Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo V50 will be announced on Feb. 17 in India. Its landing pages on Vivo India’s website and Flipkart have already confirmed its key specifications and features. Here’s a look at the V50 details that have been officially confirmed so far.

On the front, the Vivo V50 has a micro-quad-curved OLED panel that measures 6.78 inches. It is said to support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It houses a massive 6,000mAh battery within a slim chassis of 7.4mm. Speaking of the build, it will have an IP68/69-rated chassis and the new Diamond Shield Glass protection from Schott.

The V50 will feature a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus support on the front. The back panel of the device will be fitted with a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an Aura Light LED flash. The device will run on Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15 and will offer AI-driven image editing features, audio transcription, and real-time call translation.

Reports surrounding the device have claimed that the Vivo V50 will have the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip onboard. It may ship with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device is expected to support 90W fast charging.

iQOO will unveil the iQOO Neo 10R on March 11 in India. With over a month away from the launch, the company is gradually confirming key details about the device. Recently, it revealed the Raging Blue color edition of the Neo 10R. Today, the company released new images to showcase the Neo 10R’s Moonknight Titanium version.

The iQOO Neo 10R’s Moonknight Titanium flaunts a sleek, minimalist design in a cool silver/grey hue. Its flat edges and slightly rounded corners offer a modern aesthetic and comfortable feel. The camera module houses a dual-lens setup with a vertical LED flash on the outside. As mentioned above, the Neo 10R also comes in an India-exclusive shade called the Raging Blue, which sports a white-blue dual-tone design.

iQOO has already confirmed that the iQOO Neo 10R will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The performance-focused phone will support 90fps gaming, which can be monitored using the built-in FPS monitor in Ultra Game Mode. Additionally, the phone will support a 2000Hz instant touch sampling rate for a smoother gaming experience.

The Neo 10R is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will run on Android 15 with a layer of Funtouch OS 15 on top.

For selfies, the Neo 10R will have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The back panel of the device will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device will also come with other specs, such as an in-screen fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster. In terms of pricing, the device is likely to be priced at under Rs 30,000, making it a good rival for the Poco X7 Pro.

Nothing is gearing up to launch its next mid-range smartphone, the Phone (3a). Ahead of its set March 4 debut, the device has now surfaced on the TDRA certification website, confirming its name and model number but revealing no details about its technical specifications.

The TDRA listing identifies the device with the model number A059 and confirms the “Phone (3a)” moniker. Despite the lack of detailed information from the certification, recent leaks and teasers have provided some insight into what the device may offer.

One of the notable features teased by Nothing is what appears to be a dedicated camera button, like the iPhone 16 series. Besides this, here’s what we know about the smartphone.

Rumored Specifications of the Nothing Phone (3a)

The Phone (3a) is expected to feature a 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device could be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, which should deliver reliable performance for everyday tasks and light gaming.

Apple hasn’t launched a new SE model since it launched the iPhone SE back in 2022. According to a Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman, the current iPhone SE has been discontinued due to USB-C regulations in the EU. Therefore, the arrival of the iPhone SE (2025)’s arrival seems imminent. The report claims that the device will go on sale as early as next week. Here’s a look at the five major changes that are expected to arrive on the iPhone SE 4.

1. iPhone 14-like design

The iPhone SE 4 will arrive with the most radical change to the design as compared to previous generations. The report reiterates iPhone SE 4 leaks that have claimed that it will inherit iPhone 14’s design.

This means that the iPhone SE 4 will have a notched display like the iPhone 14, offering a large screen space of around 6.1 inches with the bottom bezel axed. As far as the rear design is concerned, the iPhone SE 4 will continue to sport a single camera with a single LED flash alongside it.

2. Face ID support

The iPhone SE 4 will be the first SE model to come with support for Face ID. This means that the device will not have a Touch ID sensor. The reason is the new design, which adds a notch to house the complex Face ID sensor. The bottom bezel is gone, and so is the Home button which housed the Touch ID sensor on the previous generation.

3. Apple AI

Apple introduced Apple Intelligence with the iPhone 16 series. Running on iOS 18, the iPhone SE 4 will be the most affordable iPhone to offer access to Apple AI. The Apple AI brings features, such as enhanced Siri, AI-powered writing tools, intelligent photo editing, and personalized suggestions on the iPhone 16 series.

The inclusion of the Apple A18 chip allows the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus to run on Apple AI. Now that the iPhone SE 4 is expected to bring access to Apple AI, it is tipped to feature the A18 chip, making it as powerful as the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus models.

5. USB-C

Another first for an iPhone SE model is the arrival of the USB-C port on the iPhone SE (4th generation). 3. OnePlus 14

OnePlus is expected to unveil the OnePlus 14 in October this year. The device will have a large display with a flat design and the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip, which is expected to debut in the same month.

Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon X series chips now reportedly power 10% of high-end Windows PCs in the US that have a price tag of $800 or above – a jump from the 0.8% market share it had in Q3 last year.

During the Q1 2025 earnings call, Qualcomm revealed this milestone. While the 10% figure may look impressive, it’s important to note that it applies specifically to high-end Windows PCs. This is a niche segment.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X chips are designed for always-on, always-connected PCs and they have been gaining attention for their combination of raw performance and efficiency.

