Earlier this month, Infinix debuted the Infinix Zero Ultra smartphone in the global market. The device features the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, a mid-range 5G chipset. Its other highlight features include a 200-megapixel primary camera with OIS, 180W fast charging, and a 120Hz AMOLED display.

Now, known leaker Paras Guglani has spotted the device on the BIS database, hinting at an imminent Indian launch. According to Guglani, the Indian variant of the device has an X6820 model number.

As the device has already debuted in the global market, we know what to expect regarding specs and features.
Infinix ZERO ULTRA Specifications and Features
The Infinix ZERO ULTRA has a curved 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display (2400 × 1080 pixels resolution) with 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 900 nits. The back of the device features a 3D textured glass finish.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, which is based on a 6nm technology and includes two 2.5GHz Cortex-A78 CPUs and six 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs. The SoC also houses the Mali- G68 MC4 GPU. This chipset is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. As for software, the device boots Android 12-based XOS 12 out of the box.
The camera system is the main attraction of this device. The ZERO ULTRA has a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS, paired with a 13-megapixel ultrawide and 2-megapixel sensor. The front of the device houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera in the centered punch-hole.
It has a respectable 4,500mAh battery capacity which is augmented by Infinix’s latest 180W Thunder Charge technology. The brand claims that the phone can be charged up to 100% in just 12 minutes. The device offers 5G, along with LTE, dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth on the connectivity front.
As for pricing, the Infinix ZERO ULTRA has launched with a $520 price tag for the 8GB + 256GB model. It will be interesting to see if the Indian price will be tweaker and if the device will be made available in a lower configuration.
