The phone is its first flagship to take on a design different from the Z series’ modular design. Renders of the phone that leaked last week revealed the phone will have triple rear cameras and a selfie camera nestled in a punch-hole display. Ahead of the launch, which is unknown but should be close, the camera specs of the phone have leaked and it reveals Motorola is joining the 108MP club.

The specs were posted on Twitter by TechDroider, and since they are unconfirmed, they should be taken with a grain of salt. The source says the primary rear camera is a 108MP sensor. This means the Motorola Edge+ will join the Mi Note 10, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and Galaxy S20 Ultra‘s 108MP club.

There is also a 16MP sensor and an 8MP camera. The 16MP camera is expected to be an ultrawide camera while the latter should be a telephoto camera. TechDroider also revealed that the phone has a 25MP selfie camera but adds that the punch-hole is not as small as the render portrays it to be.

Motorola will ship the phone with a Snapdragon 865 processor, up to 12GB of RAM, Android 10, a waterfall display with a high refresh rate, an audio jack, and a battery capacity that is over 5000mAh. When it launches, it will be available via Verizon in the US and also unlocked in other markets.

The budget phone is the first in the world to be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G70 gaming chipset and it packs a massive 5000mAh battery to provide more gaming time. After launching in India, Realme is set to unveil the phone in Indonesia but it will have a different look from the Indian model.

The official website for Realme Indonesia already has a promotional page for the phone that lists some of its features and one image shows the Realme C3 for Indonesia has triple rear cameras, unlike the Indian version that has just two cameras on the back.

The Realme C3 sold in India has a 12MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. We are not sure what type of lens the third sensor on the Indonesian model is but our guess is it is a macro lens.

Other than the difference in the number of rear cameras, we do not know yet if there are other differences between the two phones. The promotional page says the phone will have a MediaTek processor but doesn’t state which type. It also mentions a bigger battery and a bigger screen.

The Realme C3 will launch in Indonesia on 19th February at 15:00 West Indonesian Time. The page also says fans that register can get a chance to win one of three Realme C3 phones or 8 Realme Buds Wireless up for grabs.

It has also not made any announcement regarding Mobile World Congress 2020. Nevertheless, we expect a successor to last year’s Zenfone 6, and a leaked image may be our first look at the phone which is expected to launch as the Zenfone 7.

The photo was posted on the official ASUS ZenTalk Forum and it shows the device, believed to be the Zenfone 7, with a square camera module similar to that of the Pixel 4. However, unlike Google’s phone, the camera housing sist in the middle and it houses three rear cameras arranged in a matrix along with an LED flash.

Based on the image, we can see ASUS will not be bringing back the flip camera design of the Zenfone 6.

The camera housing protrudes a bit from the curved back which appears to be covered in glass. There is no fingerprint scanner visible in the image, so we presume there will be one under the display. The Zenfone 7 is expected to have support for wireless charging since the Wireless Power Consortium already certified an ASUS wireless charger last October.

The image is far from being the sharpest but we can still make out some of the details on the front of the phone. The display does not appear to be curved though it has rounded corners. There is also a pill-shaped punch hole at the top left corner for dual front-facing cameras.

The image also shows the phone will have its power button and volume control buttons on the right but the Smart Key from the Zenfone 6 seems to be gone.

The Zenfone 7 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 865 processor and should have a 5G modem too. When it launches, it should be ASUS’s first 5G smartphone. Since its predecessor was announced in May, ASUS may want to stick to that timeframe again this year.

Last month, a leak from Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) revealed that OnePlus will release a device called the OnePlus 8 Lite. The leak included renders of the phone and they showed it will have a punch-hole display like that of the new Galaxy Note10 Lite. It will also have a rectangular camera housing on the back that houses two cameras and an LED flash. Today, alleged live photos of the phone have surfaced on the web but they show a different design (and specs).

The photos show the OnePlus 8 Lite has a notch. This is not a waterdrop notch like that of the OnePlus 6T but a wide notch like the one on the OnePlus 6. The images show there is a camera visible on the left side of the notch.

Moving to the back, we see the OnePlus 8 Lite has three rear cameras and not two as the renders showed, although the camera housing has remained unchanged. However, the LED flash is no longer inside the housing and has now moved to the left side of the setup and has taken the form of a pill.

