In an interview with Business Insider in September, OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau that the company hopes to release its first OnePlus TV in 2019. Chinese publication TechWeb that claims to have received fresh information from the company has revealed that it has not set a specific release timeframe for its first TV. He added that he has instructed the TV team that they do not have the pressure as to when to finish working on it and when to release it in public.
