The Apple Watch Ultra traversed the rumor mills previously as the Apple Watch Pro and comes with a 49mm watch case as well as a bigger battery.
Apple Watch Ultra
The Apple Watch Ultra seems to be in a class of its own, design-wise when compared to previous models. It has the largest and brightest display of all Apple Watches. Below the display is a sapphire crystal cover while there is an extra speaker at the side for high-pitched sound in an emergency. The extra speaker can deliver an 86-dB siren for emergencies. The home button and digital crown are located on the right side of the Watch Ultra. Three microphones help to deliver crisp audio even in windy conditions.

Last week, Realme C30s was spotted on the websites of a couple of certification bureaus. Today, the brand has officially revealed the launch date of this handset for India. At the same time, it has also put up a teaser page on its website disclosing some of the features.
Realme C30s is set to launch in India on September 14. It will be announced via simple social media posts or a pre-recorded live stream on YouTube at 12 PM IST.
According to the teaser page, the phone will be almost identical to the Realme C30. It will be available in two colors (black and blue). The only major differences will be the presence of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a likely different chipset.
Apart from that, it will arrive with the same flat framed design with a unique pattern on the rear panel. It will have the same 5,000mAh battery and a 6.5-inch display with a dewdrop notch. Though the brand is yet to disclose, the screen will most probably offer HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) resolution and LCD technology.
Lastly, the page says that the handset will be powered by an octa-core SoC. This chip can score about 106,409 points on AnTuTu Benchmark. The score is way lower than what can be achieved by the Unisoc T612 chipset. Therefore, the Realme C30s could arrive with a different chipset.
We are looking forward to learning more about the phone in the coming days via teasers and leaks. Until then, do le let us know your thoughts on the smartphone in the comment section below.
With the launch of the highly anticipated Apple iPhone 14 series, the company is slashing prices for some of its older models in India. This includes the last gen iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, and even the 2020’s iPhone 12 model as well.
For those unaware, the Cupertino based giant typically cuts prices for older models once it releases its newest smartphones. And now, the brand is doing the same for the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, and iPhone 12. As of right now, Apple has discontinued the higher end iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, with both models being removed from its official website. So now, let’s have a look at the new pricing for the older iPhone models in India.
The iPhone 13 with 128GB of internal storage is now priced at 69,900 INR, which is around 10,000 INR lower than its original launch price. Similarly, its higher 256GB model costs 79,900 INR while the 512GB model costs 99,900 INR, which is again around 10,000 INR cheaper than its original launch price. Lastly, the two year old iPhone 12 is available for just 59,900 INR for its base 64Gb variant. On the other hand, the 128GB and 256Gb model now cost 64,900 INR and 74,900 INR respectively. Notably, these are the official price drops from Apple and can be found on the company’s official Indian website.

In terms of design, the earphones look pretty much the same as their predecessor and remain the most premium true wireless earbuds from the brand. Internally, it is powered by a new H2 processor with advanced computational audio.
There’s a new feature called Personalized Spatial Audio which works in conjunction with the iPhone and iOS 16 by using the front-facing True Depth cameras to look at the user’s ear and adjust things accordingly.

The carry case for the AirPods Pro 2 also comes with support for Apple’s Find My feature, which can help in locating when misplaced. There’s also a built-in speaker, which makes it easier to find the device when the user is looking for it.
Apple is promising up to six hours of usage on a single charge, and the charging case offers up to 30 hours of usage. It supports wireless charging and can also work with the Apple Watch charger or other MagSafe chargers along with the Qi charger.

