At the end of 2022, Samsung launched a power bank called ‘Samsung 10Ah Battery Pack.’ More than a year later, the company is about to introduce a successor to this accessory.

The renders of the new model leaks revealing its design. The pictures also hint at the features offered by it.

Recently, prolific leaker Roland Quandt shared the official renders of the upcoming Samsung 20Ah Battery Pack on Twitter. The images show the product in ‘Beige’ color.

As per him, the accessory bears model number EB-P4520XU. The latest model resembles its predecessor which also comes in exact color.

However, the newer variant arrives with a few key upgrades. First and foremost, it features three USB Type-C ports instead of two.

Secondly, it has a larger 20,000mAh capacity as its name suggests. For comparison, the older variant has a smaller 10,000mAh capacity.

Lastly, it supports 45W power output as opposed to 25W on the prior model.. Thus, it can charge the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24 Plus at full speed.

Unfortunately, the tipster doesn’t mention the price. However, in one of his replies, he says that the device is available to purchase from Mobilefun UK ahead of official release.

The previous model is only available in a select few markets. The same could be the case for the new one. We urge readers to check their local Samsung website or official retailers for details on pricing and availability.

For older models, companies are in various stages of updating them – some have already received the update, while others are still waiting. Samsung has been particularly efficient in this process, updating most of its range, from budget-friendly to mid-range models.

Motorola, although a bit behind, has recently announced its update plans for Android 14. They have updated their website with a list of devices that are scheduled to receive the update. However, finding out if your specific phone model is on the list can be a bit of a hassle as you need to search for it individually.

To make things easier, the team at YTECHB has created a more user-friendly list, which we’re sharing here. It’s important to note that Motorola hasn’t provided any specific dates for the rollout of these updates. This list is simply to inform you about which devices will eventually be upgraded to Android 14.

The computer also comes with support for 2.5GbE Ethernet, as well as Power over Ethernet (PoW). The MINISFORUM S100-N100 was showcased during CES 2024, but some images of the gadget have been posted by PC Watch. MINISFORUM unveiled multiple products during CES 2024 including the UH185 Ultra mini PC with a Core Ultra CPU and a touch-enabled display at the front.

Using the MINISFORUM S100-N100, the user can get a high-speed internet connection and power delivery with a single cable being used. It also supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, as well as features a USB 3.1 Type-C port for power or data uses. The small MINISFORUM computer also has two USB 3.1 Type-A ports and an HDMI interface.

The new MINISFORUM S100-N100 compact PC can be viewed as a PC stick, thanks to its petite size. It also seems to be the same size as similar PCs in this category already in the market. Unlike the traditional PC sticks, however, the MINISFORUM S100-N100 has a conventional HDMI port. It therefore requires an HDMI cable to connect to a TV or monitor. A typical PC-on-a-stick system features an HDMI connector that allows the user to plug the device into a TV or monitor.

As per the pricing information for the MINISFORUM S100-N100 PC, the company has not provided any details yet. The availability of the product in the international market has also not been clarified at this time. It is however expected that the new PC could be released later this year.

The Y200 has a 16-megapixel camera on the front, and its rear shell has a 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For security, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device comes in an IP54-rated dustproof and splash-resistant chassis, which measures 7.7mm in thickness and weighs 190 grams.

The Y200 is available for Rs 21,999 in India. Hence, it is likely that the Y200e may have a sub-Rs 20,000 price tag.

Xiaomi debuted the Redmi Note 13 series in China at the end of September. The smartphones started making their way to numerous international markets from the first week of January.

Nearly four months after their original release, the company is gearing up to introduce a special edition of the pro model. This new variant celebrates the Chinese New Year.

Ahead of its official announcement, the said phone has leaked in live images.

Redmi Note 13 Pro Limited Edition comes in Red

As per pictures circulating on Weibo, the upcoming special edition handset from the sub-brand of Xiaomi is officially called Redmi Note 13 Pro 2024 New Year Edition.

This version of the device arrives in a bright red color with black accents. The back panel is red while the camera module and the frame are in black.

The product’s retail box has different graphics compared to the regular box. At present, we do not have info on whether the in-box contents are themed or not.

At the same time, we cannot rule out the possibility of the smartphone to come with Chinese New Year theme, wallpapers, ringtones, and other customizations.

Redmi is yet to officially tease the arrival of this product.

Redmi Note 13 Pro Specifications

The Redmi Note 13 Pro is built around a 6.67-inch centered punch-hole OLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The screen offers a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels (1.5K), a 120Hz refresh erate, and a 240Hz touch samopling rate. The panel supports 1920Hz PWM dimming, 1800 nits peak brightness level, and Dolby Vision.

Under the hood, the phone houes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. As for software, it boots Android 13-based MIUI 14.

The device sports a triple camera system on the rear comprising an OIS-assisted 200MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro snapper. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter.

