<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-145975" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi Note 5A Base model" width="1154" height="529" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model.jpg 1154w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model-300x138.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model-768x352.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Redmi-Note-5A-Base-model-1024x469.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 1154px) 100vw, 1154px" /></a></p>
<p>So, what are the differences between Redmi Note 5A&#8217;s Low vs High version? As a matter of fact, quite a lot! In fact, given the differences, you can even consider them to be totally different models rather than just variants. It&#8217;s like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-4a/">Redmi 4A</a> vs <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-4/">Redmi 4</a>, but instead of treating the two as different models, here Xiaomi has differentiated them as variants.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Redmi Note 5A Low version vs High version: Key Differences</strong></h3>
<p>To make things simple, I have made a table highlighting the differences between these two variants. The models have slight differences in thickness, weight, cameras, displays, memory and even design (due to the fingerprint sensor at the back of the high version). The processors are also different with a quad-core SD425 powering the low version vs a faster octa-core SD435 inside the high-version.</p>
<p>Check out all the differences down below.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>For a $30 difference, you get a lot more value from the 3GB RAM model of the Redmi Note 5A. What do you think?</p>

<h3><strong>Design &amp; Specifications- Huawei Enjoy 7</strong></h3>
<p>The Huawei Enjoy 7 comes with a design which looks rather similar to that of it predecessor when viewed from the front but at the back, there is a slightly different design. The device comes with an all-metal body and is smooth and well-rounded edges. The body is also ultra-thin and has a smooth texture fabricated using sandblasting process. The Enjoy 7 comes with a rear fingerprint sensor which is touted to unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds. The device also comes with a unique rear camera design which could get you confused that it packs a dual rear camera. But no, there is only one camera up there but the camera and flash are aligned in a horizontal plane located at the left corner bordered just like is seen on dual camera phones.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-2.jpeg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-139826" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-2.jpeg?x44794" alt="Huawei Enjoy 7" width="554" height="372" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-2.jpeg 554w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-2-300x201.jpeg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 554px) 100vw, 554px" /></a></p>
<p>Now let us take a look at the specifications of the Enjoy 7. The Huawei mid-range sports a 5.0-inch 720p display with 2.5D curved glass covering the display. The display comes with a special professional eye protection mode and can effectively filter Blu-ray. The Huawei Enjoy 7 is powered by a Snapdragon 425 processor backed by 3GB RAM with 32GB of storage. There is also a lower version with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and both storages can be expanded up to 128GB. Apart from the hardware, the Enjoy 7 comes with Ultra Memory background memory compression technology which would provide more fluid experience. The mobile device also provides F2FS intelligent file management system, which would allow users sort the system trash and thus help save memory.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-4.jpeg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-139828" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-4.jpeg?x44794" alt="Huawei Enjoy 7" width="554" height="345" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-4.jpeg 554w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/huawei-enjoy-7-4-300x187.jpeg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 554px) 100vw, 554px" /></a></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><div id="su_slider_6a3a44d71d01f" class="su-slider su-slider-centered su-slider-pages-yes su-slider-responsive-yes" style="width:100%" data-autoplay="3000" data-speed="600" data-mousewheel="true"><div class="su-slider-slides"><div class="su-slider-slide"><a><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Redmi-4A-780x1160.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi 4A" /><span class="su-slider-slide-title">Redmi 4A</span></a></div><div class="su-slider-slide"><a><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Redmi-4X-black-780x1160.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi 4X black" /><span class="su-slider-slide-title">Redmi 4X black</span></a></div><div class="su-slider-slide"><a><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Redmi-4-780x1160.png?x44794" alt="Redmi 4" /><span class="su-slider-slide-title">Redmi 4</span></a></div><div class="su-slider-slide"><a><img src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Redmi-4-prime-780x1160.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi 4 prime" /><span class="su-slider-slide-title">Redmi 4 prime</span></a></div></div><div class="su-slider-nav"><div class="su-slider-direction"><span class="su-slider-prev"></span><span class="su-slider-next"></span></div><div class="su-slider-pagination"></div></div></div>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Display: Same but Different</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">All the phones in the Redmi 4 line come with a 5-inch display making them perfect for one hand use.  