Powerful performance paired with a 2.8K OLED display

The Yoga 7 2-in-1 (16-inch) is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processors that pack a 50 TOPS NPU (Neural Processing Unit) for advanced AI capabilities. Lenovo’s AI Core further optimizes performance and power management to ensure seamless multitasking, all while maintaining efficiency. With up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage, the laptop is capable of handling demanding workflows, like graphic design and video editing.

The highlight of the Yoga 7 series is its 2.8K PureSight OLED touch display, which is available in both models. The display boasts a peak brightness of 1,100 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for 100% sRGB, P3, and Adobe RGB color gamuts, delivering vibrant and accurate visuals.

The front has a 3.5mm headphone jack, 2x USB Type-A 3.2 Gen2, and 1x USB Type-C 3.2 Gen2 ports. The back features 3x DP 1.4, 1x HDMI 2.1, 2x USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1, 2x USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 2, and an RJ45 port. The image reveals a 14.5-inch display with a clean design absent of visible heat dissipation vents on the sides. This suggests a possible passive cooling system, a feature becoming more common with ARM-based processors like the Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. The laptop also appears to incorporate three Type-C ports.

This leak comes on the heels of Qualcomm’s recent announcement of the Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors. The Snapdragon X Elite reportedly achieved a multi-core score of 15,610 points on GeekBench 6.2, surpassing Apple’s M3 chip (12,154 points) by a significant margin (28.4%).

Earlier today (10th March 2023), Lenovo teased the appearance of its next gen laptop models from its popular Yoga series. The company previewed the next gen Yoga Air, which is a thin and light laptops.

Looking at the shared image, we can see that the next generation of the Chinese tech giant’s Yoga Air laptops will feature a brand new color scheme, which consists of a dual tone design. The model that we can see includes a new blue and orange color scheme. The top cover featuring the blue color hue, while the bottom half with the keyboard is a bright orange. It appears that the company has yet to officially finalize the name of this color model but has also shared some possible candidate names.

This includes Magic Sea Blue, Freesia Orange, or Sunlight Reflection. Unfortunately, this is all the information shared by the brand at the moment. So finer details regarding this upcoming Yoga Air laptop model like its specifications or pricing details are still unknown. Lenovo has announced earlier today (19th May 2022) that it will be hosting a product launch conference later this month on May 24. During this event, it will be launching a number of new laptops from multiple series.

The Chinese PC maker will be unveiling new entries in its Legion series of gaming laptops, along with new line of Xiaoxin notebooks as well. Apart from this, it will even be unveiling new thin and light ultrabooks from its YOGA lineup. The YOGA series will be announced first at 5 pm CST (China Standard Time) on May 24, while the Legion gaming laptop conference will begin an hour later at 6 pm CST.

The brand also hinted that it will also be announcing new products within the family of each of these lineups. According to official teasers, the 2022 YOGA Air series will introduce a new 13 inch YOGA Air 13s, the 14 inch YOGA Air 14c, and the 13 inch YOGA Air 14s as well. In this YOGA Pro series, the company will unveil only one YOGA Pro 14s, which will have a 14.5 inch display alongside the YOGA 16s.

Talking about the gaming models, Lenovo will unveil a new Legion Y9000X 2022 model, which is equipped with an Intel 12th Gen Core-H series processors. This includes both i5 and i7 configurations along with NVIDIA graphics cards like the RTX 3050 Ti, RTX 3060, and RTX 3070. For memory, it will offer the latest DDR5 4800MHz RAM and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The Chinese electronics manufacturer Lenovo has just teased a new notebook in their YOGA range dubbed the YOGA Air 14c.

According to the official teaser, the 2-in-1 laptop will come with narrow bezels and a refined B&W quad-speaker system. The teaser also reveals an ultra-slim body and stylus support.

Other than that, previous rumors regarding the device state that the YOGA Air 14c will come equipped with an OLED screen, which could have a 16:10 aspect ratio. As mentioned above, the notebook will have touch and stylus support. Considering the previous-gen YOGA Air 13s which only weighs only 984g, the upcoming YOGA Air 14c is also expected to be super light.

Other than that, there is no information available on the upcoming laptop yet. However, going by the sleek profile of the notebook, it could feature something like an Intel Core i7-1260P processor in its high-end configuration.

