Apple is apparently planning on adding two products to its ‘obsolete’ devices list in November 2022. If the report is true, then the iPhone 5C and the iPad mini 4 will be the latest addition to this obsolete list.

For those unaware, the Cupertino based giant typically refers to a device as ‘vintage’ when it crosses five years old since its official announcement. But when a product cross seven years of age, the company labels these devices as ‘obsolete.’ In a similar move, Apple had recently declared that the iPhone 6 was a vintage device from the brand. Now, it appears that the iPhone 5c, which was launched in September 2013, will be the latest smartphone to enter this list.

This news isn’t really surprising considering that the iPhone 5c is over nine years old now. The device launched as the more affordable version of Apple’s flagship in 2013, which was the iPhone 5s. On the other hand, the iPad mini 4 also had a similar role by offering a relatively smaller display as a tablet, which is 7.9 inches, and also having a lower price tag compared to larger iPad models of that time. This model was also marketed more toward entertainment consumers, rather than creative professionals.

When a device is added to the ‘obsolete’ devices list, it means that the company will no longer offer hardware support for these products. Software support for these devices have already ended a while ago, but now, the brand won’t offer any form of paid repair services either.

China Mobile seems to be a privileged partner for the Apple. Not surprisingly, Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook also took him to attend the official launch  of iPhone 5S and 5C in  China Mobile.

In pre order service, China Mobile said that there have been as many as 1.2 million units is already ordered by consumers.

Jimmy Lin, an actor and the singer from Korea has been posed with iPhone 5C smartphone, thi is the cheap version of iPhone 5 and Lin posed while holding the iPhone 5C smartphone, there is also a comparison picture between iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.

According to those picture, the iPhone 5C is similar with recently leaked ppicture that show iPhone 5C, while for now, Apple did not officially confirm about the new iPhone, and the iPhone 5C will be targeting for Chinese and Indian market.

The rumor says recently that Apple will unveiled the new iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C on September 10th but those new iPhone will be available in the market on October 25th.

Foxconn is the one of Apple manufacture which built iDevice, and now we’re getting closer to iPhone 5S launch, Foxconn is now reportedly hiring 90,000 workers ahead of iPhone 5S launch.

According to reports, is now Foxconn is reportdly hiring more than 90,000 worker in Foxconn manufacturer in Shenzhen China. It aims to help increase the production of the iPhone 5S and cheap iPhone (iPhone 5C) to be produced in large quantities.
