Earlier this year, Netflix had announced that it would be launching a new affordable subscription plan that had ads enabled. Now, the company has also confirmed that it will be teaming up with Microsoft to launch these new plans.
The video streaming platform has announced that it will be working with the American tech giant for these cheaper subscription plans. In other words, marketers that run ads through Microsoft can now have their ads running on Netflix and its entire audience. Furthermore, the company stated that all of these ads on its streaming platform will be exclusively available through Microsoft. To put things simply, Microsoft is the new technology and sales partner for the upcoming ad enabled plans.
Although, there has been no official word regarding the launch date for these cheaper plans. This new ad enabled subscription plan will be offered alongside the existing options and will let users gain access to the premium content at an affordable price. The company says that the new move is still in very early stages and that there is still plenty of work left to be done.
Netflix’s COO Greg Peters said that “In April we announced that we will introduce a new lower-priced ad-supported subscription plan for consumers, in addition to our existing ads-free basic, standard, and premium plans. Today we are pleased to announce that we have selected Microsoft as our global advertising technology and sales partner. Microsoft has the proven ability to support all our advertising needs as we build a new ad-supported offering together. More importantly, Microsoft offered the flexibility to innovate over time on both the technology and sales side and strong privacy protections for our members.”

Qualcomm gave the contract to manufacture the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips to Samsung Foundry but an order for the upgraded version of the processor, dubbed Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 was given to TSMC.
Now, a new report coming from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims that Qualcomm is giving a contract to TSMC for exclusively manufacturing the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip as well as the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chips.
This is a major blow to Samsung Foundry which had Qualcomm as its most important customer for the advanced chips. With Qualcomm moving to TSMC, the Taiwan-based company will significantly increase its market lead.
While details about the next-generation flagship smartphone processor remain unknown, it likely that the company will stick to the 4nm node process for the upcoming chips, which is the same used in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 series.
Samsung’s issues with the yield is likely one of the major reason Qualcomm decided to switch to TSMC. As per the reports, the yield of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 manufactured by Samsung Foundry is 35%. This means that out of the 100 pieces that are made, only 35 are useful and 65 are defective.
The South Korean giant recently started production of 3nm chips. It uses the Gate-All-Around (GAA) transistor architecture for power-efficient and performance-enhanced chips. It is also developing a second-generation 3nm process node that would offer significant improvements across several areas.

The new earbuds will come with an IP54 dust and water resistance and will weigh just 4.7 grams per bud.
The Chinese brand’s Enco X2 will feature Active Noise Cancellation along with smart dynamic noise reduction, deep noise reduction, moderate noise reduction mild noise reduction, transparency mode, enhanced vocals, and noise reduction off modes. It offers the ANC feature through three microphones and even bone conduction AI call noise reduction as well. The noise cancellation can reach up to 45dB.
For battery life, the Oppo Enco X2 can last for up to 5 hours with ANC turned on and 6.5 hours with ANC turned off. When paired with the charging case, the battery life can reach up to 20 hours with ANC on and 27 hours with ANC off. The charging case can be charged via a USB Type C port as well as a Qi wireless charger. Oppo has already launched the earbud in its home market of China for 999 Yuan (roughly 148 US Dollars) and two color options, namely Mirror Night Black and Frost White.

Hyundai launched its first electric sedan earlier this morning. The South Korean automaker has officially named the EV, the Ioniq 6.
The brand’s entry into the EV Sedan segment is a bid to create a better market positioning for the brand as well as gain a larger share in the EV market which is dominated by Tesla Inc.
Specifications of Hyundai Ioniq 6
The Ioniq 6’s 77.4-kilowatt-hour battery allows it to drive up to 610 kilometers (379 miles) on a single charge, compared to 429 kilometers for the Hyundai Ioniq 5.

