The South Korean tech giant’s new lineup consists of the Galaxy Book 4 360, Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, Galaxy Book 4 Pro, and the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360. The models were first released in the company’s home market, and are now finally making their way in other regions like the US, UK, France, and Germany.

In the US, the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra starts from 2,399 US Dollars and offers a 16-inch display, Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, and 1TB storage. The Galaxy Book 4 360 starts from 1,099 US Dollars and offers a 15.6-inch display with the Intel Core i5, and 512GB storage. On the other hand, the Galaxy Book 4 Pro with a 14-inch screen, Intel Core Ultra 7, and 512GB storage goes for 1,449 US Dollars, while the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 with a 16-inch display, Intel Core Ultra 7, and 1TB storage has a base price tag of 1,899 US Dollars.

Recently, a Realme phone with model number RMX3993 was certified by the TENAA authority in China. While the initial listing revealed the specifications of the device, its images were notably absent. However, the listing has since been updated with images that strongly suggest it could be a member of the Realme 12 series.

The Realme RMX3933’s images at TENAA reveal that it has a flat display with a punch-hole design on the front. On the back, it has a round camera module with a single camera and an LED flash inside. While it appears to be a Realme 12 series phone, its final marketing name is yet to be revealed.

The Realme RMX3993 has 165.6 x 76.1 x 7.89mm dimensions and it weighs 209 grams. The device has a 6.67-inch LCD panel that offers an HD+ resolution and it packs a 5,000mAh battery. However, there is no information about the charging capabilities of the device.

The RMX3993 is powered by an unknown chip that clocks at 2.2GHz. In China, the device may arrive with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. It is likely to come preloaded with Realme UI5-based Android 14.

The RMX3993 has an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. The back panel of the device features a 50-megapixel camera. It is equipped with other features, such as a side-facing fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot.

Now that the RMX3993 has been approved by TENAA, it appears that it may not take too long for it to go official. Likely, the device may go official in March.

Realme unveiled the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ smartphones in India at the end of January, and it held a launch event yesterday to announce the two phones for the Chinese market. The official website of the Realme 12 Pro mentions that it comes in two options, such as 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB. On the other hand, the Realme 12 Pro+ comes in three variants, such as 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. Realme China’s online store also mentions a new device the Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition. Here’s what is known about the device.

Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition price, release date

The Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition is listed with a price tag of 2,199 Yuan (~$305). It is listed in beige and blue color options. The specifications mentioned on its dedicated page on Realme China’s website state that it packs the same specs as the Realme 12 Pro.

All variants of the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ are scheduled to go on sale on March 1 in China, but the 12 Pro Supreme Edition will be available for purchase on March 11. Interestingly, the Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition, which has a 12GB+512GB configuration, costs 100 Yuan more than the 12GB+512GB edition of the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G. Since the Pro+ is a more powerful phone than the Pro model, it appears that there is something suspicious about the Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition’s official listing.

There is a possibility that the Realme 12 Pro Supreme Edition listing could be a placeholder, with correct specifications appearing at a later date. It also hints at the possibility that this might be the unannounced Realme 12 Pro Max for the Indian market that briefly appeared on Flipkart in January.

Previous leaks suggest the Realme 12 Pro Max could feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz curved-edge AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel IMX890 main camera alongside a 64M-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope sensor, run Android 14 with Realme UI 5, and come in 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB options with prices of Rs 33,999 (~$410) and Rs 35,999 (~$435).

iQOO is gearing up to announce the new iQOO Z9 in the Indian market soon. But ahead of the launch, the specs of the iQOO Z9 and iQOO Z9x models have been leaked. These devices are likely for the brand’s home market of China, so let’s have a look.

The news arrives from known tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared the information on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). According to the tipster, the iQOO Z9 model is coming to the Chinese market with different specs compared to the Indian variant. To recall, iQOO will unveil the Z9 5G in India with the Dimensity 7200 SoC. However, the Chinese model will reportedly be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3.

The tipster added that the device would sport a tall 6.8-inch flat OLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution (2800 x 1260 pixels). On the other hand, DCS claims that the iQOO Z9x features an LCD panel that will offer FHD resolution. Under the hood, this model will apparently house a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. It appears that both devices will house a sizeable 6,000mAh battery pack that will likely offer fast charging.

This is also larger than the 5,000mAh battery pack that is expected on the Z9 5G model arriving in India. The tipster believes that the iQOO Z9 could launch in China ahead of the Indian release. In other words, the Z9 series in China may be unveiled ahead of March 12.

The Tecno Camon 30 series of smartphones is now official. The lineup includes the Camon 30 and Camon 30 5G, which are powered by the Helio G99 and Dimensity 7020 chipsets, respectively. The series also includes the Camon 30 Pro 5G and Camon 30 Premier 5G, which are equipped with the more powerful Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset. The entire lineup has been showcased at MWC 2024.

The Premier model’s screen offers a 1.5K resolution of 1264 x 2780 pixels, whereas the Pro edition offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels.

Both smartphones feature the Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset. While the Camon 30 Pro 5G comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in storage, the Premier edition offers 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of native storage. The latter also offers up to 12 GB of virtual RAM.