There is a OnePlus logo on the back of the phone and nothing else. Since there is no fingerprint scanner on the back, it is safe to say it has an in-display fingerprint scanner under its AMOLED display.

The source of the images has said nothing about the specifications of the OnePlus 8 Lite. There are speculations it will be a mid-range phone but it is also possible it may have a flagship processor such as the Snapdragon 855 or Snapdragon 855+ inside it. This makes sense so that those who can’t afford the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro which will be 5G devices can pick up the OnePlus 8 Lite (without 5G).

The OnePlus 8 Lite can also go up against the newly announced Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy Note10 Lite, and if priced well, may actually be a worthy option over the upcoming Pixel 4a. Is this the year we get a $400 OnePlus phone? Let us keep our fingers crossed.

The phone will arrive as the Galaxy S10 Lite and will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor.

Ahead of the phone’s release which is still unknown, the camera specifications have been made public by Ishan Agarwal (@Ishanagarwal24).

In a tweet posted on his timeline yesterday, he revealed the Galaxy S10 Lite (SM-G770F) will have triple rear cameras. The main camera is a 48MP sensor and it is paired with a 12MP ultrawide angle camera and a 5MP depth sensor. The main camera is most likely to be the ISOCELL GM2 that was announced back in May of this year.

Can confirm that #Samsung Galaxy S10 lite (SM-G770F) will have Snapdragon 855 processor and the camera specifications are as follows:
48MP (Main) + 5MP (Depth) +12MP (Wide angle) & 32MP (Selfie)
Meanwhile the internal code for S11+ (5G) (SM-G986U) is Y2.

— Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) November 19, 2019

The tweet also mentioned that the phone will have a 32MP selfie camera, the same as the Galaxy A50s that was announced in September.

These camera specs are not new as we already reported it earlier this month. However, Ishan said in his tweet that he confirmed the details.

We don’t expect the Galaxy S10 Lite to match its siblings with respect to camera performance but it should take better than average photos. Nevertheless, the Galaxy S10 Lite does trump most of its siblings in another way. It has been reported that its battery capacity is 4370mAh, which is larger than that of the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+.

The Galaxy S10 Lite is also expected to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, 8GB of RAM and run Android 10 out of the box.

Ishan also revealed in his tweet that the internal codename for the Galaxy S11+ 5G with model number SM-G986U is Y2.

Both phones share not only a similar design but also similar key features.

HMD Global says the Nokia 7.2 is made with a high-tech polymer composite that is 2x stronger than polycarbonate but half the weight of aluminum. However, the core is made of metal. The display is covered with 2.5D Gorilla Glass and there is also Gorilla Glass on the rear, but HMD Global doesn’t specify which type. The design is finished with a multi-layer coating that gives the phone a metallic look.

The Nokia 7.2 also has a 6.3-inch FHD+ PureDisplay with the same PixelWorks processor for real-time HDR conversion. It also has a notch at the top which houses a 20MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor, an upgrade over the Snapdragon 636 of its predecessor. It comes in 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants with 64GB and 128GB of expandable storage respectively. The maximum capacity MicroSD card supported is 512GB.

The Nokia 7.2 also has triple rear cameras like the Nokia 6.2 but Zeiss optics. The primary sensor is a 48MP camera with Quad-Pixel technology and is paired with a 5MP depth sensor and an 8MP 118° ultrawide angle camera. The phone comes with bokeh effects such as ZEISS Modern, ZEISS Swirl, and ZEISS Smooth for adjusting several features when you take a portrait photo. There is also a Night Mode which uses a combination of advanced image fusion and multiple exposures for brighter images with rich details. The Nokia 7.2 an also record in 4K with spatial audio recording. The Dual Sight feature has also been enhanced.

The Nokia 7.2 has a dedicated Google Assistant button but it (and the Nokia 6.2) come with a new feature called Google Assistant Ambient Mode which allows you to check the weather, your to-do list, control your smart home devices, etc. without touching your phone.