Looking at this tweet, the Chinese tech giant’s Xiaomi 12T Pro will launch in at least one model that has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the leak also revealed one of the color options as well, which is reportedly a Purple variant. Unfortunately, this was all the information shared by the tipster.
Although, this information is in line with our previous report. A recent leak had revealed that the Xiaomi 12T Pro will launch in two variants, namely 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option. Apple has just announced the latest iPhone 14 series of smartphones this week, but fans and online netizens have already begun to create and share hilarious memes of Apple’s latest flagship lineup on Twitter. Here’s a roundup of the 4 viral memes shared about the iPhone 14 series so far.
iPhone 14 Announcement
1. The iPhone 14 Sus and Sus Max
This year’s iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max ditch the traditional Apple notch on the front display, for the new pill-shaped cutout, marketed as the “Dynamic Island”. However, one Twitter user, @malditoleandro can’t seem to keep his mind away from the resemblance of the new iPhone 14 Pro design to the popular online multiplayer game, Among Us.
As pointed out in the wallpaper illustration of his Twitter post, the iPhone, the new “Dynamic Island” is very similar to the spacesuit worn by the crewmates in the multiplayer social deduction game, Among Us that went viral during the COVID lockdowns.
What makes the meme funny is that online users try searching for items in real life that seem to resemble the design of the crewmate in Among Us, calling it sus, or an imposter, as if they are playing the game in real life.
2. Is it just me or is my old iPhone getting slower?
Like many Apple iPhone releases in prior years, many iPhone users reported that their older iPhones were getting slower after getting the latest iOS update after the newest iPhone had been announced. Twitter user, @insanetweet shares a meme video showing how their iPhone load times after the Apple iPhone 14 event today.
The video shows obvious stuttering of a girl dancing, implying that the performance of their iPhone X has gotten slower. The tweet has since garnered over 150K likes, implying that many iPhone users feel the same situation is happening to them as well.
Although Apple was previously proven in court of deliberately slowing down older iPhones years prior, it could be a matter of the Placebo Effect on older iPhone users, as when they see a new iPhone released, they perceive their older iPhones to be inferior and slower.
3. Organ Donations for the new iPhone 14
Excluding the US, the new iPhone 14 series launch prices are comparatively 10 to 30 percent higher than last year’s iPhone 13 series launch. Along with the price increase, Twitter user @jayshompy shares a video of them walking out in the open with a glucose drip bag after selling their left lung to buy the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Jokes similar to this have already been circulating around the Internet ever since the launch of the first iPhone where buyers claim that they sold their kidneys to buy the latest iPhone.
The reason for the price increase of the iPhone 14 series globally could be that of rising inflation and wages across the world, as well as the USD exchange rate index going strong against foreign currencies, thus when converted into local pricing, it is 10 to 30 percent more expensive in the region that you are living in.
4. New Number, Familiar Face
The standard iPhone 14 series this year, didn’t include as much as upgrades as the iPhone 14 Pro series. In fact, the standard iPhone 14 still has the same notch, the same dual camera setup and the same A15 Bionic SoC found on last year’s iPhone 13. Twitter user, @wallstmemes, shares the sentiment, by posting a grandfather buying a new striped collar shirt that is identical to the old striped collar shirt that he was already wearing.

The back of the device as well as the sides are flat. The camera module has two large cutouts that house a dual camera setup. The primary camera lens appears to be quite small, leading us to believe that it could be the 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor. The auxiliary camera details are still under wraps. Let’s take a look at what else is known so far about the smartphone.
The brand has confirmed that the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G will feature a 120Hz dynamic LCD display with a notch for the selfie camera. It will also have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage paired with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset. A recently leaked image revealed the smartphone running the Android 12-based FunTouch OS 12. Today, the page got updated with new details on its design, camera, gaming capabilities, battery, and internal cooling system.
Last week, iQOO confirmed that the Z6 Lite 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate display without mentioning its size. iQOO Z6 lite 5G launch date
The Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 powered device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. According to iQOO, it will offer up to 127 hours of music playback, 21.6 hours of browsing on Facebook, 18.5 hours of YouTube playback, and 8.3 hours of gaming. As expected, it carries support for 18W fast charging.

