The multi-core score is also only slightly higher, at 7199 compared to the A16 Bionic’s 6952. These results are a bit surprising, given that Apple had previously claimed that the A17 Pro would be up to 20% faster than the A16 Bionic. However, that’s normal that considering the fundamental differences between the two processors. For example the A17 Pro has a 6-core GPU, compared to the A16 Bionic’s 5-core GPU.
