It appears that the Samsung Galaxy M62 will be debuting in markets like the Philippines and Malaysia as the rebranded version of the Galaxy F62, which went official recently in India. The Galaxy F62 is available in colors like Laser Black, Laser Blue, and Laser Green in India.

The launch poster of the M62 shows that it will be arriving in two only two hues like black and blue. The South Korean tech giant is yet to reveal the other specs of the M62. It is likely to borrow all its specifications from the F62 handset.

Recent reports have revealed that the South Korean company will be soon launching the Galaxy F62 as its next F-series smartphone in India. Flipkart began teasing the arrival of a new phone by the end of last week. Its landing page only gave a glimpse of the device without mentioning its name. The listing has now been updated with plenty of important information. It states that the Galaxy F62 will break cover on Feb. 15. Moreover, it has also revealed the front and rear design of the device.

The Galaxy F62 will be debuting at 12 PM on Feb. 15 in India. As can be seen in the image, it has a punch-hole screen, and its gradient-colored rear sports a square-shaped camera module with an LED flash below it. Also, it has a side-facing fingerprint reader.

Last week, popular tipster Mukul Sharma claimed that the Galaxy F62 is powered by a flagship-grade processor that can offer better performance than the Snapdragon 765G. The Galaxy F62 will arrive with a massive AMOLED display of 6.7 inches and it will be drawing from a huge battery of 7,000mAh capacity. It is unclear what kind of charging speeds will be supported by the handset. The leak has no information on the processor of the device. There are numerous listings of the phone at Geekbench, which reveal that it is powered by the Exynos 9825 chipset.

The Galaxy F62 will ship with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. It will come preloaded with One UI 3.1 based Android 11 OS. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy M62 smartphone has received certification from the National Broadcasting Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) authority of Thailand (via. Pricebaba). With yet another certification under the belt, it seems that Samsung may soon launch the Galaxy M62 smartphone in different markets.

As usual, the NBTC certification only reveals that the SM-M625F/DS moniker is associated with the Galaxy M62 smartphone and has no information on its specs. The moniker and model number were last seen at the Bluetooth SIG certification. The handset has also received Wi-Fi Alliance approval in the recent past. These certifications show that the Galaxy M62 carries support for Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Android 11 OS.

It is believed that Samsung is also gearing up to launch a phone named Galaxy F62. It could be a rebranded version or its specs could be a lot like the Galaxy M62. The SM-E625F/DS model number that belongs to the Galaxy F62 and the SM-M625F model number were both found in FCC certification. It revealed a couple of more specs such as 4G LTE, NFC support, and a 7,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

The Galaxy F62 was spotted with an Exynos 9825 chipset and 6 GB of RAM at the Geekbench benchmarking platform. It is speculated that the device could be equipped with up to 256 GB of native storage. Fresh information reveals that the Galaxy M62/F62 has bagged approval from the Bluetooth SIG authority. The Bluetooth approval suggests that the device may break cover as early as next month.

The Bluetooth SIG agency has approved the SM-E625F_DS Samsung phone with the Galaxy F62 moniker. The Galaxy M62 is also listed on the certification platform with its SM-M625F_DS model number. The listings only confirm that these handsets carry support for Bluetooth 5.0. Both models have also received certification from Wi-Fi Alliance in the recent past. Speculations are rife that both phones may arrive with almost identical specs.

The support page of the Galaxy F62 was recently found listed on Samsung India’s website. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certifications of the Galaxy F62 as well as its appearance on the official website are a good hint that it may launch at some point in February.

Unfortunately, not much is known about the specifications of the Galaxy M62 / F62. Last month, the Galaxy F62 was spotted at the Geekbench benchmarking platform with the Exynos 9825 chipset, which also fueled that the Galaxy Note 10 series that debuted back in 2019. Samsung is gearing up to launch a new Phablet device in the M-series branding. Several reports have already exposed the specs that the device is likely to feature. Now, it has got the Wi-Fi certification ahead of launch.