This particular processor has 12 cores and 16 threads. 4 of these cores are performance cores and the remaining eight are efficiency cores. The CPU comes with a turbo clock of 4.70Ghz and features an 18MB Cache. The processor is also pretty power efficient with a base power draw of 28W and a maximum power draw of 64W.

Lenovo has just launched two new laptops in China. These new notebook are a part of the company’s YOGA series, and include the YOGA Pro 14s Carbon 2022 and Yoga 16s 2022 that run Microsoft’s latest Windows 11 and are powered by AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series processors.

YOGA Pro 14s Carbon 2022

The YOGA Pro 14s Carbon is the smaller of the two laptops and sports a 14 inch display display. It has an OLED panel with a 2880 x 1800px resolution that offers 90Hz high refresh rate. The display features 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and 1.07 billion colors. Notably, the colors on the notebook are also calibrated in the factory (ΔE＜2) and its peak brightness can reach 600 nits. The laptop is certified by Dolby Vision Atmos and even DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification as well.

It is a thin and light laptop that weighs an impressive 1.08 kilograms and arrives with Dolby Atmos certification for its audio. It is powered by a 61Whr battery pack and packs the AMD Ryzen 7 5800U processor along with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. For connectivity, it offers two USB Type C ports, a card reader, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The YOGA Pro 14s 2022 will be available for purchase starting from 10th November for a price of 7,999 Yuan (roughly $1,250) but will launch for an introductory price of 7,299 Yuan (roughly $1,140)

YOGA 16s 2022

The YOGA 16s 2022 is a productivity based laptop despite that features robust specifications. The 16s features a 2560 x 1600 resolution on its 16 inch display that has 100 percent sRGB color gamut calibration and even supports HDR. It has a maximum brightness of 500 nits and can be switched between 120Hz/10-bit and 144Hz/8-bit. In the 10 bit mode, it can output 1.07 billion colors and 16.7 million colors in the 8-bit mode. The display of the laptop also offers a wide 16:10 aspect ratio as well.

Under the hood, it houses Team Red’s powerful Ryzen 7 5800H processor and a large 75Whr battery that runs the notebook. The laptop also offers an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU along with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. For connectivity, the laptop features WiFi 6 and offers 2 x USB Type A 3.2 Gen ports, an SD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type C port, and even an HDMI port. The YOGA 16s 2022 will be available for purchase later this month alongside the YOGA Pro 14s and will go for 8,299 Yuan (roughly $1,300) but will have an introductory price tag of 7,499 Yuan (roughly $1,170).

Recently, Lenovo teased its upcoming laptop under the Yoga series in the Chinese market, dubbed as Lenovo Yoga 14s Pro Carbon 2022. Now, the company has revealed yet another laptop in the same series — Lenovo Yoga 16s 2022.

Both the laptops are set to get launched in the Chinese market on 2nd November and ahead of the official launch, the company has been revealing some key specifications and features thorugh teaser posters.

In a recent teaser for the Lenovo Yoga 16s 2022, the company has revealed the laptop’s display specifications. It is confirmed that the device will offer a touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, covering 100% sRGB color gamut.

It will also offer HDR support along with 500nits high brightness. The screen can be switched between 120Hz/10-bit and 144Hz/8-bit. In 10-bit, around 1.07 billion colors are displayed while in the 8-bit mode, only 16.7 million colors can be displayed.

Reports indicate that the Lenovo Yoga 16s 2022 will come powered by the AMD R7 5800H processor, along with RTX 3050 graphics card. It also comes with a fullkeyboard, including a numeric keypad.

The device packs 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of SDD storage, and has a 50Wh battery with 65W fast charging support. There’s also support for features like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos and boasts a stereo speaker setup.

Recently, the company had revealed the screen details of the upcoming Lenovo Yoga Pro 14s Carbon 2022 laptop, which is also set to get launched along with this Lenovo Yoga 16s 2022 on 2nd November in China.

Lenovo has just launched multiple different products earlier today (21st October 2020). This includes the new ultrabook Xiaoxin lineup and the new Yoga series as well, which includes the Yoga 13s, Yoga 14s, and Yoga 14c.