Qualcomm has also announced an octa-core Snapdragon X chip that will bring the entry price for these devices down to around $600. Not to mention, it will make a broader audience consider the new platform as an appealing option, and will potentially increase the market share even more. It’s also important to note that more and more apps are getting native support for the platform, which increases the appeal.

We will likely see even faster growth going forward

Qualcomm has some big plans for the near future as well. The company aims to capture more than 50% of the Windows PC market within the next five years. For that, the giant is rolling out a wide range of mini PCs and laptops powered by Snapdragon X chips.

Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra: 4 Things You Need To Know

Asus recently took wraps off the Zenfone 12 Ultra. The device succeeds the Zenfone 11 Ultra.

Though the product is called ‘Ultra,’ it is not accompanied by ‘standard’ and ‘pro’ models. It is a loner handset like its predecessor.

Again, like its forerunner, the Zenfone 12 Ultra is a non-gaming version of the current-gen ROG Phone. This means it is more or less the same as the ROG Phone 9 Pro.

The core specs are identical on the two. The two only differ in terms of look and feel.

Either way, let’s take a look at the key features of the Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra in this article.

1. Resembles Candies

The Zenfone 12 Ultra has almost the same dimensions as the ROG Phone 9 Pro. The overall design is also nearly identical. But certain things set them apart.

The camera islands on the two devices are slightly different from one another. The LED flash module sits to the right of the secondary sensors on Zenfone 12 Ultra. While on the ROG Phone 9 Pro, it is located below the primary sensor.

Most importantly, the Zenfone 12 Ultra lacks the mini LED display on the back and comes in eye-catching colors. These hues, namely Sage Green, Sakura White, and Ebony Black, make the device look like candies. It matches the aesthetics of the Nubia Candy Charger from 2020.

2. Powerful Hardware

Asus has equipped the Zenfone 12 Ultra with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It is currently the most powerful chip on Android phones. This silicon even goes head-to-head with the Apple A18 Pro chip inside the iPhone 16 Pro.

The latest Snapdragon chipset is further paired with fast LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The handset offers up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Lastly, the device draws energy from a 5,500mAh battery. It supports 65W wired and 15W wireless charging standards.

3. Versatile Cameras

The Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra has a versatile triple camera system on the rear. All three modules offer different focal lengths (wide, ultrawide, and telephoto).

The primary camera is a 50MP Sony Lytia 700 sensor. It is paired with a 13MP 120° FOV ultrawide unit and a 3x 32MP telephoto shooter.

On the front, the handset sports a 32MP RGBW sensor for selfies and video calls.

4. Poor Software Support

The Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra ships with Android 15. It also comes with several AI features for productivity, communication, and camera.

However, unlike the competition, Asus guarantees only 2 major Android updates. This is unacceptable for a smartphone that starts at €1,100.

Oppo Find N5’s crease is barely visible

Oppo has been teasing its upcoming foldable for quite a while and has revealed many aspects of the device ahead of the launch event. The latest one is about the crease on the inner display.

Pete Lau, the chief product officer (CPO) at Oppo, has shared two images on his official X account, comparing the crease of the Oppo Find N5 with one of its competitors. The difference in the crease, well, you can see for yourself.

The crease is almost nonexistent

Thanks to Samsung for changing the corner radius last year, we can confirm it’s the brand’s latest foldable – the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Of course, Oppo hasn’t been able to completely get rid of the crease yet – upon closer inspection, you can still see it. But here, the Oppo exec had a point: it’s almost nonexistent in comparison. Other than that, the aspect ratio and the front camera placement look very similar to the Oppo Find N3.

The company previously revealed the side profile emphasizing its slick form factor. According to a previous report, the phone is only 4.8mm thick. It is impressive to see Oppo having figured out how to fold the display within such a small area without leaving a crease. This achievement is likely due to a redesigned hinge mechanism.

Matter of fact, a recent rumor claims that the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s crease is “almost gone“. Considering the fact that we have only seen minimal improvements in this aspect from the Z Fold models so far, and the Fold 7 is expected to be based on the hinge mechanism of the already released Z Fold SE, we cannot expect too much yet. That said, the crease could be one of the advantages the Find N5 will have over its biggest competitor.

The base model appeared in the platform with a single and multi-core score of 1110 and 3136 respectively. Now the Pro model has surfaced with only slightly higher scores: 1196 and 3309 in the single and multi-core tests.

Although the performance numbers here are the same, as previously reported, the base model uses an underclocked chip. All the mid cores and the prime core have slightly lower clock speeds on the base model. So, technically, the Pro model could outperform the standard one in raw performance in certain use cases like gaming.

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip is built on TSMC’s 4nm process, and it also powers the Realme 14 Pro+ launched a few days ago and will power the upcoming Nothing Phone 3a. So you can expect similar raw performance to those devices if you are comparing.

As revealed by the listing, the Pro model also comes with 12GB RAM, and Android 15 out-of-the-box similar to the base model.

According to previous reports, the P3 Pro will come with something branded as the “GT Boots technology” co-developed with KRAFTON, which likely improves the BGMI gameplay experience. It may include features such as AI Ultra-Steady Frames, Hyper Response Engine, AI Ultra Touch Control, and AI Motion Control.

To run on these features for longer, the phone packs a large 6000mAh battery. It also supports 80W wired fast charging for a quick refill.

As per the design, the phone packs three cameras with a centered circular island on the back and has flat sides.
