on the AnTuTu Benchmark apps given the Samsung is powered by teir own Orion Exynos 5410 eight-core processor, clocked at up to 1.8GHz.

Orion Exynos 5410 models relative to seem strange, but the Samsung official has confirmed on Twitter that the processor does for one of the Exynos 5 OCTA eight-core processor family. The features will have four Cortex A15 core + four Cortex A7 core architecture combination, can take advantage of the performance of the Cortex-A15 processor to bear the heavy work load, Cortex-A7 can be the most effective way to deal with some of the daily Application.

Samsung GALAXy S IV is powered by PowerVR SGX 544 chipset GPU. Accordance with the relevant information on the GPU with a four-threaded core mobile graphics module, while supporting up to 16 cores and graphics processing capability by 2.5 times than previous model.