The device has a 3500mAh battery and with AI features like Adaptive Battery, HMD Global promises 2-day battery life. Sadly, it also supports only 10W charging via a USB Type-C port. There is Bluetooth 5.0, NFC (select markets), a 3.5mm audio jack, dual-SIM (nano), an FM radio, and aptX audio. The Nokia 7.2, just like the Nokia 6.2 is an Android One phone. It runs Android 9 Pie and will also get 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security updates.

The phone comes in Ice, Turquoise, and Anthracite. It is priced at €299 and will be available by the end of September.

The Meizu 16s Pro will have really slim bezels but no notch or punch hole in its screen. On the back of the phone are triple rear cameras arranged vertically on the left. Rather than an October launch, the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro will be announced in September. Today, 3D renders of the phone have surfaced, thanks to OnLeaks in collaboration with PriceBaba, giving us an early look at the flagship.

The OnePlus 7T will be wearing a different design from the OnePlus 7, at least on the rear. OnePlus has decided to go with triple rear cameras for the phone, one sensor more than that of the OnePlus 7. The camera configuration is unknown but the extra sensor is most likely an ultrawide angle sensor.

The extra camera is not the only difference. The cameras are in a circular housing with a bump. The cameras are arranged horizontally. There is a dual-LED flash below the middle camera inside the housing. A few millimeters below the cameras is the familiar OnePlus logo. The OnePlus 7T is covered in glass and it is curved at the sides just like the OnePlus 7.

The front of the OnePlus 7T has not changed. It keeps the flat display of the OnePlus 7 with a cut out for the speaker at the top. The size of the bezels hasn’t changed either. The screen size is said to still be 6.4-inches and the resolution may remain FHD+.

The OnePlus 7T has only one grille at the bottom instead of two like the OnePlus 7. The SIM tray is now at the bottom opposite the USB Type-C port while the right side of the frame houses the power button and alert slider and the left is home to the volume control. The phone’s dimensions are given as 161.2 x 74.5 x 8.3 millimeters.

[envira-gallery id=”272034″]

The OnePlus 7T should come with a Snapdragon 855+ processor. It should also come with improved cameras and maybe even Android Q out of the box. It will launch first in India alongside the OnePlus TV before launching in other markets.

In some markets, it just became available for pre-order. The A80 is a unique phone as its triple rear cameras also double as the front-facing cameras thanks to an intricate sliding + rotating mechanism. An infographic has surfaced that explains just how the camera module works.

In its default mode, the Galaxy A80’s cameras are facing the rear and the module is fixed to a rack. When the camera is activated to be used as front-facing cameras, the module begins to slide up the rack. Samsung has used a toothed rack, so the rotating piece locks into place as the module moves up.

When the module gets to the intended point, the rack’s teeth releases and the camera module begins to rotate until it faces the user. When the rotation is complete, it locks back into place and is ready for use. The whole process is pretty fast

The Galaxy A80 has a bezel-less 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. There is no traditional earpiece for calls as the phone uses the screen to pump out audio. It also doesn’t have an audio jack. There is a Snapdragon 855 processor under the hood of the phone paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable storage

The triple cameras are a 48MP f/2.0 primary sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle camera, and a TOF 3D camera. There is a 3700mAh battery under the hood with support for 25W fast charging. It also runs One UI with Android Pie.

However, more details about the new Samsung flagship are expected in the weeks leading up to the event. While we have seen renders based on CAD drawings and have an idea what it looks like, they still can’t compare to official renders of the device which have now surfaced, thanks to Roland Quandt of Winfuture.de.

The renders show us two of the color variants the Galaxy Note10 will be available in which are Black and Silver Gradient. The latter is similar to the Huawei P30 Pro’s Breathing Crystal color variant and has a contrasting blue stylus.

The Galaxy Note10 has an Infinity-O display with the punch hole for the camera sitting right in the middle at the top of the screen. The top bezel is now significantly thinner while the chin has also been shaved by a few millimeters. In a nutshell, we particularly like the way the front of the device looks.

The rear is home to three cameras stacked on top of each other and sharing the same housing. Flanking the sensors on the right is the LED flash. There is no fingerprint scanner on the rear like we have on the Galaxy Note9 as the Note10 will have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. In some of the renders, we see the back of the Galaxy Note10 curves to meet the frame in the middle.

