The popular watchmaker is known for its varied and wild collaborations, but the recent partnership with the premium yet rugged bag brand actually makes sense. Casio’s G-Shock x POTR DW-5600 brings together the toughness of Casio’s brand with subtle stylistic touches from Porter’s designs. The Xiaomi Civi 2 Hello Kitty Trendy Limited Edition smartphone is now up for sale in the Chinese market. It comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and is priced at 2,799 yuan, which is about $412.

The smartphone comes with a unique photochromic process that turns “blush” when it encounters sunlight. In simpler terms, the device’s back panel changes color when it is exposed to sunlight. It is Gray in color but changes to Rose Red under the sunlight.

Apple just made a new announcement in Japan to celebrate the Japanese New Year. The company is celebrating this by offering its customer a free gift card for those that purchase a new eligible Apple product.

As per official notes, the Cupertino based giant is offering a free gift car worth up to 32,000 Japanese Yen (roughly 240 US Dollars) for purchase of some of its certain products during a limited period between January 2 and January 3. The iPhone maker will be giving out the free gift cards that will range from 4,000 Yen for purchasing the second generation AirPods and other accessories. On the other hand, the 14 inch and 16 inch MacBook Pro will get you a gift card worth 32,000 Yen.

Apple has just revived one of its discontinued products. The gadget in question is the Beats Pill+ portable bluetooth speakers, although, its only available for a new limited edition collaboration.

For those unaware, the Cupertino based giant had discontinued the Beats Pill+ a few months ago. But now, Beats is collaborating with known fashion brand Stüssy for a limited edition Beats Pill+ speaker that features a unique design. Looking at this special version, the Pill can be seen with skull and bones along with the Stüssy logo. Furthermore, it also features an engraved message on the top of the speaker that says “the only good system is a sound system.”

Apart from the aesthetic differences, the new limited edition model seems to have an identical design as the original Beats Pill+ that were first launched back in 2015. Talking about availability, Apple will sell the Bluetooth speakers across the globe through Stüssy’s official website, with sales starting this Friday (4th March 2022). Its price is set at $185 in the US, $255 in Canada, £185 in the United Kingdom, €205 in the Netherlands, ₩230,000 in Korea, and ¥21,500 in Japan. Xiaomi-backed brand Redmi has today officially announced a partnership with the Mercedes-AMG F1 team. The company says that Mercedes will serve as the exclusive mobile phone partner to explore extreme performance.

The announcement also hints that there will be a Redmi K50 Mercedes F1 smartphone getting launched which is likely to be a limited edition model. Currently, not much is known about this upcoming device.

The company is also gearing up to launch the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition smartphone in the Chinese market and it’s highly likely that the Mercedes F1 Limited Edition device could be a variant of the Gaming Edition launching on 16th February.

Based on the leaks, the Mercedes Edition smartphone will come with the iconic color scheme of the Mercedes F1 cars, including a grey-colored back panel with black triangular elements around the mid-section of the back panel. Two sides of the triangles will be lined with cyan color and a glowing RGB strip integrated within the camera module.

The phone will also have two dark Grey racing stripes running vertically down the center of the back panel and a Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team branding at the top right corner along with the iconic Mercedes badge.

Razer, the company known for making gaming products, has partnered with smartwatch maker Fossil to launch a special edition smartwatch which has been announced at the ongoing CES 2022.

The two companies together have announced the Razer x Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch at CES 2022. As you would expect from the device’s name, this is a themed version of the existing smartwatch running Wear OS.

This new smartwatch comes with Razer-themed green and black colored straps and packs three themed watch faces included in the software — Chroma, Text, and Analog.

Unlike the original Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch which is offered in two different sizes — 42mm and 44mm, this new version made with Razer is offered only in a single 44mm size and packs some unique interface elements.

As for the software, the device is running Google’s Wear OS 2 but similar to the original Fossil watch, there are plans to upgrade it to Wear OS 3 sometime later this year. Under the hood, it comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 Plus chipset.

Other features on the wearable device include GPS, a heart rate sensor, an Sp02 blood oxygen sensor, and Bluetooth 5.0 LE connectivity. It will also get support for Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.

OPPO and League of Legends mobile game have announced a new OPPO Reno7 Pro League of Legends Mobile Game Limited Edition which will be officially launched on 7th December.

It will be officially launched on December 7th at 08:00 PM local time and there will be a few other products as well. The device has also been recommended for the 2021 League of Legends Mobile Games Professional Qualification National Tournament.

Last month, ZTE-backed Nubia had launched its Red Magic 6S Pro gaming smartphone as the flagship device for the second half of the year. As the name itself indicates, it is an upgraded version of the Red Magic 6 Pro launched earlier this year.