The difference lies is in their resolution. While the Redmi 4A, Redmi 4, and Redmi 4X have 720p displays, the Redmi 4 Prime has a 1080p screen. That translates into different PPIs too, 294 as against 441.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you want your display sharp and crisp, you should look to the Redmi 4 Prime but if you don&#8217;t care much for that, the Redmi 4, 4A or 4X is fine.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Processors: Different Dragons</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">Xiaomi has settled for Qualcomm chips only. The Redmi 4A sports the Snapdragon 425; the Redmi 4 gets the Snapdragon 430, the Redmi 4X has the newer Snapdragon 435, and the Redmi 4 Prime uses the popular Snapdragon 625. The Redmi 4 Prime is basically the Redmi Note 4X with a smaller screen. Nothing more, nothing less. So I won&#8217;t compare its chip to the rest.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Snapdragon 425 has a quad-core CPU clocked at 1.4GHz and an Adreno 308 GPU. The Snapdragon 430 and 435 on the other hand are octa-core chips clocked at 1.4GHz and have a more powerful Adreno 505 GPU. The advantage the Snapdragon 435 has over the Snapdragon 430 is in LTE speeds. The SD435 has Cat.7 LTE as against the SD430&#8217;s Cat. 4 LTE. That means you will get faster download speeds on the Redmi 4X.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">RAM and ROM</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Xiaomi Redmi 4A and Redmi 4 ships with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The Redmi 4X is available in two variants: a 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM and a 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM. The Redmi 4 Prime is only available with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. All four devices support microSD cards of up to 128GB. If you want a larger RAM, the Redmi 4X or Redmi 4 Prime is your best option.</p>
<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: #ff0000">READ MORE:</span> <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2017/02/24/xiaomis-miui-8-2-comes-new-ringtones/">Xiaomi&#8217;s MIUI 8.2 Comes with new Ringtones: Download Here!</a><span id="more-120278"></span></p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Cameras</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Redmi 4 line are all equipped with 13MP rear cameras and 5MP front cameras for selfies. The only difference is in the Redmi 4X which has a f/2.0 aperture for its rear camera whereas the others are f/2.2.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Battery</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Redmi 4, 4X, and 4 Prime ship with a 4100mAh battery but the Redmi 4A takes a dip down to 3120mAh. Since they are all 5-inch devices, battery life should be pretty stellar plus they all feature power efficient chips. However there might will be variations  in on-screen time. The ones with the higher screen resolution may likely record less screen time than the 720p displays.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Fingerprint Scanner</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">Fingerprint scanners have now become a regular feature in mid-range phones. We have even seen them in some sub $100 devices but sadly, the Redmi 4A misses out on this feature. All the other 3 have fingerprint scanners at the back.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Price</h4>
<p>Redmi 4A &#8211; ¥599 (~$87)</p>
<p>Redmi 4 &#8211; ¥699 (~$102)</p>
<p>Redmi 4X-  2GB RAM+ 16GB ROM = ¥699 (~$102); 3GB RAM + 32GB = ¥899 (~$131)</p>
<p>Redmi 4 Prime &#8211; ¥899 (~$131)</p>
<p>NB: Prices are MSRPs and not what you will get them from re-sellers.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify">Conclusion</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify">Redmi 4A &#8211; cheapest of the lot but at the expense of a smaller battery and lack of a fingerprint scanner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Redmi 4 &#8211; the fingerprint scanner and larger battery gives it an edge over the Redmi 4A. Battery life will be great too but probably won&#8217;t last as long the Redmi 4X.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Redmi 4X &#8211; has a more powerful processor in terms of LTE speeds than the Redmi 4A and Redmi 4 and also has a fingerprint scanner. The screen resolution might be the deal breaker for some. It is also the only other one with a 3GB variant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Redmi 4 Prime &#8211; Best of everything. Compact body, higher resolution display, power efficient CPU, more powerful GPU, and larger RAM and storage. Basically the smaller version of the Redmi Note 4X in size alone.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you do  not care about the resolution, you are better off buying the 2GB RAM variant of the Redmi 4X or the Redmi 4. The Redmi 4 Prime is the one you should buy if you want to tick all the boxes. The Redmi 4A on the other hand is what you should get if you are looking for a second phone to complement that flagship in your pocket or if you want to get a gift for an older relative.</p>