The Galaxy Note10 will come with a Snapdragon 855/Exynos 9825 processor depending on the market. It will have a 6.3-inch screen Super AMOLED display and be available in different RAM and storage configurations. There will also be a Galaxy Note10+ whose live photos surfaced a few weeks ago.

Thanks to OnLeaks again (and of course his partnership with Pricebaba) we now know that the bigger Pixel 4 will have no notch, no punch hole display, nor a pop-up selfie camera.

The Pixel 4 renders didn’t show us what the front of the phone will look like but those of the Pixel 4 XL does. While there isn’t an ugly notch like that of the Pixel 3 XL, the top bezel is thick. Google is not aiming for symmetry as the chin is significantly thinner. We presume there will be outrage with respect to the design this year too.

Editor’s Pick: Google will lose 700-800 million users if Huawei abandons Android: Ren Zhengfei

The thick top bezel is home to dual cameras, sensors, and a slit for the earpiece. Since the chin is thinner, you don’t get stereo front-facing speakers. The display itself is said to be 6.25-inches in size and it sure is AMOLED. We also think there is a fingerprint scanner behind the panel as there isn’t one on the back or on the sides. The Pixel 4 XL may also support secure face unlock similar to Face ID as OnLeaks says there is a hollow part on the right side of the display for unknown parts.

[envira-gallery id=”263039″]

On the back, we get the same squircle camera module. It houses three cameras, a microphone and an LED flash. The second camera is believed to be a telephoto lens but the third is still unknown. The back is covered in glass and has a single color this time. The Google “G” logo sits close to the bottom.

The bottom of the phone is home to two slits which are both believed to be for stereo speakers. There is also a USB Type-C port in the middle. The power button and volume rocker are on the right. No audio jack which isn’t a surprise as Google removed it since the Pixel 2.

The Pixel 4 XL is expected to come with a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB of RAM, and run Android Q out of the box. It should arrive in October which is still three months away.

What do you think of the Pixel 4 XL? Will Google also confirm this leak?

Live photos, as well as specs of the phone which has model number TA-1198, surfaced on the web this week. While you may not be pleased with the choice of the processor inside the phone; the design, particularly the rear, is quite different.

The Nokia TA-1198 has a waterdrop notch, not a first for HMD Global, but slightly different from that of the Nokia 4.2. Even with the notch design, the phone’s bezels are a bit thick. The specs put it in the mid-range category, so HMD isn’t gunning for appearance per se.

[envira-gallery id=”262753″]

The rear is where the excitement is. The Nokia TA-1198 has triple rear cameras. However, rather than stack them up vertically like on the Nokia X71, they are arranged in a circular housing similar to that of the Moto Z series. The three sensors share the housing with the LED flash. Below the setup is a fingerprint scanner.

Coming to the specs, the Nokia TA-1198 runs Android 9 Pie as seen in one of the photos and has June’s security patch installed. A system info app, DevCheck, running on the phone reveals there is a Snapdragon 660 processor under the hood. When the phone launches, it will be HMD Global’s third Snapdragon 660 smartphone after the Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia X71.

[envira-gallery id=”262752″]

The app reveals the phone has a 2340 x 1080 resolution and 410 ppi. It also packs a 3500mAh battery. In another photo, we see the phone can take 48MP photos which means one of the triple rear cameras is a 48MP sensor. The phone has its power button and SIM tray on the right side. There is no photo of the left but that’s definitely where the volume rocker is.

If we were to take a guess regarding the official name of this phone, it will be the Nokia 6.2. The Nokia 6.1 (Nokia 6 2018) has a Snapdragon 630 processor while the Nokia 6.1 Plus (Nokia X6) is powered by a Snapdragon 636 chipset. It won’t be unusual if the next-gen model gets the Snapdragon 660 processor.

The Nokia TA-1198 will most likely launch first in China before making its way to other markets. However, whenever that will be, remains unknown.

The source is ZACKBUKS, a Japanese leaker; and the news was first reported by Japanese blog – Sumahoinfo. According to ZACKBUKS, Sony has a launch on July 9 in Tokyo. The post also says “S and V” leading to the guesses about their names.