The connectivity options on the handset include dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dolby Atmos-supported dual stereo speakers, an IR blaster, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, and an IP54 rating.

Last but not least, the smartphone is backed by a 5,100mAh battery and supports 67W wired charging.

Philips Hue has announced the Dymera indoor and outdoor wall light with independently controllable LED light sources at the top and the bottom. It is a smart indoor and outdoor wall light that can be remotely controlled via the Philips Hue app. The new Philips Hue Dymera is integrated with various smart home ecosystems. This is coming not too long after a smart floor lamp the company is working on leaked online.

With the Philips Hue Dymera, you could choose to have colored lights at the top while warm white light is deployed at the bottom. The recently updated Philips Hue app provides the user with the opportunity to control the gadget remotely. You can choose from 16 million colors, implement wireless dimming, switch groupings in zones with other lights, and pre-set scenes to suit the user’s choices.

The Philips Hue Dymera wall light has a maximum brightness of 1,020 lumens while the color temperature ranges from 2,000 to 6,500K. It has an expected cycle life of 25,000 hours. The LED light source is also replaceable by a professional technician. The wall light comes in a black casing with dimensions of 94 x 230 x 160mm and comes with IP44 weather-proof protection against rain.
The Bridge integration of the Philips Hue Dymera wall light allows it to be used outdoors. The Bridge enables the use of voice commands from Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Home. You will get automatic updates via the Philips Hue app and the gadget supports Bluetooth connectivity.

Pricing & Availability

The Philips Hue Dymera indoor and outdoor wall light will expectedly be available in the US, EU and the UK, but there is no release date information yet. The price of the Philips Hue Dymera is reportedly $219.99 in the US and equivalently €219.99 in the EU and £199.99 in the UK.

Xiaomi is preparing to launch its latest smart kitchen gadget, the Xiaomi Smart Multifunctional Rice Cooker. The new device can be controlled using its companion app and could launch globally. The Smart Multifunctional Rice Cooker is an 8-in-1 kitchen appliance that has been listed on the Xiaomi global website. This could point to an imminent release of the product.

Although Xiaomi says the new smart kitchen appliance has 8 functions, these functions were not specified. The gadget has a capacity of 3L which can accommodate up to 10 bowls of rice at once. You can choose the cooking settings that suit your goals via the Mi Home/ Xiaomi Home app. This means that you can tinker with lots of cooking parameters like the cooking time and rice texture. It has a physical button at the top of the device to adjust the settings while the integrated display shows the remaining cooking time.

The Xiaomi Smart Multifunctional Rice Cooker can keep the rice warm for up to 12 hours and can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. The cooker is equipped with a high-power element that allows the rice to cook evenly. It also has built-in temperature sensors to prevent burning. The cooker has a steamer basket, rice paddle, ladle, measuring cup, and detachable inner lid and steam valve for easier cleaning.

Pricing & Availability

There are no pricing details yet for the Xiaomi Smart Multifunctional Rice Cooker and its release date has not been specified. It is however expected that the launch could happen within this year going by its introduction to the global Xiaomi website. NIU has unveiled two new all-terrain electric scooters that can deliver up to 60km of travel on a single charge. The NIU KQi 300P and KQi 300X come with dual-tube hydraulic suspension, regenerative braking, and app-based controls.

Features

The two new NIU e-scooters are part of the KQi 300 series which also includes the KQi3 Pro which was released in 2022. The new models come with features that deliver a more comfortable ride. The KQi 300P is powered by a 450W electric motor that is operated via a twist throttle and offers up to 900W peak power. It has a top speed of about 32km/h. It can move up inclines of about 20% and has a range of about 48km. The KQi 300X features a 500W motor with a maximum output of 1,000W and a top speed of 32km/h. The NIU KQi 300X can climb hills with a 25% gradient and has a range of about 60km. It should be noted though that the top speed of the models is limited to regulatory controls, as they can theoretically deliver higher speeds. The maximum speed (38km/h) of the models can be activated by the app while riding on non-public roads.

The KQi 300P comes with a 486Wh battery while the KQi 300X is equipped with a 608Wh battery. The e-scooters feature an LED dashboard, a deck, and 10.5-inch rubber pneumatic tires which provide extra shock absorption even in difficult terrain. They also feature a triple-braking regenerative system. There are LED lights at the front and rear, side reflectors, and turn signals that help to enhance the safety of the ride. The scooter’s riding mode is adjustable via the app, as well as its starting speed and charging limit. You can also use the app to lock and unlock the e-scooters, cruise control, and OTA upgrades when available.

Pricing & Availability

The NIU KQi 300P and KQi 300X e-scooters will be available from January 31 with their respective prices of $849 and $1,049 respectively. The models are priced at €699 and €799 respectively in the EU. NIU is offering a discount of up to 30% to the first 200 customers to order the scooters within the first two days of their release.
