The Freebuds 3 True wireless stereo headset features a new design which is tagged by Huawei as “Dolphin Bionic”. The design is inspired by a dolphin’s vocal cavity. The storage case was also redesigned and has a circular shape like a perfectly round pebble with a glossy finish.
The earbuds are powered by a new Kirin A1 chip which is said to deliver low latency and low power consumption as the earbuds use an isochronous dual channel Bluetooth connection. This means that each earbud is paired to the phone on a separate channel rather than one earbud being the master while the other is the slave as obtainable in most earbuds.
Huawei touts the Freebuds 3 to be the world’s first earbuds with open-fit active noise cancellation with up to 15-decibel ambient noise reduction. The earbuds feature a bone sensor which will work with the Mic Duct for noise cancellation and a crystal clear conversation when making calls. It also has a latency of 190ms which makes it perfect for gaming, and the noise cancellation is adjustable using the companion app.
The Freebuds 3 boasts a 4-hour battery life which can be extended to 20 hours with the charging case. The case is said to support both fast wired and wireless charging.
We wait for official information about the FreeBuds 3 India launch and will keep you updated when something pops up.
