Caviar has launched its upgraded Grand Complications series of iPhone 14 Pro models with the Cosmograph Daytona Rolex watch embedded directly on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. This limited-edition iPhone 14 Pro Max model targets the high-end of the market and professional car racing aficionados.

There are only three units of the new iPhone 14 Pro Max with the Rolex watch. A complex mechanical chronograph is present in each of the iPhones. The mechanical chronograph consists of a 40mm dial, yellow gold, and 8 diamonds. The phone also has a multi-layered case body made of titanium and a black PVD coating. The phone also features decorative items taken from the 1930s Daytona race car’s control panel.

The models are available in Daytona and keleton Booster options. Both the Daytona and keleton Booster styles are expected to catch the fancy of fans of the Daytona 500. The decorative speedometer and switches are made of 18K yellow gold with jewel enamel painting.

The keleton Booster version has a black reinforced grille and titanium alloy screws. The iPhone 14 Pro limited-edition model with 128GB of storage is priced at $133,670 while the iPhone 14 Pro Max model with 1TB storage will be sold for $134,250. The two models will be sold globally but there are only a few units produced. Luxury goods maker Caviar hopes to quickly sell out the iconic iPhone 14 Pro Grand Complications series. It however remains to be seen how the high end of the market will react to the premium iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. What is certain though is that both models are collector’s items.

Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA Kitchen Tool Set has been announced in China. The latest set of MIJIA-branded kitchen gadgets consists of a smart timer, an automatic corkscrew, and an electronic scale. The Xiaomi MIJIA Kitchen Tool Set offers several services to users in the kitchen. The MIJIA Smart Timer can simultaneously make two countdowns and it also functions as a wireless switch.

The automatic corkscrew of the kitchen set can uncork a bottle of wine in 10 seconds while the electronic scale is very accurate with a margin of error of 0.1g. The MIJIA Smart Timer has three volume levels. It can be attached to a wall, thanks to its magnetic back, or using a wall sticker. You can adjust the timer by twisting its dial and the maximum countdown time is just under 10 hours.

The MIJIA Electronic Kitchen Scale can weigh items up to 3,000g and you can switch between various metrics such as pounds, grams, milliliters, etc. The device can operate for up to 300 days on standby.

The MIJIA Electric Wine Bottle Opener has two buttons to open and uncork a wine bottle. It has a hidden foil cutter and can last up to 170 times usage on a single charge.

Lastly, the MIJIA Smart Timer can be controlled by the MIJIA app and incorporated into the Xiaomi smart home ecosystem. You can link the Smart Timer to a smart microwave oven, kettle, light, or other smart home devices to trigger and stop their operations. As usual, the smart gadget can also be controlled by the Xiao AI voice commands.

As for the price, the MIJIA Kitchen Tool Set will retail via crowdfunding in China for 179 yuan (~$25) starting from October 12. Xiaomi says that the kitchen set will start shipping on October 19. After the crowdfunding exercise, the price will revert to 199 yuan (~$28).

Apple could roll out 5G support to iPhones in India by December: Report

Airtel, which is one of the leading telcos in India, announced its 5G services will be initially accessible in eight cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Many users with 5G-enabled smartphones have already started using Airtel’s 5G services. But iPhone users are not so lucky because Apple is yet to enable 5G on its phones in India. However, as per a report, the company will release an OTA update enabling the 5G network on all supported iPhone models by December 2022.

According to a report by The Economic Times Telecom, the Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to roll out a 5G update to its iOS software by December after ‘testing and validating the devices on the superfast network’.

The publication, citing sources, claims that senior executives from Apple and Airtel are expected to meet this week to discuss a timeline for the rollout of the software update to enable 5G on the eligible iPhone models (iPhone 12 and later). Executives from the two companies are also likely to discuss why 5G network support on supported iPhone models has been delayed.

Further, the report states that Apple is testing 5G capabilities on various iPhone models on Airtel’s 5G Plus network in Delhi and Mumbai, and the company will begin releasing the update in December.

Separately, Reuters reports that the Indian government is pushing Apple, Samsung, and other manufacturers to prioritize rolling out software upgrades to support 5G in the country, in response to concerns that many of their models aren’t ready for the recently launched 5G services yet.

To recall, 5G services were launched in India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 1 during the 6th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC), 2022.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset coupled with LPDDR4x RAM and uMCP storage. On the software front, it runs Android 12 with the company’s My UX skin on top. Moto G72 will receive a single Android update and three years of security updates.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the handset features a triple camera system on the rear consisting of a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro sensor. While at the front, it has a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls.

It comes with an IP52 rating and packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast wired charging. It also flaunts Dolby Atmos-supported dual stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The connectivity options on the device include dual SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C.

Moto G72 Price in Europe, Availability

Now, in the latest development, alleged live images of the OPPO Reno 9 have surfaced online, which reveal its design and appearance. Here are the details.

Popular Chinese tipster Panda recently shared the possible live image of OPPO Reno 9 on Weibo (via @ZionsAnvin). The tipster later deleted the images, but we managed to get hold of them.