A Samsung device with model number SM-M625F/DS appears on Wi-Fi Alliance Certification. If you recall, a report last month said that the model number belongs to the upcoming Galaxy M62. Here, DS refers to the Dual-SIM variant. Anyway, the listing shows that the device will support Wi-Fi 2.4 & 5GHz.

This basically means you can tap into both the 802.11ac and backward compatible 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi network using the device. Also, since the ‘DS’ appears on the certification, we can expect the Phablet to arrive with SIM support.

You can also spot that the device runs Android 11 which means you can expect at least the One UI 3.0 to be present out of the box. While we decide on whether the device will be a Tablet/Phablet, leaked live images suggest that it could carry the Phablet Form factor. For the unware, a Phablet has an intermediate size between a Tablet and a Smartphone.

Although we don’t know the exact size/dimensions of display to confirm this, the device is expected to feature Exynos 9825 SoC, paired with at least 6GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. All this will likely be backed up by a 7,000mAh battery with support for up to 25W charging.

Besides, there is a possibility that a variant with SM-E62F/DS could also debut as F62/E62 in certain markets but let’s wait for official confirmation on the same.

A few days back, an exclusive report confirmed that Samsung is working on a Galaxy F62. The device will probably succeed the Galaxy F42 that launched back in October. Today, another report from 91Mobiles says that the device could launch early next year now that it’s production has begun.

Accordingly, Samsung has begun the production of Galaxy F62 in India. Citing its sources, the report says that the device will be one of the slimmest phones from the brand. If we recall, the recently launched Galaxy F41 has a 6,000mAh battery and a thickness of 8.9mm. Additionally, the older M series devices with the above battery have the same thickness(M21, M31, M31 Prime Edition).

However, the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a huge 7,000mAh battery has a 9.5mm thickness, the highest-ever for an M-series device. Hence, the report suggests that Samsung might have either found a way to balance build and battery or it could just lower the mAh and other design aspects. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how Samsung positions the new F-series device as the predecessor had a mix of everything.

Coming back, the production is currently happening in Samsung’s facility at Greater Noida. Further, the report also says that the device might launch earlier, i.e., sometime around Q1 2021. Now, this is just a prediction as there is no concrete info yet. Besides, a Galaxy F62 isn’t entirely new to us.

A few days ago, tipster Ishan Agarwal said that Samsung is working on a Galaxy F62(Tentative) smartphone with model number SM-E625F. Later, a device with a similar model number appeared on the Geekbench listing. According to the listing, the device will be powered by Exynos 9825 SoC.

This is a one-year-old flagship SoC and is present on the Galaxy Note 10 from 2019. Further, the listing also hinted at other specs like 6GB RAM, Android 11 OS. When the Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10+ launch later today, they will be powered by a new mobile processor – the Exynos 9825. Ahead of the New York Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung has unveiled the new Exynos 9825 chipset, its first 7nm EUV mobile processor.

The Exynos 9820 which powers the Galaxy S10 series is an 8nm processor, so the biggest change here is the switch to a smaller node size. The biggest upgrades with that change are an increase in performance and power efficiency.

While the Exynos 9825 is far from being the first 7nm processor, it is actually the industry’s first to use EUV (extreme ultraviolet lithography) processing. Samsung says EUV allows them to use “extreme ultraviolet wavelengths to print finer circuits and develop a more power-efficient processor”.

The Exynos 9825 is an octa-core processor with 2x 4th gen Custom CPUs paired with 2x Cortex-A75 cores and 4x Cortex-A55 cores. The configuration is identical to that of the Exynos 9820. The new SoC also uses the same ARM Mali-G76 MP12 GPU as its predecessor. It supports 8K 30fps or 4K UHD 150fps encoding and decoding.

It also has an integrated NPU for tasks like AI-assisted photography. It supports UFS 3.0 and UFS 2.1 storage and also LPDDR4x RAM. The SoC has a built-in 4G LTE modem but can be paired with the Exynos Modem 5100 for 5G.

