One UI 7 rollout back on track after brief pause, says tipster

Samsung has surprised everyone again with an unexpected twist in the rollout of its highly anticipated One UI 7, which is based on Android 15. Initially launched on April 7, 2025, for the Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6, the rollout had to be halted due to a critical bug affecting device unlocking.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

One UI 7 rollout to the Galaxy S24 series could be resumed today

Now, tipster Ice Universe reveals that Samsung is back on track, with the rollout resuming as early as today (April 15)—earlier than many expected. Unfortunately, the tipster only mentioned the Galaxy S24 series and did not reference the 6th-generation foldables. It remains to be seen whether the Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 will also begin receiving the update again starting today.

The delay stemmed from an issue first reported in South Korea, where the bug disrupted access to devices, leading Samsung to pull the update to fix the underlying issue. Ice Universe noted in their latest update, “One UI 7 will be pushed to S24 series users today,” indicating a swift resolution. This rapid turnaround suggests Samsung is taking the rollout seriously, despite the initial delay.

One UI 7 brings a transformative redesign, featuring smoother animations, a revamped home screen, and enhanced AI capabilities. The new NowBar delivers real-time lock screen updates, while updated widgets and robust privacy controls offer greater personalization. Beta testers have lauded its almost fluid performance and cohesive aesthetic. The update’s focus on usability positions it as a significant leap for Samsung’s ecosystem.

The rollout will kick off with 2024 flagships like the S24 series and is expected to extend to older flagships like the S23 series and Z Fold 5 by May. Samsung’s proactive approach—addressing the bug and restarting within hours—reflects its commitment to quality.

CMF Buds 2 briefly appear on official site, revealing key upgrades ahead of Phone 2 Pro launch

CMF by Nothing briefly surprised us on April 14, 2025, when the product page for the CMF Buds 2 wireless earbuds went live on its official website—revealing full details about the upcoming earbuds. The page was taken down shortly after, but not before confirming significant upgrades, including improved active noise cancellation (ANC), extended battery life, and advanced audio features. It’s expected to be priced under $60.

CMF Buds 2 official details

The Buds 2 retain a familiar design, mirroring their predecessors with a case in CMF’s signature Dark Gray and Orange, plus a fresh Light Green option. Despite smaller 11mm “PMI” drivers compared to the original, they benefit from Dirac Opteo tuning, promising “exceptional” sound quality.

The earbuds feature 48dB hybrid ANC, up from 42dB of the predecessor, meaning it will offer better noise cancellation. It will also feature Spatial Audio for an immersive experience. Battery life is a standout for the Buds 2, with up to 13.5 hours per charge and a case that extends total playback to 55 hours—9.5 hours more than the first generation.

Connectivity sees a boost with Bluetooth 5.4, which supports both Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair for seamless pairing. The IP55 ingress protection rating ensures it can handle splashes of water and sweat, which is a welcome feature. The onboard ChatGPT integration, similar to what’s found on Nothing phones, also adds a smart touch. These enhancements make the Buds 2 a compelling upgrade for audio enthusiasts.

According to the now-removed listing, the Buds 2 were priced at £34 (down from £39), €39.95 (down from €49.95), and $59.99, with availability expected from April 16. If accurate, this early reveal ahead of the anticipated Phone 2 Pro launch later this month highlights CMF’s strategy of building momentum with feature-rich, budget-friendly accessories. Priced competitively, the Buds 2 could set a new standard in the affordable audio segment.

While the launch in India is still a few days away, the Redmi A5 has already debuted in other markets. So here’s a quick recap of the specs.

Realme GT 7 brings 2nd-gen bypass charging and broad fast-charging protocol support

Realme is all set to unveil its next performance flagship—the GT7—on April 23 at 4 PM in China, and it’s already shaping up to be a major disruptor in the sub-3000 yuan (~$400) segment. With a clear focus on battery life, charging tech, and raw performance, the company has been dropping teaser after teaser to build up the hype.

Realme GT 7

Earlier today, Realme revealed that the GT 7 will pack a massive 7200mAh silicon-carbon battery, making it one of the highest-capacity batteries in a flagship phone this year.

