Xiaomi begins the HyperOS 3 rollout for a new batch of devices, which includes several Xiaomi tablets, Redmi K-series phones, Xiaomi Watch S4 series, and some Xiaomi televisions. The update, based on Android 16, brings numerous upgrades across the system, including greater lock-screen customization, expanded AI capabilities, several new features, improved performance, and better cross-device integration.

If your Xiaomi device is on the list and you live in a supported region, you should be able to download the update by navigating to Settings > About Phone > System Updates.

As for the HyperOS 3 global rollout, Xiaomi kicked it off earlier this week, starting with the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro. And, according to the official timeline, the update should expand to over a dozen devices by next month. You can check the complete global rollout timeline here.