Apple has unveiled the latest iPhone 14 series comprising the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The iPhone 14 Pro models stand out most among the four models. That is because both handsets have a new pill-shaped cutout that replaces the notch and can adjust dynamically. Both devices include a speedier A16 Bionic chip as well as an always-on display. Let’s take a look at the specs, design, and pricing of the new iPhone 14 models.
iPhone 14 Pro
The iPhone 14 and 14 Plus retain much of the design of the iPhone 13 – including the previous-generation A15 Bionic CPU. Apple skipped the Mini version this year meaning buyers will have to choose between the 14 and 14 Plus whose displays are really not compact. The iPhone 14 models won’t feature the conventional SIM tray in the US but will have support for eSIM.
iPhone 14 & 14 Plus
DISPLAY
In terms of the display, the iPhone 14 packs a 6.1-inch screen, while the 14 Plus has a larger 6.7-inch screen. Both models retain last year’s A15 Bionic chipset, which is a significant departure for Apple, which has traditionally unveiled a new processor for use throughout its entire iPhone portfolio every year.
Both models enable Emergency SOS, the much-rumored emergency messaging service delivered via communication satellites while you’re out of cell signal range. The antennas on the phone can link to satellite frequencies. Apple claims that sending a message with a clear view of the sky can take less than 15 seconds, and the interface assists users to position their phones in the appropriate direction and talks them through the processes to connect with emergency service providers. You can also use the Find My app to communicate your location without sending a message. It is free for the first two years for the iPhone 14 models.
CAMERA – iPhone 14 & 14 Plus
For selfies, the iPhone 14 models pack an ultrawide and a new 12-megapixel main camera with an f/1.5 aperture and sensor-based stabilization. Apple says the image quality in low light has improved by 49%, and Night Mode is now twice as quick. A new 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera with front focusing is also available. Apple claims to be implementing its “Photonic Engine” technology, which improves color rendering and low-light performance, sooner in the image pipeline. Action Option, a new stabilization mode for video recording, makes use of the entire sensor to provide gimbal-like steadiness.
iPhone 14 Pro Max
iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max
According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are the “most creative pro range yet.”
DISPLAY – iPhone 14 Pro & 14 Pro Max
The display is the first noticeable design change with the iPhone 14 Pro versions. While Apple will provide the standard 6.1- and 6.7-inch screen sizes, the notch will be replaced by a pill-shaped cutout for the Face ID components and a second circular cutout for the front-facing camera.
Apple has relocated the proximity sensor behind the display, and notifications will now be animatedly shown in the notch. Apple refers to this mechanism as Dynamic Island. Notifications and alerts will adapt and move around the pill-shaped notch, and Apple is putting a lot of emphasis on how it animates and uses the system for new notifications.
Apple showcased how the Dynamic Island will animate and function in practice, featuring live activity widgets springing to life and music animations and controls. Background chores like music listening will be moved to the island when you swipe to go home.
The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will both have an always-on display that will operate with iOS 16’s new lock screen widget feature. It will enable information such as reminders, calendar events, and weather without requiring the iPhone to wake up in order to display it. There’s also a sleep mode for iOS 16 wallpapers that darken them to save battery life.
PROCESSOR
Apple’s A16 Bionic chip powers the iPhone 14 Pro variants. With its new CPU, Apple has prioritized battery efficiency, display, and camera. The six-core CPU has two high-performance cores that utilize 20% less power and four efficiency cores that use a third of the power of competitors’ CPUs.
This new A16 chip powers the Dynamic Island’s silky animations and will also power Apple’s new camera system.
iPhone 14 Pro
CAMERA
Speaking of the camera, for the first time, the iPhone will use a 48-megapixel sensor instead of a 12-megapixel sensor. The redesigned main camera improves low-light shooting with a quad-pixel sensor, f/1.78 aperture, and 24mm focal length.
To maximize light collection, the sensor will take 12-megapixel binned pictures for most shots. This also enables Apple to crop the sensor in various ways to provide genuine 2x zoom at a focal length of 48mm. This could produce some stunning images, and the new sensor even optimizes details in Apple’s ProRAW format.
The new ultrawide camera also improves macrophotography and provides a 3x boost in low light. Apple has also improved the flash on the iPhone 14 camera system, making it twice as bright and responsive to photo focal length. The cinematic mode now supports 4K resolution at 30fps and 4K resolution at 24fps.
Overall, the iPhone 14 Pro delivers far more than last year’s minor updates to the iPhone 13 Pro models, which included a 120Hz ProMotion high refresh rate display and three all-new cameras. On the Android front, Samsung has the Galaxy Fold 4, which merges a tablet and phone experience into a single device, as well as the Galaxy Flip 4, which folds in half.

Google has just recently announced a new launch event set for October 6, where the Pixel 7 series is expected to launch along with the Pixel Watch. However, prior to the official announcement, the company has confirmed the color options and new Tensor chips for the Pixel 7 lineup.
Talking about the new chipset first, the Search Engine giant has confirmed (reference to its name spotted on the updated Pixel 7’s official site) the name of the second generation Tensor chip that will power its flagship Pixel 7 series. The new SoC is dubbed the Tensor G2. While the original Google Tensor featured 8 cores and was based on the 5nm process, the next gen chipset will be based on Samsung’s 4nm based process.