The Exynos 9825 support dual camera (16MP + 16MP), a front camera of 22MP and a rear camera of 22MP. It also supports 4K UHD displays (4096 x 2160) and WQUXGA displays (3840 x 2400).

For those who are disappointed about the CPU cores and GPU, you may want to set your eyes on the Exynos chipset for next year which should feature the Cortex-A76 or Cortex-A77 Cores and maybe its first mobile GPU developed in partnership with AMD instead of Arm’s Mali-G77 GPU.

Samsung will be holding a global launch event on Aug. 7 to announce the Galaxy Note 10 series. A fresh report by 91mobiles states that the South Korean company will be holding an unveil event in India too on Aug. 20 to launch the Note 10 series. The report also claims that the Note 10 lineup will be available for buying from Aug. 22.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ smartphones in India. A recent report had claimed that the Note 10 and Note 10+ will be hitting the Indian market on Aug. 23. However, that publication that cites information received from an anonymous Samsung official states that the Note 10 series will be made available for purchase across international market including India on Aug. 22. Samsung also has a 5G version of the Note 10+. It won’t be coming to India since the country is not 5G-ready yet.

The tradition for a few years now has been that the Galaxy S and the Galaxy Note series will be powered by the same Exynos processor. However, that will be changing this year. The Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10+ will be powered by a new Exynos chipset which has been reported will arrive as the Exynos 9825.

Today, Samsung has confirmed that a new chipset is indeed coming and it will launch on August 7, the same day the Galaxy Note10 series will be unveiled.

The official Samsung Exynos Twitter account shared a video teaser ahead of the launch. The eleven-second video doesn’t reveal any detail about the chipset.

Based on reports, the Exynos 9825 will be a 7nm chipset unlike the Exynos 9820 that is 8nm. The smaller node size should bring improvements in performance and power efficiency.

The Galaxy Note10 powered by the Exynos 9825 appeared on Geekbench last month. There is even a comparison with the Galaxy S10+.

Samsung will announce the Galaxy Note10 series in New York. A few days before then, August 5 to be precise, Samsung will announce the Galaxy Watch Active 2. However, we have a feeling there will be another product announced alongside the phones at the event in New York. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube.

It goes without saying the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G being a premium device will command a hefty price tag. However, its disappointing to know that users will have to spend more money to get 45W charger for it.

Samsung‘s Galaxy Note 10 has just been benchmarked for the first time on Geekbench. The device was sported on the benchmark app with a comparison between the Exynos 9820 and Exynos 9825 chipsets onboard. The Exynos 9820 is the SoC onboard the Galaxy S10+while the latter is onboard the Note 10.

The GeekBench listing shows the Note 10 comes with the model number Samsung SM-N970F. The device is also listed to have 8GB of RAM. The Exynos 9825 SoC is expected to be a 7nm chipset whereas the Exynos 9820 isn’t. The Exynos 9825 will utilise Samsung’s 7nm ultraviolet lithography that is perceived to be superior to the TSMC foundry’s aging production method that is reaching the end of its abilities.

As for the benchmark performance, the new Exynos 9825 chipset on board the Galaxy Note 10 is shown to be faster than even the Galaxy S10+ scores on Geekbench. The chipset manages a Single-Core Score of 4495 points and on the multi-core test, it scores 10223 points. Whereas the Galaxy S10+ is listed with a single-core score of 4357 and the multi-core score of 10045 points. This is pretty impressive as this puts the Note 10 in good stead ahead of next year’s Snapdragon 865 release. Both chipsets may likely be produced on the same node.

As the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 inches towards its official launch date in August, the rumor mill is working overtime to leak the design and specifications of the flagship smartphone. A couple of new renders claiming to be of the Galaxy Note 10 and the Note 10+ have just surfaced, revealing quite a lot about the design of the flagship duo. Also, another leak has revealed the different variants of the Galaxy Note 10 5G. 

The base variant of the Galaxy Note 10 5G gets 256GB of internal storage. The high-end versions of the phablet will come with 512GB and 1TB of native memory. The RAM capacity of the Note 10 5G are expected to vary with the internal storage of the device. 