Following that, Realme confirmed that the phone will support second-generation bypass charging, designed to reduce heat buildup during gaming and charging sessions. The brand claims that even with heavy use, the GT 7 can deliver 4.5 hours of gaming, 10.2 hours of video scrolling, or 7.4 hours of navigation while still retaining 50% battery. It also supports a wide range of fast-charging protocols, including SVOOC, PPS, UFCS, PD, and standard methods. And yes, it comes with 100W wired fast charging, which should top up that huge battery in no time.

As for the rest of the specs, Realme hasn’t officially confirmed everything yet, but leaks are already filling in the gaps. The GT7 is expected to feature a flat 144Hz display from BOE with slim bezels and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Powering the phone will be MediaTek’s new 3nm Dimensity 9400+ chipset—a powerhouse that’s also expected to show up in upcoming flagships like the Redmi K80 Ultra and OnePlus Ace 5s Pro. To make the most of that silicon, the GT7 will debut the brand’s GT Performance Engine 2.0, which introduces chip-level kernel enhancements for stable frame rates and smoother gameplay.

Thermals are getting a serious upgrade too. Realme is introducing what it claims is an industry-first thermal design, using a “graphene fiberglass fusion” back panel that reportedly offers six times the thermal conductivity of standard glass. Inside, the phone will feature a 7700mm² vapor chamber—the largest single-unit cooling system seen in any smartphone so far. It’s also expected to offer IP69 water resistance and a lightweight plastic middle frame.

Apple’s first foldable iPhone will come with under-display camera

Apple’s long-rumored foldable iPhone might see the light of day next year. It will, of course, be an expensive device with reports suggesting a price of $2,300. Now, a new leak suggests that Apple could be testing under-display camera technology on this ambitious new device.

Word of this comes from a reliable insider Digital Chat Station. The tipster claims the upcoming Apple foldable will feature a 7.76-inch internal display with a 2712 x 1920 pixel resolution, and yes, a camera hidden under the screen.

Foldable iPhone render

Under-display camera makes sense in foldable iPhone

Apple actually patented its under-display camera tech back in 2021, and a report from 2023 hinted that the company was already working on it. Now it sounds like the foldable will finally bring the tech to the masses.

Yes, it’s not the most Apple-like move to debut its new tech in a niche product. It makes sense in this case, though.

Samsung’s been doing the same thing for years with its Z Fold lineup, and while under-display cameras still can’t match the quality of traditional ones, they’re mostly there to be invisible anyway. Plus, like Samsung’s foldables, Apple’s will likely include a regular selfie cam on the cover screen, so you aren’t stuck with a blurry mess.

Speaking of which, the leak also mentions a 5.49-inch cover display with a 2088 x 1422 resolution; and this one apparently has a hole-punch cutout for a camera. So, yes, you’re getting both kinds of cameras here.

In terms of design, Apple may be leaning toward a more compact, “squat” form factor similar to the Oppo Find N2, rather than the tall, narrow style of Samsung’s Fold lineup. That could make the device easier to use one-handed — or at least slightly less awkward to fold and unfold in public.

Xiaomi just launched a new air conditioner with upward airflow & human-sensing mmWave radar

Last year, Xiaomi debuted a surprisingly thoughtful idea in the world of home cooling: an air conditioner that blows air upward instead of straight at your face. The result was a less intrusive, more comfortable airflow that hugged the walls and ceiling—sort of like ambient cooling, but smarter. Now, Xiaomi is back with a sharper version: the new Mijia Air Conditioner Pro with human-sensing upward airflow, priced at 3,999 yuan (~$550).

Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Pro

Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Specifications

This latest 1.5-horsepower unit carries over the core concept of “wall-hugging” airflow but adds a powerful upgrade: dual mmWave radars that track human presence in real time. The system can detect where you are in a room and decide whether to send cooling your way for quick relief or redirect it to avoid that dreaded blast of cold air. It’s a tech you’d expect in a pricey central AC system, packed into a consumer-grade wall unit.

The radar integration also helps with energy savings. If the system senses no one’s around, it shifts into a low-power mode. Walk back in, and it quietly ramps back up. Xiaomi says this intelligent control—powered by its Lingyun AI engine and backed by cloud-based scene recognition—can save about 361 kWh annually, which roughly translates to 216 yuan (~$30) off your bill.

