Considering how 6GB RAM went mainstream only this year, it remains to be seen whether OnePlus will upgrade the RAM further to 8GB this year itself. While we are unsure of this, what we can say with certainty is that the phone will feature the faster Snapdragon 821 chipset. Qualcomm already confirmed this in an earlier tweet, but rest of the features of the device are still unknown.

The company had confirmed that there was another color in the works, “Soft Gold” but it was to go on sale later. Now, more than a month since the launch of the device, OnePlus is making the OnePlus 3 Soft Gold version up for purchase.

Different regions will get the device on different dates. US customers will be the first ones to get this color, followed by EU, HK and CA next month. You can check out the table below for the exact dates when this color variant goes on sale in your region.

Interestingly, OnePlus says that the soft gold variant will be available in limited quantities. While we don’t know how many units will be up for grabs in each region, considering the demand for this color and the fan base of the company, one can expect this color to be sold out soon. When Chinese Tech company, OnePlus launched the OnePlus 3 a few months back, the device was said to come in two color variants, Graphite and Soft Gold but the Graphite version was the one that went on sale worldwide starting at $399. OnePlus promised to release the Gold version which it uniquely refers to as Soft Gold version later on.

Now feelers from OnePlus indicate that we may see the Soft Gold colored version anytime soon. The Chinese company reputed for cheap flagships, has teased an image on Weibo today featuring the One Plus 3 Gold version, which should be a good indication that the Gold version will soon be unveiled.

The teased image of the Gold version carried a short text which talked about the happiness derived from meeting the best in the best of days and the picture shows the OnePlus 3 looking radiant and elegant in a cool gold colored body. This recent image teaser conforms with OnePlus Co-founder Carl Pei’s response when asked by a fan on Twitter when the soft Gold version of the OnePlus 3 will be unveiled. Pei did not give a specific date but disclosed that the Gold colored version of the highly sought after OnePlus 3 will hit the market sometime in the latter part of July. OnePlus has just officially announced the new OnePlus 3 flagship via the company Loop VR app. This was kind of a formality given that a few hours back, we got to know most of the specifications of the smartphone, thanks to the Amazon listing in India. But anyway, the phone is official and what we now know for sure is that the OnePlus 3 is available to purchase immediately globally without any invites. Also, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 3 6GB RAM edition will be available at $399 internationally which is a great price for a phone with such powerful specs.

Before we actually take a look at the specs in detail, let’s take a look at the variants of the phone. That’s where it’s really surprising, given that OnePlus has currently announced just one version of the new OnePlus 3 flagship. Right now, it looks like you can get only the 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM version of the device and there’s no mention of a 4GB RAM version. But for $399 (or INR 27,999 in India) for the top-end model, I am sure not many would complain. So it looks like, OnePlus 3 is going to be the first smartphone with 6GB of RAM to be available officially in a number of countries worldwide.

We already know all the specs of the device, thanks to the previous listing. But since OnePlus has made everything official, let’s take a look at the specs once again.

First of all, the OnePlus 3 will be coming in an anodised aluminum body to make the phone look much more premium and sophisticated. The phone features a fingerprint sensor up front embedded into its oval home button. For display, the OnePlus 3 comes with an Optic AMOLED panel measuring 5.5-inches with Gorilla Glass 3 on top. There will be 6GB of RAM on board and the phone comes with the Snapdragon 820 chipset with Adreno 530 GPU. Interestingly, SD820 is usually clocked at 2.15GHz, but here, the company claims that the chip can be clocked up to 2.2GHz. There will be 64GB UFS 2.0 ROM inside and this is the only storage variant that was announced today. No MicroSD slot on board.

At the back, the OnePlus 3 features a Sony IMX298 16MP f/2.0 rear camera with OIS, EIS and PDAF, while up front, the phone comes with an 8MP shooter. You can capture 4K videos at 30fps and slow motion videos at 720p @ 120 fps. Up front, you get a f/2.0 8MP shooter with EIS. As for the battery, the phone comes with a 3000mAh capacity one inside the 7.35mm body with the company’s DASH Charge. This technology is reportedly much cooler than the competition, charging the device up to 60 percent in just 30 minutes. Other features of the OnePlus 3 include NFC, Wi-Fi ac, RGB notification light, alert slider, dual SIM cards, 4G LTE Cat. 6 support, Dirac HD sound, bottom facing speakers and dual microphones with noise cancellation. The phone is running on Android Marshmallow (doesn’t mention the exact version) with OxygenOS on top.

