After launching the Nord CE 4 Lite in 2024, OnePlus is jumping directly to the Nord CE 6 Lite this year. The device has been the subject of a few rumors in the past, some revealing its design and others its possible specifications.

In that regard, a Geekbench listing has now revealed the chipset of the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite. The smartphone appeared in the benchmark under the model number CPH2943 and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip.

The latter is confirmed by the core setup, consisting of four CPU cores running at 2.60GHz and four at 2.0GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Similarly, the device tested features 8GB of RAM and runs Android 16 out of the box.

With this setup, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite managed to score 1,068 points in single-core and 2,953 points in multi-core tests.

OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite: Rumored Specifications

As for other hardware specifications, the Nord CE 6 Lite is expected to feature a 6.7-inch LCD panel with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. That’s a noticeable downgrade from the Nord CE 4 Lite, which offered an AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 2,100 nits.

The camera setup could be fairly simple as well. It is said to feature a 50MP main sensor paired with a secondary lens on the back, along with a 16MP front camera.

Keeping it up will be a large 7,000mAh battery. Its predecessor pairs a 5,110mAh cell with 80W fast charging. So, hopefully, the Nord CE 6 Lite will support similar charging speeds for quick top-ups.

Moreover, the 6GB + 128GB variant is said to cost under ₹23,000. However, these are just leaks, so take the details with a pinch of salt.

Oppo has already opened pre-orders for its version. The power bank comes with a 15,000mAh battery and supports up to 120W output, allowing compatible Oppo and OnePlus phones to charge at their maximum supported speeds.

OnePlus hasn’t officially listed the full specifications of its version yet, but given the direct rebranding, the core hardware is unlikely to change. Previously, tipster Digital Chat Station shared renders of a similar device. Those images pointed to a slightly boxy design with shoulder buttons, a rear camera, and colored grips.

So far, OnePlus hasn’t confirmed any specifications. But based on leaks, the device could feature an 8-inch display and run on a flagship chipset from MediaTek.

OnePlus’s gaming console will be touchscreen first

What could set this console apart is its approach to controls. Instead of relying entirely on joysticks and physical buttons, OnePlus may focus on a touchscreen-first interaction system. It’s expected to improve multi-finger input, reduce latency, and support high refresh rates.

I’ve been using the Raven Black variant for about a week, and the experience has been largely consistent, with a few expected compromises.

Design and comfort

The Nord Buds 4 Pro follow a clean and understated design language. The Raven Black finish keeps things minimal, which some may appreciate, though it doesn’t particularly stand out. The case has a slightly more structured, boxy shape compared to earlier Nord Buds. It’s still pocketable, but it can feel a bit noticeable if you’re carrying it alongside other items.

In everyday use, however, the design proves to be practical. The case feels solid, the hinge is reliable, and the matte texture resists fingerprints well. The earbuds themselves are lightweight and sit securely in the ears. I used them during work hours and short walks, and they stayed in place without needing adjustment.

Comfort is easily one of the better aspects here. With the right ear tips, I could wear them for extended periods without discomfort, which makes them suitable for long listening sessions.

Sound quality

Latency is noticeable in the standard mode, especially during gaming or fast-paced video content. However, enabling the low-latency mode improves synchronization significantly, making it much more usable for those scenarios.

The companion app offers a wide range of features, including ANC controls, EQ settings, touch customization, and more. On OnePlus devices, these controls are integrated into the system settings, which adds to the convenience.

The OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro deliver a well-rounded experience for their price. They are comfortable, easy to use, and come with a feature set that covers most everyday needs, from ANC and multipoint connectivity to low-latency gaming mode.

OnePlus may have just started teasing a new addition to its Ace lineup, likely the rumored OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra. The device has been circulating in leaks for weeks, but now there’s a more official signal that its launch might not be far off.

The company also shared rollout details for the B50P01 version. The rollout started on March 16, 2026 and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026. OnePlus has started rolling out a new system update, version B50P01, as part of its regular update cycle. The update focuses on system stability and adds a few small features aimed at improving everyday use.

OnePlus is opening the door a little wider for developers and early adopters to experiment with its next big software update. The company has officially announced the Android 17 Beta 2 developer preview program for the OnePlus 15.

This new build is based on Android 17 Beta 2 from Google, which means it brings the latest underlying platform changes while maintaining compatibility with the most recent Google Mobile Services (GMS) package. 

According to OnePlus, any native apps that duplicate functionality already covered by GMS won’t be included here.

OnePlus 15 Android 17 Beta 2 is not for casual users

But like most developer previews, this isn’t meant for casual users. In fact, OnePlus is being very explicit about the risks. Installing Android 17 Beta 2 will completely wipe the device’s storage, erasing everything from photos to music to app data. Install only when you want to tickle it.

There are also strict requirements before users can even attempt the upgrade. The OnePlus 15 must be running specific Android 16 builds — either version 16.0.5.701 or 16.0.3.503. Anything outside that range won’t work, which means some users may need to downgrade or upgrade first before jumping into the beta.

The installation process itself is fairly manual. Users need to download the firmware package on a PC, transfer it to the phone’s storage, enable developer options, and then go through a local installation process in the settings. 

There are several steps involved, including extracting the firmware file and initiating the installation manually. If the “Install Locally” option doesn’t work, OnePlus says you can clear app data for the system updater and disconnect from the internet before proceeding again. 

If you aren’t tech-savvy, it’s worth waiting for a more stable release. But if you’re building apps or just curious enough to deal with the risks, the Android 17 Beta 2 on the OnePlus 15 is now available to try.

OnePlus has launched the Magnetic Turbo 2 AirVOOC 50W Wireless Charger. The new charger delivers 50W fast wireless charging, active cooling, and a built-in stand. It supports both Android devices and iPhones and is priced at 349 yuan (~$50).

OnePlus has launched its new 40W Super Ice Magnetic Cooler, a high-performance cooling accessory designed for gaming and demanding smartphone tasks.