The Camon 30 Premier and Camon 30 Pro 5G pack a 5,000mAh battery with 70W fast charging support. Both phones run on Android 14, which has a layer of HiOS 14 on top. In addition, they offer an IR blaster, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

The Camon 30 Premier and Pro models have a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus and a dual LED flash on the front. The two smartphones mainly differ in the rear camera department. Both phones have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS support and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. The Pro variant has a 2-megapixel depth sensor as the third camera on the back, whereas the Premier edition offers a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a 70mm focal length and up to 60x hybrid zoom support. Notably, the processor’s core architecture includes 1 x 3.01GHz Cortex-X4, 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720, and 3 x 1.84GHz Cortex-A520 cores, with the software code-named “pineapple,” aligning it with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. AGM is a brand known for rugged smartphones and feature phones. Last year, the company released its first-ever rugged tablet called AGM Pad P1. After its initial launch in China, the product was even announced for global markets at IFA 2023.

Just a few months later, the brand has now unveiled a successor to this tablet. The new model officially goes by AGM Pad P2. It is being showcased at the ongoing MWC 2024 conference.

AGM Pad P2 Specifications

The AGM Pad P2 is not a rugged waterproof tablet like its predecessor AGM Pad P1. The new device is marketed as a light & thin tablet as it measures just 7.5mm in thickness and weighs 530g.

The product flaunts a larger 10.95-inch display compared to a 10.36-inch screen on the older model. This LCD panel offers a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits brightness level.

The latest tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The chipset is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. On the software front, it boots Android 14.

The device has a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. It offers quad speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a MicroSD card slot.

Other than these devices, the brand has also unveiled the standout Nubia Neo 2 5G, aimed at gamers looking for high-quality features without breaking the bank.

The Neo 2 5G sports a 6.72-inch 2400 X 1080p screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, offering clear and smooth visuals. And for sound, it has stereo speakers and DTS:X Ultra audio.

The device is built for long gaming sessions, featuring a large 6,000 mAh battery and 33W fast charging. It also introduces dual gaming shoulder triggers for better control, customizable to fit any player’s needs.

Although the exact CPU hasn’t been revealed, the phone will be powered by a 2.7GHz processor. Storage-wise, the Nubia Neo 2 5G offers up to 256 GB and includes a unique ’20 GB dynamic RAM’ feature for improved performance. HP‘s updated Envy x360 14-inch laptop is set to hit the shelves with new models featuring the latest Intel and AMD processors.

HP Envy X360 specs:

The Envy x360 laptops offer two AMD-powered models as well as two Intel-powered models. The AMD camp has higher TDP models like the Ryzen 5 8640HS and Ryzen 7 8840HS, offering more cores. On the other hand, Intel’s Core Ultra 5 125U and Core Ultra 7 155U models may not pack as much punch, but they bring the Thunderbolt 4 port – a feature missing in AMD’s lineup.

For graphics, AMD has the Radeon 700M integrated graphics onboard, potentially outshining Intel’s Meteor Lake chips. Both models boast a 14-inch touchscreen display, supporting up to 2880 x 1800 pixels OLED panel for Intel and 1920 x 1200 IPS pixels for AMD, focusing on battery life.

You have the flexibility to choose configurations with up to 32GB of LPDDR5-6400 RAM and 2TB of storage, complemented by a 5MP IR webcam. Last week, Xiaomi took wraps off its latest flagship tablet Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro in China as well as global markets. This product was also accompanied by Redmi Book Pro 16 2024 in the company’s home country.

Both these devices feature LCD screens. And their panels are supplied by a common manufacturer.

The displays used on the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro and Redmi Book Pro 16 2024 come from Tianma Microelectronics. The Chinese display maker is the sole supplier of screens for these products.

The specs of these displays are different from one another.

The panel on the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro measures 12.4 inches diagonally in size with a 3:2 aspect ratio. It offers a resolution of 3048 x 2032 pixels, 294 PPI, 1400:1 contrast ratio, and 10-bit color depth (up to 12-bit software-based).

The screen supports up to a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, a 240Hz stylus touch sampling rate, and 900 nits peak brightness level. It covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and plays various HDR videos, such as HDR10, HDR Vivid, and Dolby Vision.

The DC dimming-supported display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is TÜV Rheinland-certified for low blue light, rhythm-friendly, and flicker-free.

On the other hand, the Redmi Book Pro 16 2024 sports a 16-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. This panel comes with a resolution of 3072 x 1920 pixels, a 165Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits brightness level.

The screen supports DC Dimming and Dolby Vision. It covers 100% of sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts.

The panel is DisplayHDR 400-certified and TÜV Rheinland-certified for low blue light as well as flicker-free.

Lenovo has introduced the GeekPro Gaming Desktop 2024 model, a new addition to their lineup of gaming machines which recently saw the launch of the Legion Blade 9000K & 7000K desktop PCs. The main difference besides the specifications between the Legion machines and the GeekPro is that the latter is quite compact, with just a 17-liter chassis.

The desktop comes equipped with a selection of Intel’s latest CPUs, including the i7-14700F and the i5-14400F, to cater to a range of gaming preferences and budgets.

The GeekPro includes an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti graphics card, which is a decent mid-range card and should not face any modern AAA titles at high settings at 1080p. With options for up to 32GB DDR5 RAM, multitasking and game responsiveness are smooth, and the 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD provides ample storage with quick data access speeds.

Energy efficiency is a key aspect of the GeekPro, with a 500W power supply that’s 80 PLUS Platinum certified, reducing electricity consumption and noise. On the software front, it comes preloaded with Windows 11. Additionally, Lenovo backs the GeekPro with a 5-year warranty.

Although not 100% confirmed, we have some idea about certain features. According to rumors, the device will come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

It is expected to be powered by either MediaTek Dimensity 7200 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, although it’s difficult to determine which one is accurate due to conflicting claims. Additionally, it is expected to have 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