There will be two colors available, Graphite and Soft Gold. Graphite version goes on sale immediately worldwide for $399, while we still don’t know when the Soft Gold version will be available.

UPDATE: As expected, Amazon realized their mistake and removed the page. But luckily, we have all we need including the full specs list. 

It looks like someone over at Amazon India was just fed up of the hundreds of OnePlus 3 leaks that we have been seeing online as the dedicated page for the OnePlus 3 is already live on the online retailer, revealing practically everything about the smartphone including the rumored Dash Charging tech, a few hours before the official global launch.

First of all, the listing confirms that the OnePlus 3 features a unibody design, carved out of a single slab of aluminum. The company is also calling it ultra-thin as it measures just 7.35mm. In fact, we have the full measurements, 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35mm. The phone will weigh 158 grams, which is pretty good, considering its metal built. You get bottom facing speakers and dual noise cancellation microphones.

As for the display, the OnePlus 3 will sport a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080p Optic AMOLED display and Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 protection. Under the hood, like expected, the OnePlus 3 comes with a quad-core Snapdragon 820 chipset with 6GB of RAM on board. We haven’t seen the listing for the 4GB RAM version, but we expect most of the details to be the same as this version. There will be 64GB of internal storage which is going to be fast, since its UFS 2.0. There doesn’t seem to be a MicroSD card slot on board.

At the back, the OnePlus 3 will come with a 16MP camera with two image stabilizations, namely OIS and EIS to make sure that the photos and videos come out blur free. This is a Sony IMX298 sensor with 1.12um pixel size and f/2.0 aperture lens. The phone supports PDAF and can take 4K videos at 30 fps and slo-mo videos at 720p @ 120fps. Further, the phone also supports RAW images and manual controls. Up front, it will feature a f/2.0 8MP camera.

We had talked about the fast charging feature of the OnePlus 3 in our previous articles. Now, we know that the OnePlus 3 will come with Dash Charge which the company claims is faster, safer and cooler way of charging the 3000mAh battery inside. The listing states that the phone will charge to 60% in just 30 minutes at a maximum wattage of 5V 4A.

Another important feature, that seems to make a comeback in this device is the NFC. So, unlike previous rumors, the phone does come with NFC enabled. Further, you get Cat. 6 4G LTE networks, Bluetooth 4.2, dual band Wi-Fi ac, GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou. Other additional features include a fingerprint sensor embedded into the front facing home button, RGB LED notification light and an alert slider located on the left side of the device. You also get USB Type-C port as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. As for the software, the OnePlus 3 runs on OxygenOS based on Android 6.1. There also seems to be some enhancements in the music department, as the listing reveals something about OnePlus Music and Dirac technology.

Finally, there will be three models available for the OnePlus 3 — North American, Chinese and Europe/ Asia with different LTE band support. As for the pricing, we know that the OnePlus 3 6GB RAM model will be priced at INR 27,999 in India ($416).

So, there are only a few things left to know about the handset right now like the pricing of the 4GB model in India as well as the pricing of both the variants internationally as well as in China.

OnePlus 3 is coming and the launch is today! It is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2016, and we have been hearing about this particular flagship for the past few months. In fact, as the launch is coming near, we have a very good idea as to what to expect from the new flagship, thanks to the various leaked renders, real life images and TENAA listings. So, let’s take a look at the expected features, specs, pricing and other details of the upcoming OnePlus 3.

OnePlus 3 Design:

OnePlus One was a pretty good looking device and so was the OnePlus 2. Then late last year, the company released the OnePlus X with glass body and premium design for the mid-range market, taking the design to a new level. So, the company has pretty big shoes to fill with the OnePlus 3. Everyone is expecting a new design and something that will look premium and will be good to hold.

And from the renders we have seen lately, the company seems to have followed the same route as most other smartphone makers, using an all metal body on the new OnePlus 3. From the front, the design has a very similar appearance as the OnePlus 2, which is not really a bad thing since we loved OP2’s design. However, at the back, the OnePlus 3 seems to have taken inspiration from HTC One M9. Now, for most, this is a pretty good design, with visible antenna lines and a large sensor. But in my personal opinion, OnePlus could have done much better, as this design will always remind us of the good old HTC flagship. Nevertheless, the design looks polished and if you are able to get over the HTC feel, the overall design is good enough for a premium flagship smartphone.