<p>The leak, however, failed to give details of the Nokia 3 features except that it would be an entry level smartphone running Android 7.0 Nougat and having a price tag around 149 Euro. Other details were sketchy but some have been revealed right now. According to the latest leak, the Nokia 3 will come with  a 5.2 / 5.3-inch display with an HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixel). The entry-level phone is said to be powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset and that will be backed by 2GB of RAM. There is also 16GB of storage space on the device which will also run Android Nougat, as stated earlier on. The graphics is taken care of by an Adreno 308 GPU while on the camera end, the Nokia 3 packs a 13MP rear camera as well as a 5MP front-facing camera.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/redmi-4-8/"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-106324 size-full aligncenter" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4.jpg?x44794" alt="xiaomi redmi 4" width="498" height="498" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4.jpg 498w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4-300x300.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px" /></a></p>
<p>The great news is, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A is now up for<a href="http://www.oppomart.com/xiaomi/redmi4.html"> pre-order on e-commerce website Oppomart</a> and the good thing is you can pre-order any of the two or both and have them shipped to wherever you are worldwide. Awesome? Wait for more. The <strong>Redmi 4A</strong> is on offer for just <strong>$89</strong> while the <strong>Redmi 4</strong> is listed with a slightly higher, yet affordable price tag of <strong>$119 </strong>for the <strong>2GB + 32GB</strong> version while the <strong>3GB + 64GB</strong> version is $40 higher at <strong>$159</strong>.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/11/04/xiaomi-redmi-4-official-two-sd-versions-large-battery-699-yuan/xiaomi-redmi-4-9/" rel="attachment wp-att-105854"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-105854" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-redmi-4-9.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Redmi 4" width="1334" height="750" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-redmi-4-9.jpg 1334w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-redmi-4-9-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-redmi-4-9-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-redmi-4-9-1024x576.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 1334px) 100vw, 1334px" /></a></p>
<p>Obviously, the Redmi 4 packs a higher specs than the Redmi 4A, sporting a 5-inch display with 1080 pixel resolution. As you know, there are two versions of the device with the high-end version packing an Octa-core Snapdragon 625 chip, 3GB RAM as well as 32GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the second version of the Redmi 4 is powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor and features 2GB of RAM as well as 16GB of internal storage on-board. Both versions have microSD slots for expansion of the internal storage. Both versions pack a large 4,100mAh battery which is enough to ensure some extended hours of usage.</p>

<p>Other features include a 13MP primary camera with PDAF and LED flash on both versions, a 5MP front-facing camera, dual SIM / dual standby support, entire network support including 4G, support for dual-band Wi-Fi as well as infrared remote control feature. On the software end, both the Redmi 4/4A run on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/11/04/xiaomi-announces-super-affordable-redmi-4a-snapdragon-425/redmi-4a-3/" rel="attachment wp-att-105870"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-105870" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396.jpg?x44794" alt="redmi 4a" width="743" height="416" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396.jpg 743w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396-300x168.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 743px) 100vw, 743px" /></a></p>
<p>On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi 4A  while sporting similar appearance as the Redmi 4, is powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 425 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz. There device features a 5-inch 720p display as well as 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. At the back, the phone features a 13MP sensor with PDAF, and up front, there is a 5MP shooter. Other features include a 3120mAh battery, MIUI 8 and dual SIM / dual standby.</p>

The company released the two devices online, via live stream, instead of the traditional fanfare associated with its phone launches. But it&#8217;s understandable, considering how busy the company has been in the past few months.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-105870" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396.jpg?x44794" alt="redmi 4a" width="743" height="416" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396.jpg 743w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/redmi-4a-e1478270978396-300x168.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 743px) 100vw, 743px" /></a></p>
<p>The Redmi 4A comes with a similar appearance as the Redmi 4, in a matte finish and two color options, gold and rose gold. So, despite its cheap pricing, the phone will look quite premium as compared to rivals in the market. The phone is super light as well, weighing just 131.5 grams. Another interesting highlight of the phone&#8217;s design is the super thin antenna lines, which gives it a seamless look.</p>
<p>The Redmi 4A is powered by the Snapdragon 425 chipset which is a quad-core chip clocked at 1.2GHz. There is a 5-inch 720p display on board. For memory, there is 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. At the back, the phone features a 13MP sensor with PDAF, and up front, there is a 5MP shooter. Other features include a 3120mAh battery, MIUI 8 and dual SIM dual standby.</p>
<p>All this for an amazing price tag of 499 Yuan, which comes to just $74. That&#8217;s a lot if specs for such a cheap device. The phone will go on sale on November 11.</p>
