The certification confirms eSIM support and compatibility with a 10W charger (5V/2A).

Xiaomi has not confirmed the device’s branding, but eSIM support typically indicates a higher-end model, suggesting it could be an iterative update to the Watch S4 or a new variant like a “Watch S4 Pro.”

The smartwatch is expected to launch alongside two other devices: a new tablet rumored to feature a high-end OLED display and Xiaomi’s second-generation clamshell-style foldable smartphone.

It looks like OnePlus has a new smartwatch in the making, which TheTechOutlook has recently spotted on China’s 3C and CMIIT certification websites with the model number OPWW234.

The databases do not provide the name of the smartwatch. The 3C database shows that the smartwatch will be sold without a power adapter and will support 10W fast charging. The CMIIT certification website indicates that it will support connectivity options such as WCDMA, TD-LTE, LTE FDD, WLAN, and Bluetooth.

This new smartwatch will likely be building on the success of the OnePlus Watch 2, which launched back in February. What made the OnePlus Watch 2 a big deal was the integration of Google’s WearOS 4 operating system. With that in mind, there is a high possibility that that upcoming smartwatch could also feature a WearOS-based operating system. More details are expected to emerge in the coming days. A new Hi Nova smartphone model is apparently in the works. The latest sighting on a major certification platform in China has revealed a couple of details regarding this upcoming device. So here is everything you need to know.

New Hi Nova phone certified on 3C

The Chinese brand was spotted on the 3C certification platform carrying the SUP-BD00 model number. On the database, the device can be seen under the 5G mobile phone category. While finer details like specs and features are still unclear, the 3C listing confirms that it supports 5VDC, 2A or 10VDC, 4A or 11VDC, and 6A MAX. In other words, it supports 66W wired fast charging.

Back in October 2023, the company announced the Hi Nova 10 SE model in China for 2,199 Yuan (roughly 305 US Dollars). It was launched with 66W fast charging as well, so the Hi Nova smartphone on 3C could be a successor to the Hi Nova 10 SE. To recall, the Hi Nova is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which supports 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

In other words, the 3C certification has confirmed that the new device will feature a noticeable upgrade in charging speeds over its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13, which only offered 67W fast charging.

Xiaomi is planning on launching the new Redmi Note 13 series soon. But before the rumored October launch, the higher-end Redmi Note 13 Pro has just been spotted on a new certification website, which reveals some of its specifications.

The Chinese tech giant’s upcoming Note 13 Pro model surfaced on 3C, a Chinese certification platform. This device carries the 2312DRA50C model number, which is the same model number as the one that had surfaced previously on TENAA. While this listing doesn’t reveal finer details regarding the smartphone, it does confirm that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will support 67W fast charging.

For the past few years around the month of October, Samsung has launched its W series foldable smartphones in China. And it looks like this year won’t be any different as the Samsung W24 series smartphones have already cleared China’s 3C certification.

The Chinese 3C authority has granted approval for two upcoming Samsung smartphones, namely the SM-W9024 and SM-W7024. According to the listing, Samsung will provide an EP-TA800 charger that supports 11V / 2.25A charging for both devices. This indicates that both models are anticipated to offer 25W charging capabilities. We will likely witness the launch of the Samsung W24 and Samsung W24 Flip, which could correspond to the SM-W9024 and SM-W7024 models respectively, around October.

Samsung W23 5G and Samsung W23 Flip

These devices are set to be premium rebranded versions of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, respectively. Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is set to enter the tablet market with its first-ever tablet device, the iQOO Pad. While an official launch date has not been confirmed, recent leaks have revealed exciting specifications.

The model number “PA2373” from Vivo appeared on the 3C Certification site, strongly suggesting that it belongs to the upcoming iQOO Pad. The certification explicitly identifies this model as a tablet computer, adding to the anticipation surrounding its release.

The iQOO Pad will come with Vivo’s 44W FlashCharge adapter, model number V4440L0B1-CN. This charger offers multiple charging modes, including a standard 10W option, an 18W fast charging mode, and an impressive 44W rapid charging capability.

Manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process, the Dimensity 9000+ chipset offers a powerful configuration. It includes a high-performance Cortex-X2 Ultra Core clocked at 3.2GHz, three Cortex-A710 Performance Cores clocked at 2.85GHz for multitasking, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A510 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The Mali-G710 MC10 GPU will handle graphics processing, ensuring excellent visual performance.

The iQOO Pad is expected to sport a large 12.1-inch LCD display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and a sharp 2.8K resolution. The rear camera setup will consist of a 13MP primary lens and a 2MP macro lens, while the front-facing camera will be 8MP for selfies. Honor is gearing up to launch its new 90 series, and recent news reveals some exciting developments regarding the upcoming smartphones. As per China’s 3C certification, the Honor 90 (REA-AN00) and Honor 90 Pro (REP-AN00) will feature powerful charging capabilities of up to 100W. Meizu is reportedly gearing up to launch its Meizu 20 series of smartphones, consisting of at least two models – the Meizu 20 and the Meizu 20 Pro.