OnePlus 3 Specs:

We have heard about the specs of the OnePlus 3 from so many sources in the past few months. Luckily, most of them, paint a very similar picture. The flagship phone will come with the mighty Snapdragon 820 quad-core chipset inside, which shouldn’t be surprising that most of the powerful flagships of 2016 are currently powered by this Qualcomm chip. As for the display, you should find a 5.5-inch 1080p panel on the device.

Coming to the memory, our own sources have revealed that the OnePlus 3 will come in two variants, one with 4GB RAM + 32GB of storage and another with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. But we believe there could be two other variants, namely 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB + 128GB storage. So, in all, there could be four different variants of the device. Recent rumors also seem to conform to these specs, so it’s likely that we will see these four variants at launch.

From the reports we have seen in the past as well as the phone’s TENAA listing, the OnePlus 3 should come with a 16MP sensor at the back. Unfortunately, we didn’t see a laser focus in the renders before, so we aren’t sure whether it will make it to the device this year. Also, details about the sensor inside have been scarce till now.

But don’t be disappointed, we have seen a lot of camera samples from the OnePlus 3 in the past one month, to give us a good idea of the sensor’s capability. And from what we can see, the phone has managed to capture some pretty good images. Low light photos also have been decent. All the camera samples from the OnePlus 3 are added below.

We also have seen a couple of samples from the phone’s front camera. It should be an 8MP shooter. You can check out those images from down below.

As for the software, the OnePlus 3 international model should come with OxygenOS 3.0 based on Android Marshmallow while the Chinese variant should feature HydrogenOS based on the same Android version. The phone’s battery is said to be 3000mAh which is decent, but we should either see Quick Charge 3.0 or OPPO’s VOOC fast charging tech inside, which should speed up the process of charging the phone to 100%. There have been rumors about the company’s own Dash charge tech as well, but nothing is confirmed so far.

Like the OnePlus 2, the new OnePlus 3 handset should come with a fingerprint sensor incorporated in the home button placed right up front. We hope the company has improved the sensor inside, as there were a few reports about fingerprint sensor related issues with the previous generation OP2.

The phone should get standard connectivity features such as dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE support, dual-SIM card slots, and even NFC. However, there was a new report which said that OP3 won’t feature NFC, but we can’t be sure of that.

OnePlus 3 Pricing:

Our sources have revealed that the OnePlus 3 should start at 1999 Yuan which is just $306. This will be for the 4GB RAM version, and the 6GB RAM version should retail somewhere around $380. While we are yet to confirm these figures, earlier today, an advertisement, which was most likely posted by mistake in a daily newspaper in India kind of confirmed the 6GB RAM pricing of the OnePlus 3, at least in India. The phone will retail for 27999 INR which comes to $416. So, we expect the official price for the 6GB RAM model should be more or less around this figure, which would be great. Now, some of you may argue that there’s the 6GB RAM smartphone, Le Max 2 that retail for less than $400. But considering that OnePlus is sold internationally in almost all major markets, if the pricing is anywhere close to the above-mentioned figure, it would be great.

OnePlus 3 Availability:

This time around, OnePlus has decided to ditch the boring old invite system. So, fans can purchase the device from the moment of announcement. In fact, the company has even revealed when the OnePlus 3 will go on sale in different time zones. Here’s the list.

Given that we have seen the handset in real life in the past couple of weeks, the new leak actually offers us not much in addition to what we already know. However, the OnePlus 3 model leaked today seems to be the international model as it runs on the OxygenOS 3.0 version based on Android 6.0.1. The OnePlus 3 models in China run on Hydrogen OS. Other than that, we can see that this is the black version, with HTC like back design and an oval front facing fingerprint. If you remember, yesterday, we had seen the silver variant of the device. OnePlus is all set to announce the new OnePlus 3 flagship tomorrow internationally and in China on June 15. The phone is one of the most anticipated flagships of 2016, expected to take on rivals such as Xiaomi Mi5, ZUK Z2 Pro and Le Max 2. Now, two new images of the OnePlus 3 have just been spotted in the wild, giving us a final look at the new flagship before its launch tomorrow.

These images conform to the images that we saw earlier. So, the phone has the Meizu like oval home button and 2.5D glass front. As for the back, you get an HTC like design with a square camera sensor. The phone comes in an all metal built, just like predicted earlier. In fact these images doesn’t add much information, as we already knew these details from the previous leaks. But it does give us a good look at the phone in real life.