Inside, the Mijia Pro uses a dual-cylinder inverter compressor paired with a double-row condenser and evaporator, allowing it to heat and cool efficiently even in extreme temperatures—from -35°C in winter to a scorching 65°C in summer. It’s rated APF 5.65, qualifying for China’s highest energy efficiency level, “Super Level 1.”

And while performance is front and center, Xiaomi hasn’t forgotten about smart home integration. The unit supports HyperOS Connect, works with Mi Home and Xiao Ai voice assistant, and gets OTA updates for new features down the line. You can also customize favorite modes or use preset scenes based on activity or time of day.

There’s more: a 56°C self-cleaning cycle for both the indoor and outdoor units, plus an antibacterial filter rated to remove over 99% of common germs. It even packs a serious punch in airflow, pushing 830m³/h while operating as quietly as 18dB(A) in silent mode—quieter than most whispers.

Design-wise, it’s sleek and compact. The indoor unit weighs just 13kg and needs only 35cm of vertical space and 2cm top clearance, giving installers far more flexibility than bulkier traditional wall units.

In related news, Xiaomi recently introduced a smart rice cooker that uses pressure cooking, AI, and a titanium pot to deliver perfectly cooked grains. The company has also launched a central air conditioner featuring advanced energy efficiency, AI-powered controls, and built-in air purification.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 tipped to pack a massive 7,100mAh battery

OnePlus is set to revamp its mid-range Nord lineup with the upcoming Nord CE 5, codenamed Honda. The phone is expected to include a massive 7,100mAh battery. Following some insights into OnePlus’s next devices, this latest leak marks a significant leap from the Nord CE 4’s 5,500 mAh cell, positioning the CE 5 as a battery champion in its class.

OnePlus Nord CE 4
OnePlus Nord CE 4

More capable chipset paired with a massive battery

The Nord CE 5 is shaping up to deliver exceptional endurance, a key upgrade for users seeking a long-lasting battery. This jump from the CE 4’s solid but modest 5,500 mAh capacity could set a new benchmark, especially if paired with efficient charging tech.

While full specs remain under wraps, the phone is expected to power the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 or MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, a step up from the CE 4’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. This suggests that OnePlus is aiming to make the phone stand out both in terms of performance and battery life, though the battery capacity is yet to be officially confirmed.

Storage is likely to retain the UFS 3.1 standard seen in the CE 4, maintaining fast data access without a downgrade. Other details, like display size or camera setup, are still unclear. Given the Nord CE series’ history of releases, expect the CE 5 to hit markets next month.

OnePlus’s challenge will be pricing this device. The Nord CE line thrives on affordability, and a 7,100mAh battery could justify a slight premium over the CE 4’s $299 starting price. If executed well, this could outshine competitors like the Redmi Note series. With teasers likely on the horizon, OnePlus fans have plenty to anticipate as the Nord CE 5 gears up to redefine battery life.

Vivo X200 Ultra camera is loaded with custom parts and big claims

The X200 Ultra is Vivo’s most ambitious camera phone yet. One company exec even dubbed it “a pocket camera that can make calls.”

Vivo has been teasing the phone’s imaging chops in bits and pieces over the past few weeks, but today, it finally dropped the full spec sheet (via a series of posters on its official Weibo account). There’s a lot to unpack, but here’s a quick breakdown of what you need to know.

Vivo X200 Ultra camera prowess

At the heart of the X200 Ultra’s camera system is a new 35mm main camera built around the Sony LYT-818 sensor. It’s a 1/1.28” sensor paired with a Zeiss T*-coated lens which notably is the world’s first GLC 2.0 ultra-low dispersion glass.

The lens is optically stabilized with CIPA 5.0-level OIS. Vivo is also pushing its third-generation VCS bionic spectral imaging tech here. Whereas, the lens has  sub-0.1% visible light reflection thanks to improved anti-glare coatings.

The ultra-wide camera continues the premium sensor approach. It uses another Sony LYT-818. But here, it’s been customized jointly with Zeiss. It’s a 14mm “Hawk Eye” lens promising an 181% jump in light intake and a 216% faster shutter speed than its predecessor. There’s also dual-axis optical image stabilization.

