The Cupertino based giant is apparently planning on making slight changes to the rear design of the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max models. The news arrives from tipster @Unknownz21 who shared the information on Twitter. In the leak, it was stated that the brand is planning on refreshing the camera module on the rear. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature a new layout for the camera sensors, which will also include a new periscope camera lens as well.

This new sensor will add to its magnification capabilities on the new iPhones. Although, these will be exclusive to the higher end Pro models. Apart from this, these new sensors will reportedly offer up to 5x or 6x optical zoom as well. The changes in the rear camera module layout is reportedly being made to accommodate this new sensor. On the other hand, the more affordable iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to arrive with the 48 megapixel camera from the last gen iPhone 14 Pro models.

The new layout will have the ultra wide angle lens and telephoto camera swap spots on the rear camera module. For those unaware, the camera between the flash and LiDAR sensor is the one which features the new periscope lens on the iPhone 15 Pro Max model. The one major difference between the latest offering and the premium Pixel 7 duo is that the former comes with a plastic body. However, the phone scores surprising results in the durability test.

Although the screen is shielded by Gorilla Glass 3, it produces scratches easily at level 6 and even more at level 7. In the scrape test, the smartphone’s metal frame also scratches easily. The metal volume rocker and power buttons are also removable. When the phone is subjected to a fire test, it withstands the flame for 25 seconds but it also quickly recovers.

The main highlight of the video is the Pixel 7a’s performance in the bend test. The phone holds its ground and refuses to bend even after putting an ample amount of pressure from both sides. What’s more surprising is that the device features a plastic body and Zack says that it’s still better than glass that can shatter into million pieces.

The Y36 4G will be offered in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black colors whereas the 5G variant will be available in Mystic Black and Crystal Green colors.

The phones will sport a curved display and will come with a zoom camera. The Pro Plus, in particular, will arrive with a periscope camera and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC. Whereas, the pro and regular models will house Dimensity 8200 and Snapdragon 778G chips, respectively.

The smartphones will be accompanied by Oppo Enco R2 and a new color of Oppo Watch 3.

The iQOO Z7 series was announced earlier this year but the company has been working on a new entry in the lineup for sometime now. The company’s new phone is expected to be the iQOO Z7s, which is expected to launch soon following recent sighting in Indian certification website.

Previously, we had reported on the upcoming Z7s model being spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website last month. Following this, the Chinese smartphone maker’s new model had even surfaced on the Google Supported Device list as well. Now, the iQOO Z7s has also been spotted on the BIS certification as well. As of right now, the Z7 lineup consists on the base iQOO Z7, Z7x, and the Z7i.

Looking at this online listing, we can see that the upcoming smartphone will be available in the Indian market carrying the model number i2223. Unfortunately, the certification listing has yet to reveal any finer details regarding the new smartphones including its pricing and specifications. But based on what we know so far, the device will arrive with support for Bluetooth 5.1. The new iQOO Z7s will likely be a new mid range smartphone.

The base Z7 model was a decent budget model, which sports a 6.64 inch LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Indian variant (check out our review) was equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC while the Indonesian model featured the Qulacomm Snapdragon 782G SoC. Notably, OPPO has also revealed that the device will support 100W fast charging capabilities.

Motorola plans to launch the Edge 40 smartphone in India on May 23. This is the same device the brand launched in Europe earlier this month. A micro-site recently went live on Flipkart revealing that the device will come with the same specs and features as the European model. Now, the pricing has also been revealed.

A promotional banner on Flipkart has provided insight into the pricing and offers of the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone. As per a shared screenshot by Twitter user Karan Mistry, the effective price of the Moto Edge 40 is revealed to be Rs 27,999, inclusive of all offers, and exclusively applicable to pre-order customers.

While the banner did not disclose all the offer details, it did confirm that purchasers of the Edge 40 will receive a Rs 2,000 discount on exchange. Additionally, there is an option to include a screen replacement package for Rs 9,500. Pre-orders for the device are expected to commence on May 23, coinciding with its launch in India. Motorola Edge 40 specs

The Motorola Edge 40 boasts a 6.55-inch curved OLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout positioned at the center. Noteworthy features include an in-screen fingerprint scanner, an 8-bit panel, a high 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. Dual stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos enhance the audio experience, while the device holds an IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.

On the back panel, the Motorola Edge 40 showcases a square-shaped camera module. Within this module, there is a primary 50MP sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) paired with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies, a 32MP front-facing camera is available.

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, accompanied by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 4,400mAh battery supports the device, which is compatible with 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The smartphone runs on the Android 13 operating system right out of the box.

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G could be the next Nord-branded phone from OnePlus. A tipster from China has shared live shots and specifications of the device on Twitter. Here is a look at all the details that have surfaced in the latest leak.

The leak reveals that the OnePlus Nord 3 5G has the Vitamin codename. It further states that the model numbers CPH2493 and CPH2491 belong to the European and Indian variants of the device. The live shots belong to the European edition of the device.

The leak reveals that the OnePlus Nord 3 is equipped with a 6.74-inch OLED panel that offers a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, a Dimensity 9000 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery. The device has 16 GB of RAM, 12 GB of virtual RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage.

The Nord 3 is equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, the device is equipped with a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel, + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. The device will come preinstalled with the OxygenOS 13-based Android 13 OS. It is packed with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.

The leak also reveals that the device is equipped with an alert slider. Apart from the black variant shown in the leaked shots, the device is expected to arrive in a green variant.

OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Ace 2V in March in China. It appears that the Nord 3 will be a rebranded version of the Ace 2V. However, there seems to be one difference between the two phones. The Ace 2V has a 64-megapixel main camera, but the Nord 3 has a 50-megapixel camera in the above images. It is advisable to wait for further reports to confirm whether the two devices will differ in the main camera department. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Nord 3 may debut by the end of June or in July in India.