The OnePlus 3 will come with the Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood with 4GB / 6GB RAM options and 32GB /64GB ROM options. The combination of the RAM and ROM variants should take the total number of variants of the device at least up to 4. As for the display, the phone is said to feature a 5.5-inch 1080p panel. At the back, the OnePlus 3 will reportedly come with a 16MP sensor, while up front, there should be an 8MP camera. The battery should also be decent, of 3000mAh, but according to previous rumors, it should feature VOOC fast charging technology from OPPO.

The OnePlus 3 news never ends. Information from Zauba, a website that lists Indian import and export data shows that 7200 units of the OnePlus 3 (A3003, Graphite) 64GB edition was imported for a total sum of $2.46 million after conversion from INR. We did the math and arrived at a price of $341.66 per unit.

Since the OnePlus 3 is expected to have multiple ROM versions (32GB, 64GB, 128GB), we deduced that the version above is the 4GB/64GB version. Speculations in recent weeks states that the OnePlus will have a starting price of 1999 Yuan which is approximately $305. And since the version imported has a price tag of $341, it kind of hints that the base model which will sport 4GB RAM and 32GB of ROM will cost $305.

There are some other items on the import list as well, such as cases VR kits, and even the OnePlus X. Though some of the accessories are listed as not for sale, we still decided to do the math for our wonderful readers so that you have a rough estimate of what you’ll be spending if you eventually pick up the OnePlus 3.

OnePlus has a tradition of hyping its flagship device before launch. This year is no exception, with the company promoting the upcoming OnePlus 3 in full spirit. We know that the OnePlus 3 will have several pop-up events in major cities around the world wherein you can purchase the device. We also know that the phone went for sale in limited quantities in China (shipping on June 15) for $450. Well, hardly anyone got hold of the unit in China since it was reportedly sold out in a second.

We also have seen a few camera samples taken by the company CEO. But now, OnePlus’s official twitter account has shared some wonderful images taken from the OnePlus 3. From the images, it looks like the phone’s been travelling, which is good, because we get to see some great shots from the device. However, from what we can see, the pictures have very good amount of detail and the color reproduction is good as well. OnePlus 3 is going to sell its upcoming OnePlus 3 flagship even before its official launch. The company has just revealed that a few limited units (1000) will be up for sale on June 6. So, you could very well be one of the first users to get hold of the device in China. The company has priced the device at 2999 Yuan (around $455). OnePlus adds that this is not the official price tag of the product, instead, this price is for the early adopters. Its been a rather long wait for the new OnePlus 3 to be announced in the market. The company has finally confirmed that it will release the handset on June 14, which is still a couple of weeks away. But in case you are wondering why OnePlus decided to delay the release to mid-June, here’s one possible explanation. According to the industry insider, Mocha RQ, OnePlus reportedly is stocking nearly 1 million units of the OnePlus 3 flagship for sale. The company has been stocking up the new flagship recently, which also makes it possible for it to make the phone available for sale, the very next day.

Apart from this information, the pricing details of the OnePlus 3 were also leaked today. Unlike previous rumors which said that the phone would start at 1999 Yuan ($308), this new rumor states that there will be four different versions of the new handset. Because of the increased cost of mass producing the all-metal OnePlus 3, as compared to the plastic and glass Mi5, the OnePlus 3’s base variant will start at a similar price as Xiaomi Mi5’s high-end version, i.e. 2299 Yuan. The second variant will compete with the Le Max 2 model, the third will compete with the ZUK Z2 Pro top-end model and finally, the fourth variant will compete with the Huawei Honor V8. If this four variant strategy is indeed true, then we can expect the prices to be at 2299 Yuan ($349), 2499 Yuan ($379), 2699 Yuan ($410) and 2799 Yuan ($425).

These variants could differ in terms of memory, back material, and other features. This is the first time we are hearing about a four variant strategy by OnePlus, so we don’t have much information about these models. But if this is true, then expect a lot more details in the next few days.

All this while, we have been waiting patiently for OnePlus to reveal a final release date for its new OnePlus 3 flagship. This is surprising given that OnePlus’s Peer Review Program kicks off from June 13 and continue till June 20, which means the regular customers will be able to purchase the device when this review program is going on.