As can be seen in the images, the device’s camera module matches the previously leaked image. Design-wise, the device looks pretty similar to the last-generation model. It has a camera with two large and one small cutouts, as well as a ring-shaped LED flash. The handset also has an additional flash, which will likely have a different color temperature. On the front, it has a center-punched hole housing the selfie camera.

Previous reports suggest that the device may come with a 64MP primary sensor. It will likely be equipped with the Snapdragon 778G chipset. While the Pro model may come with the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. It is also said to feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor for the primary camera. Both devices could feature 4,500mAh capacity batteries.

The Redmi A1+ launched in the global market last week. The Indian variant is tipped to arrive with the same specifications. The upcoming offering is said to be ‘Made in India’ as well as ‘Made for India’. This story was shared by a 34 year old woman who shared her story on Reddit. The Redditor claimed that the smart wearable product began alerting her about the increase in heart rate in the past 15 days. The warning message stated that her resting heart rate is about 57, however, it has since risen to 72 in the past couple of weeks. While this jump in heart rate isn’t immediately alarming, she began looking for the reason behind this noticeable change.

She first thought it was due to COVID-19. However, the test came back negative. Following this, she even found an online article that stated that female heartbeats usually increase in the first trimester of pregnancy. Thus, she got a pregnancy test done, which came back positive. So, the woman went to a clinic to get a proper confirmation, with the doctors there also confirming that she was four weeks pregnant.

This came as a surprise since the woman said that she did not experience any pregnancy related symptoms because her pregnancy was still in its early stages. However, the Apple Watch managed to find that her elevated heart rate was being caused by another entity within her body. She credited her smartwatch for the discovery and urged Apple Watch users to pay attention to the heart rate notifications.

The NoiseFit Agile 2 Buzz sports a circular dial with a 1.28-inch display bearing a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels and 500 nits brightness. It comes with more than 100 customised watch faces. The smartwatch is IP68 water-resistant and there are two buttons on the side.

On the health-centric front, the NoiseFit Agile 2 Buzz is equipped with a 24×7 heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, and a sleep tracker. It also offers breathing exercises. The smartwatch packs support for 60 sports modes.

The NoiseFit Agile 2 Buzz comes with a built-in speaker and a microphone with support for Bluetooth calling feature. The smartwatch displays recent calls, dial pad, and contacts. There is also an AI voice assistant that can run commands. The wearable device also features inbuilt Young Bird and Hamster games. There are other convenient features like music control, weather updates, notifications, find my phone and more. The NoiseFit Agile 2 Buzz is claimed to deliver up to 7 days of battery on a single charge.

The NoiseFit Agile 2 Buzz costs Rs 5,999 but carries a special launch price tag of Rs 1,999. It is offered in Jet Black, Midnight Blue, Rose Pink, and Olive Green colours. The smartwatch will go on sale from October 14th from Amazon.

Earlier this year, Honor launched the Honor 70, 70 Pro, and 70 Pro+ in China. A couple of months ago, the brand brought the Honor 70 to the UK and other global markets. However, it appears that the brand is not done with the Honor 70 series, as the Honor 70 SE has been spotted on the 3C certification website.

The listing reveals that the Honor 70 SE has model number GIA-AN80 and It will come with 66W fast charging. The charger of the device has a model number HN-110600C00. The listing does not reveal any other details, so let’s look at the Honor 70’s specs to get an idea of what to expect.

The Honor 70’s 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED screen boasts a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a PWM dimming frequency of 1,920 Hz. The Snapdragon 778G Plus SoC, along with Honor’s proprietary GPU Turbo X, powers the device. The chipset is combined with 256GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM.

The device has a triple rear camera arrangement with a 54-megapixel IMX800 Super Sensing Main Camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide and macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The device boasts a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

The device has a 4,800mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It comes pre-installed with Magic UI 6.1, an Android 12-based user interface.

A couple of days ago, we covered the launch of the LG MAGNIT 4k 136 inch TV. Now, the company has revealed the pricing for its humongous premium home theater product, but its price tag might have you robbing a bank.

Talking about the enormous TV first, the MAGNIT 4k 136 inch was announced with micro LED display technology. This screen even supports a 120Hz high refresh rate and outputs an impressive 2,000 nits of peak brightness. As the name suggests, the TV offers a 4K resolution with cutting edge color, contrast, and clarity. It even runs on the webOS smart TV platform.

The Chinese company has revealed the pricing for the new TV in the US market. It will be available for purchase for a price tag of 299,999 US Dollars. If this didn’t seem expensive enough, the brand is also offering the MAGNIT 4K 136 inch TV for 349,999 US Dollars when paired with a Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 90 floor standing speakers. These speakers usually retail for around 115,000 US Dollars and deliver 8,200W from each speaker thanks to their 18 drivers.

Furthermore, LG Electronics will also offer the MAGNIT TV with the Beolab 28 and Beolab 50. However, it has yet to reveal the pricing for this particular bundle. Bang & Olufsen sells the Beolab 28 for 16,500 US Dollars while the Beolab 50 goes for around 47,000 US Dollars. Unfortunately, details regarding the exact availability is still unknown for this large smart TV.
