Out of the 11.23 million cars sold, only 3.42 million are hybrids, and the majority are traditional engine models. Electric vehicle sales constitute just 1% of the total, amounting to 104,000 units.
However, Toyota is expected to increase its focus on electric vehicles in the coming years and succeed in this area. Nevertheless, despite the shortage of EVs, the company’s success is tremendous. As per Geekbench, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will pack 16GB RAM onboard. There could also be more configurations. The smartphone will ship with pre-installed Android 14 OS.

Vivo is expected to launch the V30 series smartphones in the Philippines soon. The lineup is will comprise of multiple models. The upcoming offerings have been teased officially. The tipster has shared the information of the Vivo V30 5G on X (formerly Twitter) platform. The phone looks similar to the Vivo S18 that debuted in China last month. In a recent tweet, Carl Pei confirmed that the AI powered assistant will be making its way to the company’s two smartphones. Owners of these devices can get access to the voice assistant, which is similar to Apple’s Siri and the Google Assistant. To use this feature, you can check out the simple steps listed below:
Head to the Google Play Store to download and install the ChatGPT application.
Once the app is downloaded, you can add the ChatGPT shortcut to the Quick Settings panel or add it as a widget.
Simply tapping on this shortcut icon will run the ChatGPT powered voice assistant.
Users can now ask questions and give voice commands to the assistant.
The senior official even shared a short video highlighting this feature on X (formerly Twitter). It is worth noting that the ChatGPT assistant doesn’t outright replace the default voice assistant on the Nothing Phone series devices. Although, using them by holding the home button or power button will no longer be possible.

Xiaomi is expected to announce two foldable phones this year in China. Xiaomi Mix Fold 4: What’s known so far
According to the publication, findings from the Mi code suggest that the codename “Ruyi” may be associated with the upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. The global and Chinese model numbers of the device are listed as 2405CPX3DG and 2405CPX3DC, respectively. The internal model number of the device is said to be “n8.”
The Mix Fold 4 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is expected to ship with the HyperOS-based Android 14. While rumors surrounding the Mix Fold 4 suggest that it will launch in the second half of 2024, the “2405” digits in its model numbers suggest that it may be unveiled in May. The publication speculates that the foldable phone will debut with a mysterious device, but it did not divulge any information about the latter.
Reports have revealed that the Mix Fold 4 will support two-way satellite connectivity. As far as other specs are concerned, it is advisable to wait for further reports to know them.