Porsche Carrera 911S Turbo
In terms of design aesthetics, the EV gives you a resemblance to the Porsche Carrera 911S Turbo from the back. The new EV employs a streamlined design concept officially known as “Electrified Streamliner” in terms of exterior design. The front sports a coupe-style C-pillar design, an electronic rearview mirror with a camera, and a closed front design.
In terms of power, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 is expected to come in single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive configurations. The most powerful model has approximately 300 horsepower, a pure electric range of up to 610 kilometers, and energy consumption of approximately 14 kWh/100 kilometers.
Production will begin this year in the third quarter. Sales in the United States will begin in early 2023, with a larger rollout to follow.
Hyundai is to invest 95.5 trillion won ($73 billion) on electrification this decade, launching at least 17 new models between now and 2030 and aiming for annual sales of 1.87 million EVs by the end of the decade. The company aims for a 7% share of the global EV market by 2030 and an 11% share in the US. The Ioniq 6 arrives around seven and a half months after Hyundai Motor Group subsidiary Kia introduced its latest Niro electric SUV.
According to BloombergNEF data, Hyundai and Kia sold approximately 123,000 battery-powered and plug-in hybrid EVs in the first half of this year, putting them third on the world’s top EV-maker list behind Tesla and BYD Co. The region of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa accounted for approximately 60% of their sales, while Kia has become the second-most popular EV brand in the United States this year.
Samsung recently enabled eSIM support for some of its current generation foldable smartphones in the US market but the feature isn’t available for every region. For instance, its home market of South Korea doesn’t have eSIM support.
That is about to change if the latest report is to be believed. A new report has claimed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 smartphones will be the first to have eSIM support for the South Korean market.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 render by OnLeaks / Smartprix
Network operators in South Korea haven’t rolled out eSIM services over several factors, including concerns about SIM card sales, increasing subscriber churn, and declining average revenue per subscriber.
The government has been negotiating with the telecom operators since last year to introduce support for eSIM technology and now it appears that the carriers are in the final stage of developing eSIM support for cellular connectivity.
eSIM eliminates the need to use a physical SIM card to get cellular connectivity and is also easy to switch between carriers. The service can be activated remotely by installing eSIM, making some operators worry about subscriber churn because of ease.
Samsung’s foldable smartphones already have eSIM support enabled in the regions where the technology is available and the company will continue to offer it on the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones.
Earlier this week, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 was certified by the FCC authority in the US. Now, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 has bagged certification from the same regulatory body. Now that both devices have received FCC certification, it appears that the next Z-series phones will indeed debut in August.
Two model numbers, SM-F721U and SM-F721U1, are mentioned in the FCC documents of the Z Flip 4. The former is a carrier variant, whereas the latter is an unlocked variant for the US. The FCC documents do not have any information on the major specs of the Z Flip 4.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 specifications (rumored)
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED foldable display with a hole-punch design. It will offer a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset will be present under the hood of the Z Flip 4.
The Z Flip 4 will arrive with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. It will come preloaded with the One UI flavored Android 12 OS. It will pack a 3,700mAh battery with 25W fast charging. It will have a 10-megapixel camera for snapping selfies. The back panel of the device will feature a 12-megapixel main camera with OIS support and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
As far as design is concerned, it will sport a dual-tone design like its predecessor. It is said to feature a significantly thinner hinge than before. It is also said to house a bigger cover display.
Rumors are rife that the Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 will be South Korea’s first phones with e-SIM support. Reports have also revealed that Samsung will also offer a Bespoke Edition of the Z Flip 4.
Apple will be launching its next-generation iPhone 14 series smartphones in the coming months and it appears that the company has some high hopes for the upcoming lineup.
As per the latest report, Apple has started trial production of the iPhone 14 series smartphones and is expecting the phones to sell more than its predecessors.
Apple iPhone 14 Pro Render
The report claims that the trial production for the iPhone 14 lineup has started and the company is planning to start the mass production of the smartphones in August. It further adds that Apple has informed suppliers that the initial sales of the new iPhone 14 series will be higher than the iPhone 13 lineup launched last year.
The expectations for the sales from Apple are in line with what the market analysts are speculating. Many analysts believe that the next-gen Apple iPhone series could outperform the smartphone industry globally if major economies fall into recession.
Apple has been seeing good results in terms of sales despite the overall smartphone demand appearing to be cooling off. The company is still seeing good sales momentum for the iPhone 13 lineup, contrary to its track record of iPhone sales slowing down from the month of July in anticipation of the next-gen model.
It is also being said that the pricing of the Apple iPhone 14 series could be $100 more than its predecessor because of many factors, including the rising cost of raw materials, supply constraints, and other economic reasons. There’s a possibility that the Cupertino-based tech giant may not increase the pricing, so we will have to wait for a couple of months to know for sure about the iPhone 14 series pricing details.

The Narzo 50 series by Realme contains a huge amount of devices: they are so many that it is impossible to include all of them in a single comparison. So we chose three of them, the oldest ones and the most similar to each other, in order to tell you the differences between their specifications. We excluded four models which we will maybe include in other comparisons. Here you can find a comparison between the specifications of the vanilla Realme Narzo 50, the Realme Narzo 50A, and the Realme Narzo 50i. Note that in the same series there are also the Realme Narzo 50 5G, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime, and the Realme Narzo 50i Prime, but they are totally different devices from the ones listed above.