Yoga 13s and Yoga Pro 13s Carbon

The Yoga 13s 2021 lineup includes the new Yoga 13s and Yoga Pro 13s Carbon. Both laptops feature a 13 inch display with a 2.5K resolution and an aspect ratio of 16:10. Under the hood, an Intel Core i5-1135G7 powers both laptops, which also feature a similar memory configuration with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.

The major difference between both variants is that the latter feature a Carbon Fiber body, which likely adds to the cost and makes the laptop lighter. The Lenovo Yoga 13s is priced at 5,499 Yuan (roughly 826 US Dollars) while the Yoga Pro 13s Carbon is priced at 6,299 Yuan (roughly 946 US Dollars). They will start pre orders from 1st November 2020, with the first sales starting from 11th November 2020.

Yoga 14s

The Lenovo Yoga 14s is a bit unique among the 2021 Yoga lineup as it arrives in both an Intel Tiger Lake variant and an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processor as well. The former features an i5-1135G7 processor with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, while the latter features a similar memory configuration but with a Ryzen 7-4800H processor.

Thus, the pricing between the two also varies with the higher core clock on the Ryzen 7 version being priced at 5,899 Yuan (roughly 886 US Dollars) while the Intel version costs 5,699 Yuan (roughly 856 US Dollars). The Intel variant also sports Nvidia’s GeForce MX450 GPU, while the AMD one would likely feature its integrated Vega GPU. Notably, both laptops feature a 2.8K (2880x1800px) 14 inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Yoga 14c

The Lenovo Yoga 14c is another laptop in the Yoga 14 series of laptops, which is aimed at delivering powerful performance in a small form factor. It arrives in two variants, with the base model having an Intel Core i5-1135G7 while the higher end variant sports an i7-1165G7. The processors are paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage a well.

Both laptops do not feature a discrete GPU, and will likely sport integrated graphics from Intel, which has vastly been improved with the new Tiger Lake architecture. The i5 version is priced at 5,999 Yuan (roughly 901 US Dollars), while the i7 version is priced at 6,999 Yuan (roughly 1051 US Dollars).

IFA 2018 is going to be the most interesting hi-tech-related trade show of this second half of the year, and Lenovo will take part in the show with several new devices. Among these, according to the known leakster Roland Quandt from WinFuture.de, there will also be Yoga C930, the most powerful convertible from the Yoga line-up. The new model follows the Yoga 920 unveiled at IFA 2017 with a consistently improved specs sheet. According to the leaked specs, the new 2 in 1 will be very lightweight as it will weigh just 1.38 kg. But it will sport a wide 13.9-inch display with the support to the touchscreen and a highly detailed 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.

Thanks to a solid and sophisticated hinge, it will be possible to convert the Lenovo Yoga C920 from a notebook to a tablet by overturning the display and putting it behind the physical backlit keyboard. The display will also support the Lenovo Active Pen for handwriting and drawing with thousands of pressure levels. Under the hood, there will be Intel 8th gen processor: in detail, there should be a configuration with Intel Core i5 8250U (clock frequency of 1.6 GHz and up to 3.4 GHz with TurboBoost) and another more expensive one with Intel Core i7 8550U (running at 1.8 GHz and up to 4 GHz with TurboBoost) for top-class performance.

Alongside these CPUs, there will be 8 or 16 GB of RAM and an SSD with a capacity of 256 or 512 GB depending on the chosen configuration. The notebook is expected to be equipped with a USB-A port, a USB 3.1 port, two USB-C port with Thunderbolt 3, a 3.5 mm audio jack and dual band Wi-Fi connectivity. Lenovo Yoga C920 should also have an improved battery over its predecessor, with a capacity of 70 Wh. Given that it is a top-end device, it will be costly: it is expected to hit the shelves with a starting price tag of €1600 in Europe.

The existence of this tablet revealed on the micro blogging site Sina Weibo. The VP of Lenovo Chen Xu Dong who disclose information regarding the whereabouts of these tablets . Dong said that the Lenovo Yoga tablet is a revolutionary device .

In terms of design, this tablet is very different with other devices that already on the market today. The differences include the presence of two small legs at the end of the tablet . In addition, the tablet is also powered by Intel processors Bay Trail.