Then there’s the 85mm telephoto. It’s a 200MP Samsung HP9 sensor behind what Vivo calls the first APO-grade telephoto setup in mobile. It has a six-element design with improved clarity and 5.0-level OIS. Compared to the last-gen module, Vivo claims it delivers 38% better light performance and 41% more stable results.

Underpinning this entire system is the new VS1 chip. This is Vivo’s first AI ISP (image signal processor) with 80 TOPS of computing power and industry-leading energy efficiency (16 TOPS/W). It’s built to handle everything from real-time bokeh rendering to HDR processing and complex multi-frame image stacking.

Vivo VS1 chip details

Portraits and low-light photography

Portraits, of course, are a big part of X200 Ultra. The phone can shoot from 24mm to 100mm backed by AI-powered skin rendering, lighting control, and million-level 3D ray tracing for bokeh. There’s even a “Humanistic Street Photography” mode which focuses on quick-launch, 35mm framing, and a simulated film-style aesthetic.

The X200 Ultra can also shoot 4K portrait videos at all focal lengths with skin color optimization via the HSV algorithm, and near-zero shutter delay thanks to the new VS1 chip.

There’s equal emphasis on low-light photography. You can shoot from (14mm) ultrawide to long-range telephoto night shots. And there are a handful of modes like Supermoon, Zeiss Micro Bokeh, and Starry Sky to capture nuance details of the sky.

For scene recognition and visual fidelity, Vivo says it uses models trained on over 80 million samples, including large-scale image sets and data-engineered photo simulations.

The Vivo X200 Ultra is set to be officially unveiled on April 21st.

Galaxy S25 Ultra facing a weird camera vibrating issue

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra, which debuted with a notable upgrade to a 50MP ultrawide camera, is encountering unexpected challenges. This new lens, offering enhanced detail over the 12MP ultrawide cameras of previous flagships, has been reported to shake and vibrate on some units, raising concerns among potential buyers.

Reports on community forum date back to February, and Samsung’s yet to respond

The issue has surfaced across social media platforms like Reddit and X, as well as Samsung’s Community Forum, with users noting that the ultrawide (0.6x) camera exhibits violent shaking and stuttering noises, rendering it unusable. In fact, reports on the community forum date back to as early as March 1st.

Some owners trace the issue to a recent software update, though the exact cause remains unclear. Unlike typical camera shake linked to optical image stabilization (OIS)—which the S25 Ultra’s ultrawide lacks—experts suggest the autofocus mechanism may be at fault, given the lack of OIS mechanism.

The complaint doesn’t appear widespread, though, with only a fraction of the millions of Galaxy S25 series units sold globally affected. This suggests it might be a manufacturing defect rather than a universal flaw. Some users who visited authorized service centers reported the issue was diagnosed as hardware-related and resolved free of charge under warranty.

The problem affects both photos and videos

But there’s a bit of friction in the process. As one user noted on the community platform, affected devices must be sent to the company for a diagnostic test—meant to confirm whether it’s a manufacturing defect. This essentially means the user will need to arrange for a temporary handset.

Videos shared by affected users highlight the severity, showing the camera struggling to stabilize. While Samsung has yet to publicly acknowledge the issue or propose a fix, the company’s response at service centers offers hope. A software patch could potentially mitigate the problem if it’s update-related, though hardware replacements may be needed for defective units.

Lumio Vision 7 Review: New Budget Smart TV Challenger That’s Beating Xiaomi at Its Own Game?

When Circuit House Technologies first announced its Lumio Vision 7 and Lumio Vision 9 series of smart TVs, they didn’t just promise crisp visuals or rich audio like most brands. They boldly claim they’ve built the fastest smart TVs on the market. The company recently had a media briefing showcasing these TVs in action, and a friend from Lumio helped me get a review unit of the Vision 7. So, is the Vision 7 really as fast as advertised, or is this just another case of a marketing stunt? Read on to find out.

Lumio Vision 7 Review

Design & Remote

Before diving into how fast it may or may not be, let’s first look at its design. In the modern household, where gadgets and tech are scattered in almost every room, the smart TV often takes up the most visual real estate. That’s why the minimalist design of the Lumio Vision 7 helps it maintain a surprisingly low profile.