Sony has been reported to be working on a flagship phone exclusive to Japan. This phone will have an LCD panel and not an OLED panel like the Xperia 1 but will be powered by the same Snapdragon 855 processor. It is unclear if any of these upcoming devices is the LCD flagship phone.

In other news, an image of an unknown Sony phone with triple rear cameras have also surfaced. Unlike the Xperia 1, the triple rear cameras are on the left side of the phone and not the middle Above the sensors are the LED flash and laser focus module.

There is no fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone and we can’t tell if there is one on the sides. The Sony phone has a purple finish, is covered in glass and appears to be a bit thick. There are also antenna lines on the sides.

The identity of the phone is still unknown but we hope more details will surface in the coming days or weeks.

Not just any Snapdragon processor but the Snapdragon 675. It also brings along some other upper mid-range features and a surprising price tag.

The Galaxy M40 starts at INR 19,990 (~$280). To keep the price low, Samsung has equipped it with a PLS Infinity-O display and not a Super AMOLED type. The screen has a punch hole in the top left corner just like the 2018 Galaxy A8s and is covered with Gorilla Glass. However, it doesn’t come with a speaker at the top for calls but pumps out sounds by vibrating the screen (Screen Sound Technology).

There is 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage paired with the processor. A MicroSD card slot (hybrid) will let you add up to 512GB of additional storage. Inside the notch is a 16MP f/2.0 camera while the rear is home to vertically stacked triple cameras.

The primary camera is a 32MP f/1.7 sensor and it is paired with a 5MP f/2.2 Live Focus camera and an 8MP 123° ultra-wide angle camera. It can record slow-mo videos at 240fps as well as hyper-lapse videos. The Galaxy M40 has Widevine L1 certification and Dolby Atmos 360° surround sound. Sadly, it doesn’t have an audio jack but Samsung has included a pair of Type-C earphones in the box.

The M40 has a 3500mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner but also supports Face Unlock. The phone runs One UI based on Android Pie out of the box, has NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0.

It comes in two color variants (pictured above) and will go on sale on June 18 at 12 noon.

Do the above specs sound familiar? Yes, they do. These are the exact specifications as the Galaxy A60 which is sold in China.

The Galaxy A60 will be joining the Galaxy A8s as part of Samsung‘s lineup with a punch hole Ininfity-O display. The hole is in the top left corner and is home to a 32MP sensor. The TENAA listing already revealed it is a 6.3-inch FHD+ display.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 675 processor just like the Galaxy A70 and it has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. TENAA says there is also an 8GB RAM version and a 64GB storage variant.

The leak also shows us the rear of the Galaxy A60 which is home to three cameras. The cameras (16MP + 8MP + 5MP) sensors are arranged vertically with an LED flash below the sensors and a fingerprint scanner in the middle. The color variant in the image appears to be a mix of blue, green, and yellow.

The Galaxy A80, originally expected to launch as the Galaxy A90 is Samsung’s first phone without a notch or punch hole. It is also the first with sliding cameras that rotate to double as the selfie cameras. The phone, like the Galaxy S10, is a mix of metal and glass.

The Galaxy A80 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ (1080×2400) New Infinity Display. Yes, that is the name of the A80’s Super AMOLED panel. Under that nearly bezel-less screen is a fingerprint scanner. The A80 also doesn’t have a traditional earpiece above the screen, it actually pumps out audio using the screen just like the LG G8 ThinQ. This is a first for a Samsung phone too.

Samsung says the phone is powered by an unnamed octa-core processor clocked at 2.2.GHz (2.2GHz Dual + 1.8GHz Hexa) paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage with no option for expansion. Yeah, no MicroSD card slot is a big surprise.

The cameras which are the phone’s selling point includes a 48MP f/2.0 camera paired with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle camera and a 3D Depth Camera for recording videos with bokeh effect. The rear cameras slide out and flip to face you when you switch to selfie mode.

The Galaxy A80 has a 3,700mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. The phone learns your daily routine and app usage to optimize battery life. The phone runs Android Pie with One UI on top. There is Bixby onboard but without a dedicated button, as well as support for Samsung Pay. There is also Dolby Atmos for 360° surround sound but you don’t get an audio jack.

It will be available in Angel Gold, Ghost White, and Phantom Black. Samsung says the Angel Gold variant has some elements of pink while the Ghost White has some blue so both phones will appear different depending on the angle light rays hit them.