Design
If you are looking for the most modern design, then you should opt for the vanilla Realme Narzo 50. It is the only one with a punch-hole display and the punch hole is placed in the upper left corner: the Realme Narzo 50A and the Realme Narzo 50i come with waterdrop notches and they are less impressive not only because of that but even because they are thicker phones. Further, you should note that the rear design of the vanilla version looks more attractive, with an original texture and a more minimalistic camera module including three sensors and a LED flash. But there is an important thing to say about the Realme Narzo 50i: it is splash resistant, even though it does not provide any IP certification.
Display
The most advanced phone in terms of the display is again the vanilla Realme Narzo 50. Its IPS LCD panel with a diagonal of 6.6 inches is able to show a higher level of detail because it supports the Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels, while the two internal rivals have a lower HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. Further, the vanilla version has a higher 90 Hz refresh rate instead of a standard 60 Hz refresh rate. We are not talking about a high-end panel, it is still an affordable component, but it is similar to the ones found on several mid-rangers. In each case, the fingerprint reader is side-mounted on the power key, all of these phones feature mono speakers and they have 3.5 mm audio jacks.
Hardware/Software
The Realme Narzo 50 is the most powerful phone of the trio because it is powered by the Helio G96: an octa-core mobile platform by Mediatek built at 12 nm with a max frequency of 2.05 GHz, composed of two Cortex A76 CPUs, six Cortex A55 CPUs, and a Mali G57 MC2 GPU. The SoC is paired with up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage which you can furtherly expand through a micro SD dedicated slot. The silver medal goes to the Realme Narzo 50A with an octa-core Mediatek Helio G85 chipset running at 2 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, and up to 128 GB of storage.
Camera
The Realme Narzo 50 and the Realme Narzo 50A have the same cameras and they are way better than the Realme Narzo 50i. They sport a 50 MP main sensor and a pair of 2 MP cameras for macros and depth. The Narzo 50i has just one single 8 MP camera on the rear side and an inferior 5 MP selfie snapper, so it has no way to compete with its opponents. However, keep in mind that the other two are still entry-level camera phones, so you should not expect a high photo quality but just a sufficient one.
Battery
The Realme Narzo 50A wins the battery life comparison because it sports a huge battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh. The Realme Narzo 50 and the Realme Narzo 50i have just 5000 mAh, but the vanilla version is the only one with 33W fast charging as the 50A comes with 18W fast charging and the 50i does not support fast charging at all.
Realme Narzo 50 vs Realme Narzo 50A vs Realme Narzo 50i: Price
The Realme Narzo 50 is priced at Rs. 12,999 / $163 in India, while you need Rs. 11,499 / $144 to purchase the Realme Narzo 50A. Realme Narzo 50i price in India starts from Rs. 7,499 / $94. Now that you know all the differences, which one would you pick after considering their prices?

You can integrate the projector into the Mijia smart home ecosystem via the Mijia app. This allows you to control the projector via the app or using Xiao AI voice commands.
While it is expected that the projector will subsequently be available outside China, there are no dates specified yet. The price of the new Xiaomi projector is about 60% cheaper than the 2020 model. Xiaomi expects a greater reception for its new projector due to its affordability and features.
The Triumph TE-1 prototype is Triumph’s first electric bike and it is a very fast bike. The TE-1 can go from 0 to 100km/h in under 4 seconds which is a leading performance in its category.
Triumph has a track record of some pretty fast ICE motorcycles but it is just coming into the EV two-wheeler market. The company has completed the fourth and final phase of performance testing of the bike. Going by the performance data of the TE-1, it may come into the market with a bang. Overall, the bike performed well across several categories and will square up with current models.
The bike is however inspired by the Triumph Street Triple. The bike sports a short and agile design with twin-pod headlamps. The final body panels of the bike have been updated with the final body panels and paint scheme. Triumph says the TE-1 images are the same as the real thing, having passed the 4th stage of testing.
An all-aluminum chassis covers the bike yielding an overall weight of 220kg. It has a higher power-to-weight ratio due to its chassis design, higher than current models. The electric bike can also be charged rapidly from 0 to 100% in just 25 minutes. There are no models in the market currently with such outstanding charging speed. The prototype remains a project under development, and Triumph is yet to provide a release date for the model.
Motorola is working on a new budget range device dubbed the Moto G32. The Moto G32 made an appearance on the NBTC certification website last month revealing some of its key specifications. Now, the smartphone has been spotted on the NCC certification database revealing its design and many more details.

Looking at the design of the device, it has a curved back with a glossy finish and a rectangular camera module on the top left. Up front, the device has a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera. The back of the device does not have a fingerprint scanner, therefore, it is likely that the FP sensor is side-mounted on the power button.
The certification reveals that the device has the model number XT2235-3 and comes with a 5,000mAh Li-ion battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. The packaging of the smartphone will include an AC adapter, charging cable, and earphone.
The images of the smartphone also reveal that it has a triple camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The bottom of the device houses a USB Type- C charging port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a speaker grill.
Moto G32 specs (expected)
Going by the previous reports, the Moto G32 is expected to come with a 6.5-inch LCD panel offering HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate.
It is expected to have the Unisoc T606 chipset that’s present in the Moto E32 or the MediaTek Helio G37 processor. We already know that the primary camera on the device will have a 50-megapixel sensor. The other two lenses are expected to house a couple of 2-megapixel sensors working as a macro camera and a depth sensor.