Design and specs wise, we know almost everything about the new device. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 820 with 4GB / 6GB RAM options and 64GB of internal storage. There will be a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display on board. At the back, the phone will feature a 16MP Rear camera while up front, you get an 8MP shooter. Under the hood, you have a 3000mAh battery  with fast charging. It is said that we could see OPPO’s super fast VOOC fast charging on board the new device, but this feature is yet to be officially confirmed. As for the design, for the first time, the OnePlus 3 will feature an all metal build. There should be 2.5D glass up front as well as an oval-shaped home button enabled fingerprint sensor.

OnePlus 3 specs have almost been confirmed thanks to the certifications in China as well as US. However, up till now, we only saw a 4GB RAM version of the phone. Now, the 6GB OnePlus 3 version has finally made it to the TENAA certification website, which confirms the existence of this large RAM model. We had exclusively reported a while back that the phone will come in two variants, 4GB RAM + 32GB and 6GB RAM + 64GB, so this news shouldn’t come as a surprise.

As for the overall design, it seems to be exactly like the ones we have seen before. So, a metal body with HTC like back and 2.5D glass up front and a physical home button embedded fingerprint sensor that’s inspired from the Meizu Blue Charm series. Overall, the OnePlus 3 is a pretty decent looking device and we hope that it looks even better in different color options like gold and black.

Coming to the specs, TENAA confirms that the phone will come with Snapdragon 820 clocked at 2.15GHz with 4GB / 6GB RAM options and 64GB of internal storage. Pricing is expected to be cheap. Our sources said that the Oneplus 3 4GB RAM model should start at 1999 Yuan ($308). This would be quite competitive, taking on both the Xiaomi Mi 5 and the ZUK Z2 model which was announced today. However, the Z2 is actually cheaper, costing just 1799 Yuan ($273) for the 4GB RAM version, which is impressive.

Evleaks gave us a first good look at the OnePlus 3 flagship smartphone a few days back. To be honest, it looked like the design was inspired by HTC. Now, OnePlus 3 has just passed through the Chinese TENAA certification website and guess what, the design we saw back then is almost confirmed today. TENAA reveals that the new OnePlus flagship will be going with the market trend by using an all metal design, a first for the company. Up front, the phone will feature 2.5D glass.

Design wise, the OnePlus 3 has a bit of an HTC feel, but overall the looks are not bad at all. You have a large camera sensor on the top center of the back panel, which for your information is protruding. Then, there’s a single LED flash and no laser focus, which is really surprising given that the OnePlus 2 had this tech. The black antenna bars are a significant part of the design and lies on top as well as near the bottom of the metal back panel.

Coming to the specs, TENAA confirms that the OnePlus 3 will feature a 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 820 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s no information about a 6GB RAM version, which we had heard about before. At the back, the phone comes with a 16MP camera while up front, there is an 8MP shooter. The screen size is also confirmed. It will sport a 5.5-inch panel with 1080p resolution. OnePlus 3 is quite thin as well and will measure just 7.3mm in thickness. In this body, the company has fitted a 3000mAh battery. This should be enough since previous 3C certification of the device had revealed that the phone could feature OPPO’s VOOC low voltage fast charging. OnePlus 3 is expected to be unveiled sometime early June, and the company has already starting hyping the device before its launch. We know that the company will continue the tradition of launching its smartphone in VR, as the OP3 will be unveiled in the company’s virtual space station called the Loop. Now, the CEO of OnePlus, Liu Zuohu aka Pete Lau has given us a first picture taken by the OnePlus 3 flagship.

The picture is taken from the front camera of the phone, which should be an 8MP sensor. While we can’t be sure of the lighting conditions when the photo was taken, it looks like the camera has done a decent job of capturing even the dark areas. But we would have liked the image to be clearer.

The company seems to have adopted a new sales strategy this year. For example, the OnePlus 3 launch will include the world’s first VR shopping experience, which allows viewers to purchase the device before anyone else when in virtual reality. So, it looks like OnePlus is finally ditching the invite system for good. The company also gave away 30,000 Loop VR headsets to its fans worldwide yesterday which can be used to watch the event. Despite no official confirmation from the company yet, we seem to be inching closer to the launch of the new flagship model from OnePlus, which should most likely be called as the OnePlus 3. We have already seen renders of the new flagship before, and the company seems to have taken inspiration from both Meizu for the front home button and HTC for the back’s design. But all those renders looked ugly and they weren’t something that we would have liked the new OP3 to look like.