While the top-of-the-line variant of the Note 10 5G gets 12GB of RAM + 1TB of storage, the lower-spec version with 8GB of RAM is expected to feature 256GB and 512GB of internal storage. Like the Galaxy S10 5G smartphone, the Note 10 5G may not feature a microSD card slot.

Previous reports have revealed that the LTE-only version of the Galaxy Note 10+ will come with 256 GB base model and storage variants up to 1 TB. The LTE-only Note 10 is expected to come with a base model of 128 GB.

The Galaxy Note 10+ gets an additional sensor at the rear, which could be a 3D ToF sensor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 duo misses out on the 3.5mm audio jack. Hence, the Note 10 series may arrive with  a new pair of USB Type-C wired earphones with noise cancellation feature..

The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ models are expected to feature Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9825 depending on the market. The predecessor Galaxy Note 9 came with a 4,000mAh battery. Rumors have it that the Note 10 series may feature bigger batteries with support for 25W fast charging, wireless charging and reverse charging.

In terms of appearance, the Galaxy Note 10+ is identical to the Note 10 phone. However, the Plus edition of the smartphone is expected to carry better internals than the Note 10. The Note 10+ leaked renders show that it will be available in a Black variant that will tag along a black-colored S Pen. Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 10 flagship phone in August this year. Previous reports that there will be a smaller model dubbed as Note 10e. It will be featuring a 6.28-inch display and triple rear cameras. The Note 10e could be available in 4G LTE-only and 5G models. Rumors have it that their model numbers are SM-N970 and SM-N971. The larger Galaxy Note 10 is expected to come with a 6.75-inch display and quad cameras on its rear. It is also expected to arrive in 4G LTE-only and 5G versions. Their speculated model numbers are SM-N975 and SM-N976. Two listing of SM-N976 model have surfaced on Geekbench today to reveal their key specs.

The SM-N976V Galaxy Note 10 5Gis a Verizon model featuring Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. The SoC is mentioned with its “msmnile” codename on the Geekbench listing. The chipset is assisted by 12 GB of RAM. The smartphone boots to Android 9 Pie OS. In the single-core test, the Galaxy Note 10 5G has scored 3,529. In the multi-core test, it has achieved a benchmark score of 10,840.

The SM-N976B is also Galaxy Note 10 5G smartphone aimed towards Boost Mobile in the U.S. This variant is powered by Exynos 9825 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. It comes loaded with Android 9 Pie OS. The smartphone has recorded 3,557 and 9,654 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench.

A recent report had revealed that the Galaxy Note 10e will be featuring a 3,400mAh battery. It is speculated that the Note 10 could be packed with a 4,500mAh battery that may offer 45W fast charging. Rumors have it that the Galaxy Note 10 series will not be equipped with 3.5mm headphone jack.

Samsung is expected to unleash the Galaxy Note 10 series in August this year. Now that the launch of the Note 10e and Note 10 smartphones is couple of weeks away, more information on their specs may surface through upcoming leaks.

Samsung‘s latest flagship chipset is the Exynos 9820 and it will power the upcoming Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus. Going by previous years, the flagship chipset used in the S-series should also power the Galaxy Note released the same year, and in this case – the Galaxy 10/Note X flagship. However, that might not be the case this year.

A post on Weibo by popular leaker Ice Universe revealed that we may get to see the Exynos 9825 in the second half of the year.

Looking at the way the post is framed, this doesn’t seem to mean Samsung’s usual tradition of announcing its next flagship the preceding year just as the Exynos 9820 was announced last year. We believe it means we will see the Exynos 9825 chipset in phones this year and what better phone for it to debut on other than the Galaxy Note 10/Note X?

There isn’t any info on the features of the processor but we think it will be a slight improvement on the Exynos 9820 – probably a higher clockspeed for the GPU and CPU or maybe even its first 7nm chipset since the Exynos 9820 is an 8nm chipset.
