Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA Suitcase in China. The Xiaomi MIJIA Suitcase comes with a new design and additional functions. It can be used as a small table and its flat top design is also suited for easy movement.

The Xiaomi MIJIA Suitcase is available in four sizes namely 20 inches, 24 inches, 26 inches, and 28 inches. The suitcase adopts the Covestro PC box shell and multi-layer composite technology. This results in a stronger, tougher, and more compressive box. The suitcase also features anti-scratch texture protection for a more durable product. All the other sizes of the suitcase apart from the smallest size, adopt the 4:6 split cabinet. This means that the suitcase is lighter and easier to open or close.

The front compartment of the MIJIA suitcase is simple while the rear compartment is deeper and can accommodate much content. The top handle of the suitcase can function as a table with its embedded flat design.

The double-layer explosion-proof zipper of the suitcase is sturdy enough to accommodate your luggage. The zipper is smooth and easy to pull, and strong enough to prevent cracking. ASUS ROG gaming handheld opens for pre-order in China and will go on sale on June 14

The ASUS ROG gaming handheld is now open for pre-orders ahead of the opening of its official sales in China on June 14. The new gaming handheld is part of the ASUS lineup including new gamepads and headphones.

The ASUS ROG handheld is powered by the AMD Z1 Extreme processor and comes with a 7-inch 1080p display. It has a display refresh rate of 120Hz and was released globally on May 11. The global price tag of the ASUS ROG handheld is $699. The gaming handheld has a weight of 608g.

The AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor is specially customized for gaming handhelds. It uses the Zen 4 advanced architecture and RDNA 3 integrated display. The chipset has 8 large cores and 16 threads. Its graphics processing performance can reach 8.6 TFLOPS. The graphics architecture of the ROG handheld supports AMD FSR and RSR resolution technologies for improved frame rate and picture display.

There is effectively no stuttering when using the ROG handheld it is also equipped with the Glacier cooling architecture for handhelds. It has dual fans on its side, effectively ensuring low noise levels and optimal temperature for the device. The ultra-thin ice fins of the ROG handheld help to keep the entire device to be cool. This is in addition to its optimized vertical heat pipes which help to keep the machine stable under various usage conditions.

Baseus has unveiled the updated version of the Baseus Blade 100W power bank. It is the new High Density (or HD series) Blade power bank which has a thickness of 0.77 inches but comes with a revamped internal circuit layout. The new design of the Blade means that Baseus has cut down by a third (33%) of its original length. The length of the new Blade power bank is 5.27 inches.

The Baseus Blade is among the very popular 20,000mAh rated power banks in the market. It comes with sufficient functionality to appeal to a wide customer base, coupled with its durability. The new model retains most of the features of the previous iteration but with a smaller form factor. It also has a LED status display and similar port architecture as its predecessor.

The Baseus Blade offers 100W charging and can charge a MacBook Pro 14 by up to 50% in 30 minutes. It has two Type-C ports that also act as inputs for the power bank at up to 60W. There are also two Type-A ports that output 30W for older devices or wearables.

The new Baseus Blade power bank, due to its smaller form factor, has a smaller footprint than its also compact predecessor. The Baseus Blade 100W HD series power bank is already listed on Amazon. Baseus has however not revealed the pricing for the new power bank. This detail could be released anytime soon. It is expected that the new Baseus Blade will be available to the global market.

The new Galaxy Watch 6 series is expected to launch in July at the Unpacked event. Now, it appears that the Watch 6 series will also be equipped with a new chipset, as the Exynos W930 has made an early appearance on the Bluetooth SIG website.

Exynos W930 could offer 10% faster performance than W920

An Exynos chipset with model number S5E5515 has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG, a regulatory board for products equipped with Bluetooth. This chip, known as the Exynos W930, is a successor to Samsung’s Exynos W920, which was used in the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5. Previously referred to as the “W980,” the Exynos W930 is expected to provide a performance increase of approximately 10% for the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 series.

The Exynos W930 chip could bring notable improvements to Samsung’s wearables. As per the listing, it supports Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi. Like its predecessor (the W920), the W920 will be manufactured using the advanced 5nm process. However, according to the certification, to achieve a comprehensive Bluetooth and Wi-Fi solution, the processor requires an additional RF chip.

Samsung could unveil its next generation of smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 6, on July 26. The new watches will run on OneUI 5 Watch, based on Wear OS 4, and will bring back the rotating bezel that was a popular feature on previous Galaxy Watch models but was missing on the Watch 5 series.

The Galaxy Watch 6 family will have all the activity and health tracking features that are available in the Galaxy Watch 5 series, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and GPS.

