The Xiaomi CIVI series was introduced last year in China. The female-focused lineup includes the CIVI and CIVI 1S smartphones. Today, the Chinese manufacturer confirmed the arrival of the Xiaomi CIVI 2. It will be made official at 2 pm (local time) on Sept. 27 in China.
Here’s a teaser image released by the company. As can be seen, the CIVI 2 will be sporting an attractive rear design. It appears that the company will soon release some more teasers to reveal its entire design as well as its key specifications.

The CIVI 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. These sales, which are officially called Flipkart Big Billion Days and Amazon Great India Festival, are set to begin on September 23. Paying customers will get access to the offers a day early on September 22. Also, some of the deals are already live.

Blaupunkt has launched a new television in India. It is the newest addition to the brand’s QLED TV range that already includes 50, 55, and 65-inch models. The latest offering comes in a 75-inch screen size and it packs the same specifications and features as the other variants.
The Blaupunkt 75-inch TV features an LED display bearing a 4K resolution. It offers 550 nits brightness, MEMC technology, and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG formats. The television comes with an Airslim design with a bezel-less screen and an alloy stand.
For audiophiles, the Blaupunkt 75-inch TV is equipped with quad-speakers producing a 60W output with support for technologies like Dolby Audio, Dolby Atmos, DTS, and CyberSound Gen 2. The television also features a far-field microphone for hands-free Google Assistant.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G
The Reno 8 Pro 5G is the higher end variant in the new Reno 8 series. It packs a power MediaTek Dimensity 8100 MAX processor and features a more robust 50 megapixel triple camera setup on the rear. Since its a more premium model, its design also includes a glass pack panel compared to the plastic one on the Reno 8. Meanwhile, the front sports a large 6.7 inch AMOLED panel that has a 120Hz refresh rate and even supports HDR10+.
The Reno 8 Pro has a price tag of 52,999 INR, making it an entry flagship level smartphone. However, the Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale offers this device for a discounted price of just 45,999 INR. Arriving at the offers, Axis and ICICI Bank Card holders can avail a 1,500 INR discount, with ICICI credit card users getting an additional 1,500 INR discount, which brings the price down to just 42,999 INR. But, the exchange offer on select phones applies here as well, and another 4,000 INR off helps bring the price down to around 38,999 INR.
Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G
Another notable deal being offered on Flipkart is the F19 Pro+ 5G. This is another mid range smartphone from the company that is equipped with a Dimensity 800U. For optics, it features a 48 megapixel quad camera setup on the rear. Meanwhile, the front sports a 6.43 inch Super AMOLED display that has a FHD+ resolution and standard 60Hz refresh rate.
This Oppo model was launched in India for a price of 25,990 INR. But now, the device is being sold for just 17,990 INR during the Big Billion Days sale. Furthermore, another 10 percent instant discount is also being offered to Axis Bank and ICICI Ban card holders, with partial payment available via Supercoins, which brings its price tag down to around just 15,990 INR.
Oppo Reno 7 Pro

Earlier this year in January, Tecno announced POVA Neo smartphone in India. A month later, it also launched its first-ever 5G phone called POVA 5G. There’s a possibility that the Tecno POVA Neo 5G may launch in the next few days during Amazon’s Great India Shopping Festival Sale that begins on September 22nd.
The Tecno POVA Neo 5G moniker suggests that it will be positioned below the POVA 5G, which is priced at Rs 19,999. Additionally, it could also be the cheapest 5G device from the brand.
As per reports, the Tecno POVA Neo 5G is expected to come with a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display bearing an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device may pack 4GB of RAM along with 5GB of virtual RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The POVA Neo 5G is tipped to house a 6,000mAh battery, with support for 33W fast charging. It will ship with preinstalled Android 12 OS with the company’s HiOS UI on top.
Honor Pad 8 has launched in India today. The company has made a re-entry in the country’s tablet market after many years with the latest offering. The device has already debuted in the global markets and the Indian variant comes with the same specifications. Read on to know what it offers out of the box.
Beginning with the display, the Honor Pad 8 sports a 12-inch screen bearing a 2K resolution and 350 nits brightness. It offers an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio and the screen is TUV Rheinland low blue light certified. The tablet features a metal unibody.
On the audio front, the Honor Pad 8 is equipped with an 8 speaker system tuned by DTS:X Ultrasound and the brand’s self-developed Histen audio algorithm. Unlike the Microsoft Xbox Series X and Series S, the PlayStation 5 from Sony does not offer its latest generation of gaming consoles with different specs. Although, it does offer one that lacks a physical disc drive. And now, a new report suggests that a third variant is on the way, so here’s all the details.
Interestingly, the Japanese tech giant has already been making minor changes to its latest generation of PS5 consoles. However, it seems like a new change might bring a drastic change in the new consoles’ design. The news arrives from Insider Gaming‘s Tom Henderson who revealed that Sony could be looking to refresh the physical design of the PlayStation 5. Apparently, the upcoming versions of PS5 might feature a detachable disc drive.
As per the report, the brand plans on releasing the PS5 with a detachable disc drive that will be connected to the console through a USB Type C port that is housed at the back. This would also mean that Sony could choose to bundle the external optical drive with the console. Although, it is also entirely possible that the company chooses to sell this external drive separately.
The company usually launches new variants of its console every 3 to 4 years. So, it won’t be surprising if the new PS5 model launches sometime within the next two years. But unlike a Slim or Pro variant, it seems that this time around the brand plans on bringing a detachable disc drive. This could also bring down the manufacturing cost for the PlayStation 5 and make it more affordable for buyers.