The phone has a retail price of €650 and will go on sale on May 29.

While we expect it to have a less powerful processor and even pack less features, leaked renders have revealed it will share some features with its more powerful sibling, the Honor 20.

The leaked renders (and specs) which were first shared by Winfuture.de show the Honor 20 Lite will also have triple rear cameras albeit in a different arrangement from the cameras on the Honor 20 as seen in its own leaked render.

The cameras are also arranged vertically on the left of the phone but unlike those of the Honor 20 which are separated, all the sensors of the Honor 20 Lite share the same housing. There is an LED flash below the cameras and in the middle of the phone is a fingerprint scanner. The Honor 20 has its own fingerprint scanner buried under the display.

The main camera is reported to be a 24MP f/1.8 sensor and it is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 120° viewing angle. The third camera is a 2MP depth sensor. The Honor 20 might have the same number of cameras but its sensors are different – a 48MP primary sensor, a 20MP secondary sensor and an 8MP with 3x optical zoom.

The leaked Honor 20 render didn’t reveal the front of the phone but the renders of the Honor 20 Lite show the phone will have a waterdrop notch and a display with curved corners. The display is a 6.21-inch 2340 x 1080 panel and the notch is home to a 32MP sensor.

[envira-gallery id=”245675″]

The phone will be powered by the Kirin 710 paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will have a triple card tray for two nano-SIMs and a MicroSD card. It also has an audio jack at the bottom and a MicroUSB port that charges a 3400mAH battery.

The Honor 20 Lite will come in two colors – black and aurora but there might be more color variants released later. It will run EMUI 9 based on Android Pie out of the box and have a price tag of about €280.

The new mid-range phone is listed on Huawei’s Russian website with all you need to know about it save for the price.

The Honor 10i is covered in glass on both sides with the one on the rear curving to meet the frame in the middle. The front of the phone is home to a Dewdrop display with a moderately sized lower bezel and a notch at the top. The phone is available in three colors – Shimmer Red, Shimmer Blue, and Vicious Black – with the first two having a 3D color gradient effect that allows them to appear different depending on the angle you hold them.

In terms of specs, the Honor 10i doesn’t disappoint, at least for a mid-range phone from Honor. It has a 6.21-inch 2340 x 1080 display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Its screen is also certified as safe by TUV Rheinland. Under the glass hood of the phone is the Kirin 710 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage (512GB max.). There is also GPU Turbo 2.0 for improved gaming performance.

If you call the Honor 10i a camera-centric phone, we won’t disagree with you. It has a 32MP selfie camera that is housed inside the notch. The selfie camera has lots of face-adjustment features so your portrait selfies can turn out great. On the back of the phone lies the triple camera sensors – a 24MP f/1.8 primary camera, an 8MP f/2.4 ultra-wide angle secondary sensor, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. It can record slow-motion videos at 480fps, has AI scene detection, and can shoot long exposure nighttime photos without the need for a tripod.

[envira-gallery id=”241725″]

The phone has dual-SIM support (nano only), dual-SIM VoLTE, and NFC. It runs EMUI 9.0.1 based on Android 9 Pie. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back and it also has support for Face Unlock. The Honor 10i has a 3,400mAh battery which charges via a MicroUSB port flanked by an audio jack and a speaker grille. Sorry, but no USB type-C on this one.

The phone is listed as “coming soon” and will ship with an unspecified free gift. Its price is also unknown. Hopefully, pricing and availability will be revealed before the end of the week.

That is still pretty far away but you don’t have to wait that long to know what it will look like.

Steve Hemmerstoffer, the popular leaker that goes by the Twitter handle @OnLeaks has released 3D renders and a 360° video of the next OnePlus flagship phone. This time, he has partnered with Indian tech blog, Pricebaba.

A few months ago, a live photo of a device said to be the OnePlus 7 was posted on the web. It showed the phone with an edge-to-edge display without a notch or punch hole. It was reported to have a slider design which means the selfie camera and a couple of other sensors are behind the screen.