Details about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has been leaking extensively in the past and tipster Digital Chat Station has today shared the key specs of the upcoming device. As per the tipster, the device is equipped with a 1.5K resolution curved display with high-frequency dimming. DCS previously claimed the panel is similar to Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ (Review) with 1440Hz PWM dimming.

Powering the smartphone will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, assisted by a new large-area VC heat dissipation technology. The tipster reiterates that the device will get a 50MP IMX890 primary sensor in the rear, accompanied by two unknown sensors. It could be fueled by a decent 5000mAh battery unit.

According to DCS, the smartphone will support blazing-fast 150W charging, although there may also be a variant offering 100W charging. OnePlus Nord 3 European pricing leaks ahead of launch

The Nord lineup is ready to welcome its third member into the family soon. The OnePlus Nord 3 is reported to launch in the global market in the near future as a rebranded OnePlus Ace 2V, which is limited to China. Earlier today, a report shared detailed images as well as the storage variants of the smartphone. And now a tipster is here with its pricing details for Europe.

As per tipster Roland Quant, the OnePlus Nord 3 will debut in Europe with a starting price tag of €449 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version. The higher-end trim with 16GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage could cost customers in the old continent €549. This price will vary depending on the country you live in. Also, it should be comparatively lower in markets like India.

OnePlus Nord 3 Specifications (expected)

Although the OnePlus Nord 3 is reported to be a rebranded Ace 2V, it might not feature the exact same specifications as its Chinese counterpart. For one, the Nord 3 is rumored to get a 16MP front camera and a triple camera unit consisting of a 50MP main camera (with OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro shooter. But the Ace 2V gets a 64MP primary camera with OIS. There may be other differences.

The Nord 3 will likely flaunt a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset paired with up to 16 GB of RAM. It could pack 128 GB / 256 GB of storage and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support. Global Vivo Y02t inches closer to launch, gets TDRA certified

Vivo has launched many smartphones in the Y series recently, including the Vivo Y35+, Vivo Y36, and more. These phones are available in different regions with some limited to China. The company is also gearing up to launch a budget smartphone soon, called the Vivo Y02t. It has leaked extensively in the past. And while we wait for the official announcement, the Y02t has now been spotted on the TDRA website, hinting at an imminent launch.

A device with the same name is already available for purchase in the Indian market. However, this new variant is aimed at the global market. Vivo Y02t has appeared on the TDRA website bearing the model number V2254. Apart from the model number, we don’t get anything interesting from the certification.

Vivo Y02t Specifications

Vivo Y02t is already official in India and we can expect the global version to feature the same specifications. The smartphone gets a 6.5 inches IPS LCD with a 270 PPI density and a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It measures 164 x 75.6 x 8.5 mm and it weighs 186 grams.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P30 processor paired with Mali-G71 MP2, 3 GB RAM, and 32 GB internal storage. The handset gets only a single 8MP camera on the rear while on the front there is a 5 MP selfie shooter.

The device is fueled by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W wired charging. It is offered in Black and Gold colors and runs Android 13 out of the box. The Indian version of the smartphone is already listed on Flipkart with a price tag of Rs. 9,999.

Realme C51 receives TDRA certification, launch imminent

Realme’s upcoming smartphone, the Realme C51, has recently obtained TDRA certification, further hinting at its imminent launch. Realme, known for its high-quality devices, released the Realme C53 earlier this month and is now focusing on its next C-series smartphone.

Realme C51 passes TDRA certification with model number RMX3830

Initially mistaken for one of the Realme 11 series devices, the Realme C51’s true identity was revealed through its NBTC certification. The smartphone has now surfaced on the TDRA certification with the model number RMX3830, consistent with its appearance on other certification platforms. The certification, which bears the equipment registration number ER21032/23, will remain valid until June 8, 2026.

In addition to the TDRA and NBTC certifications, the Realme C51 has obtained various other certifications, including TUV Rheinland, BIS Indian, Indonesia’s TKDN, and Europe’s EEC certifications. Its BIS certification confirms its upcoming launch in India.

The Realme C51 is expected to be a 4G device, supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G network connectivity. Its TUV Rheinland certification reveals a robust 4880 mAh battery, complemented by a fast charging capability of up to 33W. With appearances on multiple certification platforms, the launch of the Realme C51 is drawing near.

Final Fantasy 16 Demo brings 4 hours of gameplay

The studio behind the FF16 have released a new demo on the PlayStation store, which consists of two segments from the full game. This first segment alone offers 2 hours of gameplay, which is set during a playable prologue of the game. Furthermore, the save data from this segment can even be carries forward to the full game when the game drops later this month. On the other hand, the second part of the demo is another 2 hour long segment.

