The Huawei Mate X3 was recently spotted on TENAA, revealing some of the key details related to the smartphone. It features a 6.5-inch OLED cover display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an 8-inch OLED foldable screen with a 90Hz refresh rate support.

Under the hood, the device is said to be powered by the company’s own Kirin 9000 SoC and is likely to be a 4G-only smartphone, similar to several other recently launched smartphones from Huawei because of the US sanctions.

In the camera department, the phone is expected to have a quad-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor. On the front side, the device is likely to have a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

As for the operating system, the Mate X3 will come running the HarmonyOS 2.0.1 (HongMeng OS in China). It will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and will support 55W fast charging technology.