[envira-gallery id=”239180″]

These renders do confirm that the OnePlus 7 does have a bezel-less display but not a slider design. Instead, it has a pop-up selfie camera just like the Vivo NEX and Vivo V15 Pro. The selfie camera slides out of the left side of the frame. The OnePlus 7 isn’t totally bezel-less as it has a bit of bezel at the bottom of its 6.5-inch display.

On the back, the OnePlus 7 sports a triple camera setup which is arranged vertically. In between the second and third sensor is the laser focus module. The camera housing is raised and an LED sensor sits outside the setup. There is no fingerprint scanner on the back which means the in-display fingerprint scanner on the OnePlus 6T is making a comeback. The back of the phone is covered in glass. Unfortunately, it will not have support for wireless charging.

The right side of the phone is home to the alert slider and power button while the volume rocker is on the left. There is a USB type-C port at the bottom which is flanked by a speaker grille on one side.

The OnePlus 7 will come with a Snapdragon 855 processor. It is also expected to come with Warp Charge 30 fast charging.

One recurring team in all the leaks is the punch hole display but it appears the final device has taken a different direction.

New live photos of the ZenFone 6 have surfaced online and these show what we believe is the final product as there is a retail box in the images too.

The Zenfone 6 will come with three cameras on its rear. The cameras are arranged vertically with two sharing a single housing while a third and the LED flash are separated. There are two color variants in the images. One has a red-blue gradient finish while the other is black but both are covered in glass.

There is no shot of the front of the phone but the retail box appears in the photos and they do reveal some key details. As you can see, the phone doesn’t have its fingerprint scanner on the back. That is because it is in front – on the chin. Yes, ASUS is going for a front-mounted fingerprint scanner this time around.

The new position of the fingerprint scanner means the bezel gets thicker though not as thick as before the 18:9 era. The forehead is not very visible but we can’t make out a notch or a punch hole display and the bezel doesn’t appear thin too.

READ MORE: ASUS Beta Power User Program brings Android Pie beta to the ZenFone Max Pro M2

Want an ASUS phone with a waterdrop notch or punch hole? That may still happen as the ZenFone 6 is likely to have multiple variants including a flagship model with a Snapdragon 855 processor. These models may come with thinner bezels and the aforementioned displays.

However, that doesn’t mean work (at least the design stage) hasn’t already started on the successors. If you are eager to know what the next iPhone or the iPhone XI may look like, then this new leak should interest you.

OnLeaks has shared a render that gives us our very first look at Apple‘s next smartphone – the iPhone XI 2019. The image shows only the rear of the device but it is a big reveal nonetheless.

Back from September 2019, I bring you the very 1st and very early glimpse at which I guess #Apple will unveil as #iPhoneXI!!! Yes, time has already come to meet the new #iPhone through gorgeous 5K renders made on behalf of new coming Partner @digitindia -> https://t.co/b6SxFUS2tx pic.twitter.com/97jrlTHQ5G

— Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) January 6, 2019

Based on the image, we see the iPhone XI 2019 will come with three rear cameras. The cameras and LED flash are arranged in a squircle positioned in the top left corner of the phone. The arrangement of the cameras and the LED flash is a bit odd thanks to the microphone which has also been squeezed into the setup.

There is already an outrage on the internet with respect to the design but OnLeaks said the upcoming iPhone(s) is still at the Engineering Validation Test (EVT) stage, so there is a possibility the final design might be different.

It was also revealed that Apple will launch three iPhones this year just like it did last year.

The notch of the Galaxy M30 will house a 16MP for selfies while three cameras will grace its back. The primary rear camera is a 16MP sensor and it is paired with two 5MP sensors.

The source says the phone will have a massive 5,000mAh battery. A large battery capacity should help this device sell in the markets it is headed to. The phone will measure 159 x 75.1 mm and have a thickness of 8.4mm thanks to the big battery.

The phone already appeared on Geekbench a few weeks ago and we know it will be powered by the Exynos 7885 paired with 4GB of RAM. It will also run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

The phone has appeared in public but we only got to see its front. New photos have now appeared online that not only show us the phone’s rear but also a closer look at its display.

From the photos, one can tell the Nova 4 is pretty big even with the shaved off bezels. It is also a bit wider than the average phone. The display practically stretches to the top part of the phone’s frame but on the bottom, there is still a bit of bezel. Sadly, none of the photos show the phone during media playback so we can see if the area where the camera is gets blacked out.