Although, this part of the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI is more action focused and is based around a mission that shows Clive’s infiltration of a fort. But unlike the prologue, this section of the game’s save data will not be transferred to the final game. This makes sense considering the fact that this part takes place later in the story unlike the prologue. The second segment of the demo is also primarily focused on showcasing the combat of the game and was action packed.

For those unaware, the Final Fantasy XVI is set to hit the stores for the Sony PlayStation 5 on 22nd June 2023. So one can check out this demo on their PlayStation before deciding on purchasing the full game.

Nothing has officially announced the launch date of the Nothing Phone (2). It is set to debut on July 11th at 4 pm BST (8:30 pm IST). The brand has also shared a teaser video of the upcoming offering on its Twitter handle. It gives us a glimpse at the smartphone’s back panel design. The launch event will be livestreamed.

The Nothing Phone (2) will debut in the third week of July. The brand has been revealing key details about the upcoming smartphone leading up to the launch event. The latest teaser video shared by the company on Twitter reveals the Glyph interface of the Phone (2). The device will probably retain the transparent back panel. The smartphone has two strips of LED light surrounding the pill-shaped camera module and multiple small strips surrounding the charging coil. Apart from this, the teaser does not reveal any additional detail.

The Glyph interface seen in the teaser video is in line with the leaked renders. However, soon after the renders emerged, Carl Pei tweeted ‘Fake’ without any context. It remains to be seen if the Phone (2) will have a different design compared to its predecessor. The leaked renders of the upcoming offering revealed a slim profile and a slightly rounded frame.

The Nothing Phone (2) is confirmed to be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It will be backed by a 4,700mAh battery unit. The device will come with RAW HDR format and 4K 60 fps video recording. The smartphone is confirmed to not receive a significant price hike despite the upgrades. It is also said to be manufactured in India.

It costs under ₹30,000 and still offers flagship-level hardware. In fact, there’s no other product on the market with a similar set of features in this price segment.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 sort of competes with the OnePlus Pad despite being much more affordable. Even the accessories are cheaper making them more accessible.

Excellent pricing makes the Xiaomi Pad 6 a better deal than the costlier OnePlus Pad in India. Here’s why we think this way.

Disclosure: Our team has tested OnePlus Pad, Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, and Xiaomi Pad 6. We even have reviews of the first two products on our website. The opinions stated below are based on our experience with the devices.

Better for Media Consumption

The OnePlus Pad has a slightly larger 11.61-inch display with more pixels (2800 x 2000) than the 11-inch screen with 2880 x 1800 pixels on the Xiaomi Pad 6. However, you will find the latter better to consume content.

Because though panels on both tablets support HDR10 and Dolby Vision, you can stream content in these HDR standards only on Xiaomi Pad 6. For some reason, OnePlus has not certified its device to play DRM-protected content in HDR.

Secondly, Xiaomi Pad 6 gives you an option to force HDR for standard content too. Also, the display is brighter at 550 nits compared to 500 nits.

Well-optimized for Gaming

The MediaTek Dimesnity 9000 SoC present inside the OnePlus Pad is more powerful than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset found inside the Xiaomi Pad 6. However, the latter chip is well-optimized for games.

Developers are known to optimize their games more for Qualcomm Snapdragon chips. That’s because most high-end smartphones feature Qualcomm chips.

As a result, despite being less powerful, the gaming experience on the Xiaomi Pad 6 is comparatively better than the OnePlus Pad. Almost all games can be played in the highest ever quality possible with little to no frame drops and lower thermals.

Comparatively Finer Software

The Xiaomi Pad 5 boots MIUI 14 for Pad compared to OxygenOS 13.1 on OnePlus Pad. Xiaomi’s software has well thought tablet-focussed features heavily inspired by iPadOS.

These features enable you to be more productive. For instance, you can multitask better in split-view along with floating windows.

Anyway, it is worth noting that the Android app library for tablets still pales against what you get on iPadOS.

The Pricing

The Xiaomi Pad 6 not only offers an overall better experience but is also ₹11,000 cheaper than the OnePlus Pad in India. The Xiaomi tablet starts at ₹26,999 (6GB + 128GB) as opposed to ₹37,999 (8GB + 128GB) for OnePlus’ offering.

Tecno has launched a new variant of the Spark Go 2023 (review) and Spark 10 smartphones. Both devices are now offered in a new color option. The Spark Go 2023 and Spark 10 debuted in India earlier this year. The former is already available in Black, Blue, and Purple whereas the other comes in Black, White, and Blue hues.

Tecno Spark Go 2023, Spark 10 get a new color variant

The newest color variant of the Tecno Spark Go 2023 and Spark 10 is called Magic Skin Orange. As the name suggests, the back panel has an Orange paintjob. Both phones also feature a leather-like finish. The Spark Go 2023 is the first smartphone in India under Rs 8,000 segment to come with a leather back panel. Notably, it also has geometric shapes on the back panel compared to the plain design of the Spark 10. The black color camera module on the device gives it a dual-tone look.

