AnTuTu has released its Android performance rankings for September 2025, using the new AnTuTu V11 benchmark system. The updated version went into public beta at the start of September, and thousands of users have already submitted results.

Both MediaTek and Qualcomm launched their new flagship processors in late September, the Dimensity 9500 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The Xiaomi 17 series is the first to use Qualcomm’s new chip, showing the power of the fifth-generation the flagship Snapdragon 8 series chip.
AnTuTu says the rankings are based on the average score for each model that month, not the highest single score. Models with fewer than 1,000 valid results are excluded. The data is collected from China between September 1 and September 30, 2025. Scores from AnTuTu V10 and V11 cannot be compared since both use different scoring systems.

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max ranks first with Qualcomm’s newest flagship processor. It delivers the best overall performance among Android phones right now. The phone also performs well in camera, display, and design. Its secondary screen was debated before launch but has turned out to be popular with users.

The Xiaomi 17 Pro takes second place. Its performance is almost the same as the Pro Max, making it a good option for those who want a smaller device without losing performance.
The standard Xiaomi 17 comes third. It drops the secondary screen but keeps the same level of performance. It also uses the Xiaomi 15 design and is ideal for users who prefer compact phones.
Other phones on the list like the iQOO Neo 10 Pro+, Vivo X200 Ultra and the Vivo X200S all use previous generation Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400+ chips. Smartphones like the Vivo X300, X300 Pro, Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro are expected to debut soon with the newly released Dimensity 9500 processor.