The photos reveal the Huawei Nova 4 will come in a gradient finish similar to the Iris Purple color variant of the Nova 3 though there is more of blue than purple in this case. We also get to see the phone’s triple camera setup which is the same design as that of the Huawei P20 Pro.

[envira-gallery id=”226201″]

The display is said to be LCD so it is no surprise that the fingerprint scanner is on the rear of the phone. There is no photo of the ports but there is definitely a USB-C port and very likely an audio jack on the device.

The Huawei Nova 4 is expected to come with a Kirin 980 processor, up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It should also pack a fairly large battery and run Android 9 Pie out of the box.

The G-series is for the first half of the year while the V-series usually gets announced in the second half of the year. This year, LG changed things a bit by announcing the LG V35 in May, a small refresh, sort of, over last year’s V30. But the main V-series flagship, the LG V40 will launch this half.

Popular leaker @Onleaks has gotten his hands on CAD drawings of the LG V40 and has collaborated with Slashleaks to make 3D renders as well as a 360° video.

The LG V40 takes a cue from Huawei’s P20 Pro and packs triple rear cameras, however, LG is using a different design. The three cameras are lined up horizontally at the center. They share a single housing and are flanked by a LED flash on the left. There is also a fingerprint scanner below the setup and the device’s name etched a few millimeters below.

The LG V40 has a 6.3-inch display and will also sport a notch like the LG G7 but its own notch will house dual cameras bringing the total number of sensors on the device to five. The notch isn’t wide or deep like we have seen from some other manufacturers. If you do not like the notch, there will be a settings menu where it can be hidden.

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGU0LLv9zII[/embedyt]

There is a bit of bezel at the bottom below the screen which is sort of standard on Android devices with a notch. The only difference may be the thickness. From the renders, we can also see that the LG V40 has a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille at the bottom.

[envira-gallery id=”208074″]

The dimensions of the phone have also been provided. The LG V40 will measure 158.8 x 75.8 x 7.8mm. It has a camera bump so if you factor that in, it measures 8.2mm at its thickest point.

There is no news yet as to when the LG V40 will be announced but seeing as the V30 was announced in September last year, LG may stick to the same release schedule this year too.

News going around says the LG V40 will also come with triple rear cameras but up the game by adding dual front-facing cameras for a total of five cameras.

Android Police says a source informed them of the Korean giant’s plan for its next flagship. LG will stick to its wide-angle lens + standard lens configuration for two of the rear cameras but the job of the third sensor remains unknown.

LG V30 ‘s successor, the LG V40, will come with five cameras

For the front cameras, one of the sensors or even both will capture details of the face for 3D face unlock. Those two sensors will sit in a notch. So if you don’t like the LG G7 ThinQ because it has a notch, you may be disappointed again. However, you should be able to hide it if you want.

The choice of the display panel isn’t yet confirmed though. LG used an IPS LCD screen for the LG G7 ThinQ while the V35 ThinQ has a P-OLED display. Chances are it may stick to OLED for the V-series.

Other features mentioned include quad DAC, a dedicated Google Assistant button, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845. So, basically, we are looking at an LG G7 ThinQ with more features (read more cameras).

Since the cameras are the big deal, we hope LG does come out with something super impressive. Google has shown that you can achieve a lot with a single camera and it is sticking to that for the 3rd gen Pixels. Samsung has also upped its camera game with the Galaxy S9/S9+ and will repeat the feat with the Galaxy Note 9.

However, leaked images of the Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Lite show both devices with just two rear cameras.

Leaked promotional images have been seen on Weibo and they show off a Huawei P20 with 3 rear cameras. This could be any of the three phones in the series but our guess is that it is the Huawei P20 Pro.

Two of the cameras share the same housing in a similar design to that of the iPhone X while the third sits below the setup. There is also a dual LED flash beneath the third camera and the LEICA branding.

One of the images shows the phone in blue, while the other shows off the black variant. However, both have black fronts and notches in their displays. One can even make out the front camera and sensor housed within the cut-out.

The images also have the same “SEE MOOORE WITH AI” tag and the March 27 launch date.
