The Chinese tech giant’s upcoming smartphone was spotted on the FCC and IMEI certifications. It was seen carrying the 24049RN28L model number on both platforms, while the IMEI listing confirmed its official Redmi 13 moniker. Furthermore, the Redmi 13 smartphone is set to debut with the Bluetooth 5.3 standard. It is listed with a 4,930mAh rated battery capacity that will likely have a 5,000mAh typical capacity. This battery pack was certified with support for 33W wired fast charging. Unfortunately, the two certifications did not reveal any other finer details regarding this smartphone like its specifications and design. But based on its name we can expect it to be a direct successor to the Redmi 12 that launched back in 2023.

Redmi 13

Back in December 2023, Xiaomi had also unveiled the Redmi 13C model in the Indian market. This model launched with the Dimensity 6100 SoC, 6.74-inch 90Hz HD+ display, 50MP primary camera, and more; while the Redmi 12 offered Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 (5G variant), 50MP triple cameras, and 6.79-inch 90Hz FHD+ display. So we can expect the Redmi 13 to offer similar hardware with some improvements.