Today, the company has launched the Red Magic 6S Pro Battlefield Camouflage Edition in the Chinese market. The gaming smartphone comes packed with 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, carrying a price tag of 6,999 yuan which is around $1,096.

The Red Magic 6S Pro Battlefield Camouflage Edition is currently available for pre-order in China and the company will start shipping the device from 1st November.

This new variant is made in collaboration with Tencent Games and is a limited edition device. The phone’s back panel is split between camouflage and translucent body design. Xiaomi recently launched its laetst MIX series flagship smartphone named Xiaomi MIX 4, making it the first smartphone from the brand to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor. Soon after the launch, a limited edition variant of the device was announced, dubbed Xiaomi MIX 4 Three-Body Limited Edition.

Today, the Xiaomi MIX 4 Three-Body Limited Edition goes on sale in its home country China for the price of 6,299 yuan which roughly converts to $971. It comes in a single variant that packs 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

A couple of months ago, in June, OnePlus had launched a Limited Edition model of its current-generation flagship smartphone, dubbed OnePlus 9 Pro Flash Silver Edition. The device went on sale the same month it was announced. Now, the Chinese company has scheduled yet another sale for this limited edition model.

OnePlus’ Chief Operating Officer Liu Fengshuo has confirmed that the OnePlus 9 Pro Flash Silver Edition will be available for purchase on 15th August at 10:00 AM local time. It is priced at 5,499 yuan which roughly converts to $848.

The smartphone, which packs 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, is jointly designed by OnePlus and Japanese artist Sora Yamaji. Along with the phone, the package also includes a limited-edition T-shirt and a phone case having the same design language.

Coming to the specifications, it remains the same as the standard OnePlus 9 Pro, featuring a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 3216 X 1440 pixel screen resolution and 525PPI pixel density. A few days ago, OPPO had launched a Limited Edition of its OPPO Reno4 smartphone in its home market China, dubbed as OPPO Reno4 Pro Artist Limited Edition. Now, the smartphone is officially available for purchase.

The OPPO Reno4 Pro Artist Limited Edition is priced at 4,299 yuan, which roughly converts to $622 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The phone can be purchased through the company’s official online store.

The internals of this limited edition variant remains the same as the original model and the only difference is the new paint job with engraved art. It is designed by James Jean, a Taiwanese-American artist known for his cover art for Marvel Comics and DC Comics.

For the Reno4 Pro, he created art depicting “Summer Carnival of Dreams” with mystical creatures like unicorns. This painting is etched on the phone’s rear AG glass with a “SoleLuna” logo at the center as it was the name of this project. Earlier in month, on 10th October, OnePlus launched its flagship OnePlus 7T Pro smartphone as well as a limited edition model of the same in partnership with McLaren, dubbed OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition.

While the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 7T Pro smartphone has been available in Europe and India, the company has today announced that the device will be launched in China on 5th November.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone presents a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display with a 1536 x 2152 resolution. In this mode, you can use three apps at the same time which Samsung calls Three-app Multitasking.

When folded into phone mode, it offers a 4.6-inch 840 x 1960 display. It comes with a feature called App Continuity which automatically adjust an app when you switch screens. It is powered by a 7nm processor paired with 12GB of RAM.

The phone comes with a camera module that’s made up of a 16MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and another 12MP wide-angle camera. On the front side, it comes with a 10MP sensor. It runs the latest Samsung One UI with Android 9 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. The phone packs a 4,380mAh battery which is split into two units.

The Xiaomi Mi 6 “Silver Edition” that we had seen in hands-on images after the announcement 2 months ago, won’t be on sale anytime soon, according to Xiaomi Marketing Director, Zang Zhiyuan.

This recent confirmation by the Marketing Director was raised after an auction listing of the Mi 6 silver variant emerged online, with a starting price at ¥3999 (~$585). Since the last source report, the price had shot up to ¥16,999 ($2490.22).

Many home-based Mi fans and consumers have complained that this pre-release version of the Mi 6 was a marketing ploy to hype up the Mi 6 and that Xiaomi has cut costs by reducing the number of variants.

Zang Zhiyuan responded to the social media that the silver variant has proven to be very difficult to manufacture due to the ‘complex process’. We understand Zang has stated the amount of high-quality yield as insufficient for mass-production and trials are still underway to perfect the silver variant.

Furthermore, he defends that the Mi 6 variant is not suitable for consumers currently as the silver edition remains an engineering device and stated that Xiaomi had the right to pursue legal action against both the seller as well as the buyer since it’s the company’s asset.