The Magic Skin Orange color variant of the Tecno Spark Go 2023 and Spark 10 are priced at Rs 7,999 and Rs 11,699. The newest options are available for purchase at retail stores across India.

The core specifications of the Tecno Spark Go 2023 and the Spark 10 remain the same. The former has a 6.56-inch HD+ display and a 13MP primary rear camera paired with a secondary lens. The device is powered by an octa-core Helio A22 SoC paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit.

On the other hand, the Tecno Spark 10 features a 6.6-inch 90Hz display. It has a 50MP primary rear camera and an AI secondary lens. The device is equipped with a Helio G37 SoC coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W charging.

Bitdefender researchers have recently uncovered a large population of apps that were infected with malware. The team found tens of thousands of apps being affected by this issue thanks to its latest anomaly detection technology.

Over 60,000 Android apps suffer from hidden malware

The researchers announced a first of its kind app with anomaly detection technology. Bitdefender’s team brought new technology into Bitdefender Mobile Security. This app was used to uncover a hidden malware campaign living undetected on devices all across the globe. The malware detection was carried out for more than six months. The researchers found that the mobile malware has been found running undiscovered for a long time on Android apps.

Bitdefender also found that the malware campaign sought to bring adware to Android enabled devices for the purpose of generating revenue. But this is just one part of the issue as the people behind this can also redirect users to other types of malware as well. This includes banking Trojans to steal the Android users sensitive credentials. Notably, this news also arrives a month after we reported on an Android trojan that was dubbed “DogeRAT”, which targeted Indian users and stole their personal and financial information

The researchers have found over 60,000 applications that carry this adware and suspects that there are plenty more apps that are affected by this issue in the app stores. The new anomaly detection technology was first deployed back in October 2022 and already found such a high number of affected apps. But without the new technology, these would’ve likely gone undiscovered for longer. Looking at some of the types of apps that are mimicked by the malware:

The OPPO Reno 9A was spotted in leaked images and specifications earlier today. Now the device has been launched in Japan. It is the latest addition in the Reno 9 series. The device packs mid-range specifications and features. Read on to know what it offers out of the box.

The OPPO Reno 9A comes with a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner. It features an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device has a IPX8 rating and it is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The back panel of the phone has a rectangular camera module.

On the optics front, the OPPO Reno 9A features triple rear cameras. The setup comprises a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. There is a 16MP selfie snapper.

Under the hood, the OPPO Reno 9A is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It packs 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage expandable via microSD card slot. The device draws its power from a 4,500mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. Software-wise, it runs on ColorOS 13-based Android 13.

Connectivity options on the OPPO Reno 9A include 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm jack, and a USB-C port.

The OPPO Reno 9A is priced at Yen 40,656. It is offered in Night Black and Moon White colors. The smartphone is up for pre-orders with sales commencing on June 22nd in Japan. OPPO has not revealed the global availability of the Reno 9A.

Vivo launched the Y36 series in Indonesia last month. It included the Y36 4G and 5G. Today the 5G variant has debuted in the Malaysian market. Now the smartphone is set to arrive in another market. The device has been spotted on UAE’s TDRA certification site. The smartphone is listed with model number V2248. The certification does not reveal any key details about the Vivo Y36 5G.

We can expect the Vivo Y36 5G to launch in the UAE market soon. The smartphone is also expected to pack the same specifications as its Indonesian and Malaysian counterparts. We will know more details about the pricing and availability in UAE in the coming weeks.

In Indonesia and Malaysia, the Vivo Y36 5G features a 6.44-inch LCD display with a center-aligned punch-hole cutout. It has a 90Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. On the imaging front, the Vivo Y36 5G’s dual camera setup of 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth lens. Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest generation of flagship foldable smartphones soon. The company will be announcing the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 for the global market next month. But ahead of its July launch, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 was also spotted on an Indian certification website.

The South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy Z Flip 5 model was spotted on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). This, in turn, confirms its Indian availability while also revealing its SM-F731B model number. But unfortunately, the certification does not reveal any other finer details regarding the upcoming smartphone. We already know that the Flip model will retain its clamshell folding design and a new cover display that is larger than any previous iteration.

Based on previous leaks, the device will sport a 3.4 inch cover screen on the rear along with a 12 megapixel dual camera setup. Meanwhile, the primary display is a 6.7 inch AMOLED panel that has a Full HD+ resolution that offers 120Hz refresh rate and a punch hole selfie camera. Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be equipped with a custom Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 GEn 2 SoC that will likely be paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

A 3,700mAh battery pack is rumored to power the device, which will likely support 25W fast charging.