Lumio Vision 7 Review

Of course, you can’t completely ignore a 55-inch slab—but once it’s on, the slim bezels around the QLED panel make it feel more like a digital canvas. This is especially true when the TV displays photos from your gallery or digital artwork. The Vision 7 is built using a metallic frame and back panel, blending plastic for other areas like the speaker cover. Buyers can either mount it on a wall or use the stand. It is worth noting that you only get the stand and its necessary screws and not the wall mounts in the box.

Lumio Vision 7 Review

The Lumio Vision 7 is paired with the Minion remote, and honestly, it’s just right. With a refreshing gray plastic body and black textured rubber buttons, the remote manage to feel both premium and lightweight. It covers all the essentials as well like the directional keys, volume rockers, voice control, OTT hotkeys, a dedicated TLDR button, and, importantly, a much-appreciated mute button.

Connectivity

Lumio Vision 7 Review

Lumio offers a healthy selection of ports on the Vision 7. You get three HDMI 2.1 ports (maxes out at 4K@60fps), including one with eARC support, making it easy to pair with soundbars for improved audio. There’s also one USB 3.1, two USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet (RJ45) port, an AV mini input, and an optical port for additional connectivity. The Vision 7 also supports dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. Despite my router being in a different room, the TV managed to maintain a strong and stable connection throughout testing.

Display & Audio

Getting the specs out of the way first, the Lumio Vision 7 unit I received was the 55-inch model featuring 4K resolution, a Blue LED backlight, 60Hz refresh rate, 114% DCI-P3 color gamut, and support for HDR formats like HLG, Dolby Vision, and HDR10. Complementing all of this is Lumio’s proprietary “DOPE” display engine. QLED TVs are more affordable than ever, and here’s why this one stands out from the crowd:

Lumio Vision 7 Review

The QLED panel on the Vision 7 provides good color reproduction and sharp picture quality. Watching movies and videos in UHD resolution is genuinely a treat. The TV provides solid viewing angles (except at extreme sides), and both SDR and HDR content look vibrant. Lumio claims 114 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The Blue LED backlight brings out warmer tones while color tuning is straightforward through the settings.

Unfortunately, you’re not getting true blacks—something to be expected given its sub-Rs 40,000 price tag and lack of MiniLED that is found on the Vision 9. Still, the 400-nit brightness performs above average in this segment, ensuring a clear and consistent experience even in a well-lit room during the day. On the feature front, you get ALLM, MEMC, and Dynamic Brightness. I already have a love-hate relationship with MEMC, and having it enabled by default—and turned back on automatically every time the TV starts was frustrating.

But like with most modern TVs, this is just something you learn to live with. Hopefully, Lumio can change this with a future update. MEMC was intended to make watching sports smoother, but being on by default leads to a worse experience when consuming other media like movies. On the gaming side, a 55-inch 4K screen is one of the best ways to enjoy AAA single-player titles. I tested it with The Last of Us Part II, and the cinematic gameplay felt immersive, with no noticeable input lag. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for competitive esports titles like Counter-Strike 2.

During the initial media briefing, Lumio also highlighted the Vision 7’s audio system—and not without reason. After my Bluetooth speaker suddenly gave out, I relied entirely on the Vision 7’s built-in speakers and was pleasantly surprised. It features a DGS Audio setup with two tweeters and two full-range drivers, delivering a total output of 30W.

Lumio Vision 7 Review

While it’s not the loudest in its class, the audio quality was genuinely enjoyable. The sound profile leans toward clarity, with nicely balanced mids and highs. Bass isn’t particularly punchy, but the speaker box offers enough volume for a richer overall range. Plus, you get Dolby Atmos support which is a nice touch. It’s no substitute for a dedicated soundbar or home theater setup, but for this price, it’s easily one of the better audio packages. I mostly kept the volume between 30 to 40 percent which I found to be the sweet spot.

Performance & UI

The smart TV segment is crowded with competition, especially under the Rs 40,000 price mark which makes standing out hard for any single model. Instead of relying on gimmicks or flashy features, Lumio has chosen a more thoughtful route: refining the core experience to match pricier rivals. During the development of the Vision 7, the brand studied reviews of competing TVs and found a common pain point, which is performance.

