Following the estimated One UI 6.0 timeline revealed a week ago for South Korea, Samsung is finally pushing a stable update for the Galaxy S22 in the country. Both the One UI 6.0 beta and non-beta units are receiving the update. Bundling massive new changes and all the luxuries of Android 14, One UI 6.0 is surely going to uplift the user experience of the Galaxy S22.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is receiving build versions S908NKSU3DWKA/ S908NOKR3DWKA/ S908NKSU3DWK5 in South Korea. The update weighs around 3.1GB for non-beta users and 343MB for beta users. The update will soon reach other variants of the smartphone series in the country.

We expect the same update to reach the masses in the coming few days. Moreover, it is highly likely that the stable One UI 6.0 update will hit the shores of other countries in the coming few weeks.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra users can manually check for the update by heading to System Settings > Software Update > Software Update and Install > Download Now.

One UI 6.0 Features

There are several new changes including a whole new Quick Panel with a new button layout, Quick Access brightness control, and Notification improvements. The Lock Screen now offers more customization options, like repositing the clock. A whole new font is part of OneUI 6, which will give the whole system a new and modern look.

There have been significant improvements in the Samsung apps, such as the Samsung Keyboard, Samsung Camera, Samsung Weather, and Gallery.