Now, Evan Blass aka evleaks has revealed a new promo image of the upcoming OnePlus 3 flagship and turns out, the phone isn’t as bad looking as we thought earlier. But there is definitely a familiarity in the phone’s design. The back looks like its inspired from HTC’s design philosophy, while the front has a feel of the OnePlus 2 with a physical home button that’s inspired from Meizu’s Blue Charm series. To be honest, in this render, the all metal back and the sleek body looks quite good. In fact, this makes us want to see more of the device, which hopefully we will, in the coming days.

Similar to the previous renders, this particular image confirms a toggle switch on the left side along with the volume keys. The power button is located on the right. All the ports seem to be at the bottom, including USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jack along with the speakers and microphone openings.

Well, evleaks not only revealed this new promo image, but also stated that the upcoming phone was going to come with AMOLED display and a 3000mAh battery. This contradicts earlier rumours which said that the phone would come with a 3500mAh battery with fast charging.

OnePlus 3 has been making the headlines for the past couple of days, and we have seen some clear renders of the device. Up till now, the renders revealed that OnePlus could be taking some inspiration from other smartphone makers like HTC and Meizu. But now, alleged official renders of the device have been spotted online, revealing a slightly different design.

It is said that the images that were spotted on an online games website, but were soon replaced. So, it looks like the website posted those pictures by mistake. The device in the new images look much better than the previous renders, and this time around it looks the device has taken inspiration from Sony. The phone features a solid rectangular design, which looks a lot like Sony’s Xperia range.

The new renders reveal a glossy metallic frame and a dedicated button which should be for the camera, in addition to the power button and volume buttons. What we can see further is an oval physical home button, similar to the ones we have seen on Meizu’s smartphones. The bezels seem to be super thin as well, but that’s usually the case with all renders, so better wait for some real life images. Unfortunately, these new images do not reveal the back of the device, so we can’t confirm whether it’s similar to HTC’s back.

Also, according to the latest information, the phone will have a 128GB storage variant as well. It is said that the phone will be announced on May 28 and will be released early June. The 4GB RAM version of the phone will reportedly go on sale for 1999 yuan ($308), while the 6GB RAM version is said to retail for 2499 Yuan ($382).

Every year, OnePlus makes sure that their flagship phone comes with the best chipset in the market. If true, these are some aggressive prices for the specs the phone comes with. To recap, one of the best value for money handsets in the market right now, the Xiaomi Mi 5 also starts at $310, but it comes with 3GB RAM and an underclocked CPU.

One of the most important details leaked today is the pricing. Our source tells us that the OnePlus 3 will be priced at 1999 Yuan or $310. This price should be for the base variant of the device, and would make it cheaper than the OnePlus 2’s price at launch ($329).

The source also reveals that the OnePlus 3 will come in two variants, a standard one which will feature Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. In addition to this, there would be a high-end variant as well, featuring the same Snapdragon 820 chip but with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The second version would naturally be priced higher than the standard version, but at present, we have no information about the same.

Last year’s OnePlus 2 was slated as the “2016 flagship killer” and it’s likely that this year the company might call its next phone the “2017 flagship killer”. But to stay true to that name, it will need to come with killer specs, and from the recent benchmark leaks of the device, we can expect powerful hardware inside the new device.

OnePlus A3000 RAIN RAIN model has just been spotted on the benchmarking website, Geekbench revealing key specs and benchmark scores of the device. Under the hood, the phone seems to be running the quad-core Snapdragon 820 chipset that currently dominates the top-end market. In addition to that, the model comes with 6GB of RAM on board. Plus, the phone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. These are some pretty powerful hardware inside, and should ensure top-notch performance.

As the benchmark reveals, in the single-core test, the OnePlus A3000 does a fine job of scoring 2266 points. The multi-core test score is a bit less impressive, mainly due to the limited quad-core design. Still, at 5012, the score is pretty competitive. But these are not the only set of information we have about the OnePlus 3 yet.

According to the latest rumors, the OnePlus 3 flagship is all set to launch around May 18, less than a month away. The phone will go on sale by early June. There will be two versions, 4GB RAM  + 32GB ROM and 6GB RAM  +64GB of ROM. The two models will reportedly retail at 2299 Yuan ($354) and 2499 Yuan ($384) respectively.