Many budget smart TVs tend to be sluggish, either right out of the box or over time. Lumio, however, claims that the Vision 7 has been built to avoid such slowdowns and is capable of outperforming the competition. At the official demo, the focus was on the impressive boot-up speeds and app load times, which was mirrored in my own experience over the last two weeks.

Lumio Vision 7 Review

That speed is largely thanks to what Lumio calls the BOSS processor—a quad-core CPU paired with 3GB of DDR4 RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Compared to the typical 2GB/8GB setup found in this segment, this is a notable upgrade, giving the system more breathing room and ensuring smoother performance. Together, these internals deliver what is easily one of the smoothest UI experiences I’ve seen in this price range.

The Vision 7 runs Google TV out of the box. While I wasn’t initially a fan of this UI, the performance here made me reconsider. App switching, loading times, and overall navigation were snappy and responsive. This is what a true “smart” experience should feel like even on a budget. You also get access to all major streaming platforms and can download other media apps via the Play Store.

Verdict

The Vision 7 comes in three sizes: 43, 50, and 55 inches. The top-end 55-inch model, which I reviewed, is priced at Rs 39,999. For the price, you’re getting a responsive, well-built 4K smart TV with great visuals, smooth performance, and competent speakers. It checks all the boxes and delivers a premium experience without the premium price tag.

If you’re hesitant about buying from a relatively new brand, Lumio is trying to build consumer confidence. It boasts a network of over 300 service centers across 19,000+ pincodes in India. Plus, every Vision TV comes with 2 years of comprehensive warranty coverage and a year of extended support for those customers who pre-order. For those in the market for a new smart TV, the Lumio Vision 7 is definitely worth checking out.

The ANC system of the WF-1000XM5 uses triple microphones per earbud and the Sony HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN2e to block ambient noise effectively. This is further enhanced by Adaptive Sound Control that uses AI to optimize sound based on surroundings.

Bone conduction sensors and Precise Voice Pickup technology ensure clear call quality by isolating voices from background noise. The 8.4mm drivers deliver a wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz with Hi-Res Audio via LDAC, while DSEE Extreme upscales lower-quality files for richer sound. These earbuds were certified for 360 Reality Audio with head tracking and can create an immersive 3D sound experience.

For convenience, it offers touch-free controls, including head gestures for playback and settings adjustments, alongside Google and Alexa integration. The Speak-to-Chat feature pauses music when you talk, and auto-play can be scheduled.

Despite these strengths, some users note less bass compared to competitors and a challenging fit due to the earbuds’ size. Battery life is up to 8 hours per charge, which extends to 24 hours with the case. A quick 3-minute charge gives you 60 minutes of playback—handy when you’re in a rush. The Qi-compatible case supports wireless charging, adding versatility.

This $120 discount, effective as of April 14, 2025, makes the WF-1000XM5 a compelling option for audio enthusiasts. Act fast—such deals may not last long!

OnePlus 13T looks a lot like Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite in new render

OnePlus is preparing to launch the 13T later this month. The company has yet to formally unveil the device, but a new high-quality render of the phone has surfaced on the Chinese platform Weibo courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station.

The image shows the phone in a black finish the company is reportedly calling “Cloud Ink Black.” Unlike its sibling, the OnePlus 13T adopts flat, squared-off edges and a redesigned rear camera layout.

OnePlus 13T to come in three color options

The new camera bump takes on a squircle shape and houses two lenses and an LED flash. It’s a more minimal look, though still distinct from the symmetrical, circular modules used in previous models. If anything, the design has more resemblance to Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Lite from 2021 than a OnePlus phone.

The tipster also claims the device will be offered in two other colors: Morning Mist Gray and Heartbeat Pink; the latter of which briefly appeared in a recent video leak.

OnePlus 13T in Heartbeat Pink

According to early specs, the 13T will feature a 6.3-inch flat display with a 1.5K resolution. This places it in the smaller, more pocketable category of flagship phones. Despite its relatively compact size, it’s rumored to house a big 6,200mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.

Camera-wise, the phone is expected to come with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens. Under the hood, the device is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. OnePlus is also reportedly swapping its familiar alert slider for a new “smart button” on the 13T.

For now, the OnePlus 13T is confirmed to launch only in China. There’s no word on whether it will make its way to international markets yet.
